Rooms was good . But service was poor.. we didn't like the traffic in the hotel entrance, they keep blocking the entrance and guests should wait more than 20 min only to be allowed entering the hotel.
Additional to that one of the staff was rude.

This way of treating guests is not acceptable ! and we believe that guests visiting 5 stars hotel should be treated in a better ways, specially that we expect higher quality of guests service in such hotel.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Dubai edition. The service was below average, and drastically different from other hotels in the area.
We informed the hotel we had a baby with us when booking and upon arrival we noticed there was nothing in the room, not even a cot. I also called multiple times a week before to tell them we’re celebrating a birthday and asked for preparations before hand. Again, we arrived to an empty room.
Very disappointing.

I recently visited the Dubai Edition Hotel, opting for two rooms with the anticipation of a luxury experience in Dubai's vibrant heart. Regrettably, my expectations were dampened by significant concerns regarding cleanliness, amenities, and customer service.

The hotel's cleanliness standards did not align with the high-quality experience I had envisioned. Notable issues included torn pillowcases, hair strands found on my bed, and a bathroom that was both dirty and disorderly. These lapses in cleanliness drastically affected my comfort and overall satisfaction.

The condition of the hotel's amenities further contributed to my disappointment. The linens and towels, visibly overused and worn, alongside carpets emitting an unpleasant odor, starkly contrasted with the premium experience advertised. My excitement to indulge in the hotel's facilities was overshadowed by these shortcomings.

The level of customer service was underwhelming, particularly when addressing my grievances regarding room cleanliness and the state of the linens. The staff's indifference and lack of prompt action to resolve these issues underscored a general disregard for guest satisfaction, complicating what should have been straightforward fixes.

The Dubai Edition Hotel, despite its prime location and inherent potential, fell short in delivering the luxurious stay promised. The deficiencies in cleanliness, amenities, and customer service notably marred my visit. It is my hope that this feedback prompts the necessary improvements, ensuring future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.
