If the management will read this: if you haven’t had this amazing staff I would give 3 stars- pool is dirty and looks as if it belongs to a small hotel outside Dubai. You have ants in your hotel, dirty carpets that look as if they have never been washed. Update the AC it doesn’t work properly anymore. If you have to add those taxes on the restaurant’s bills- lower down the prices or it will always remain empty. In other words- INVEST a bit. And be super happy for having such an amazing team- give them something in return!!!
