The only drawback is that the hotel does not offer suite upgrades. This is an ownership decision, not a reflection of the staff, who were professional and attentive throughout. If you go in with the expectation that upgrades aren’t part of the offering, the stay is very enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed. They were extremely generous and offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise.
