Where to stay with kids in Bansko

I don't liked that the TV doesn't work

There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good. Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much

The banya spa was very pleasant and relaxing after a long day of skiing with free bus from and to organized by the hotel (free entry if you stay more than 5 nights)

Really enjoyed our stay for a week, lovely warm hotel, large room, comfortable bed, our room was nice and quiet, staff were very friendly and approachable, good choice of food and drinks for breakfast, superb location for centre of Bansko and Gondala

The location of the hotel is bad, 15 minute walk from the lift and the shuttle is not frequent enough and too small

Nice pool in summer. Drinks are a bit expensive though

Wonderful hotel - a warm, clean and spacious room with a huge TV screen. Rich breakfast with the most delicious mekitsi I ever tasted. Delicious food at the restaurant. Highy recommend.

The hotel is really nice. The staff is very kind and responsive. The hotel offers plenty of entertainment from pools to spa which are at a high level.

There was a forest path close by. The spa was great, but the pools can be bigger. I talked to the manager and they said that more pools will be added soon as it's in the books

The best smelling hotel shampoos and gels I've had. Lobby bar is not included in the all-inclusive pack. The alcohol included in the all-inclusive pack is on the lower end and I'm not satisfied with it

The workers are polite and helpful. A bit more work on maintaining the spa equipment should be done. There is a nice 16+ SPA zone, so it is quiet and relaxing, but there is not a 16+ pool, so kids are allowed everywhere

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms and the restaurant was simply amazing. From ultra healthy to amazing sweets and deserts. Plenty of parking space with underground 2 levels

It's also got a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and such, so you can recover the coldest day. There's paid parking available, but I always find free parking spots at the back of the hotel

Great Apart-hotel. Nice apartment with balcony and a great view, staff nice and efficient, lovely pool & sauna complex, gym, nice outside space, child friendly. Close to gondola and town. Would definitely recommend.

Relative big swimming pool, gently service. In the restaurant, there is no free clear water for drinking and must bez payed. Coffee automat always overloaded (if working), somet parts of meal wchich is empty is no supply

Casa Karina is a nice hotel in Bansko, with spacious clean rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner. Also there is a nice swimming pool available along with a sauna and steam bath

One word - perfect! 😍 We really love it! The room is very huge and nice! Food is fine - you have all you need! I’ve read that the pool is crowded and don’t have outdoor open spaces - but I prefer it as there are no “helicopters” 🐝 definitely will visit it again ❣️ I was with my kid (2y) and there is no playground near

The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

Lovely place with spacious rooms in a quiet area with beautiful view of mountains. Good spa facilitjes with pool, jacuzzi, sauna & massage. I highly recommend deep tissue massage with Cati!

The food was very delicious, we were here for the day of the Union even, they had special items, which were delicious 😋. The spa and pool area is very interesting and relaxing

The pool has a special filtration system, not with chlorine but with another more natural substance, which I forgot. The staff everywhere were great, especially in the kids area! 🤗

I liked it very much, swimming pool, saunas, gorgeous view from the window. True, on some days the breakfast was cut, but still ok. Free transfer every hour to the ski lift and back

No clean. No quality food and the pool is cold. There the normal room sad suite. I'm sorry but I don't like. The staff its very good everyone.

The hotel received 5 stars instead of 4 stars. We live in a suite, of course it's not 5 stars, but clean, with gorgeous views from the window and at breakfast.

(And on foot to it 15 minutes in principle) A little later I'll post a photo. In general, would come back here again. The rooms have a mini kitchen by the way

Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola

This hotel is very good and its location is perfect. You cross a pathway through a little forests and you are on the ski slope to the Gondola. The apartment was quite spacious with high comfortable mattress

Very good service at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient as you can rent your skis from the hotel and simply walk to the slope which is one minute away and the ski to the gondola station

The owners are a sweet couple and will make sure you have a pleasant stay, doing whatever they can to help. The rooms are very clean and cosy, heater works perfectly on winter

staff were very friendly and helpful. They even arranged transport to take us to the station. Plenty nearby restaurants and shops. Room was spacious, warm, very clean and comfortable and lovely decorating

We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner

You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children

The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog

Terrible bed but great breakfast at the hotel. The spa is great and includes many good areas and alternatives, I really enjoyed it prior to Saturday when it became crowded to the point I preferred to avoid it.

The only remark that I have this year (compared to the years before as we are their guests for more than 7 years) is about the food - the breakfast and dinner offering is like 3 stars hotel

There is no full size mirror in the room. The food is very good. The service is excellent.

Very good place! We were at Easter time, there were nice decorations. The rooms are clean , the spa is big and a lot of choice for relaxation, there is variety. The staff is super nice and polite, very professional

The hotel is very nice for families. They had variety of things for breakfast and it is until 11am, which is perfect! We had 2 weekends there. The SPA is very modern, rooms are clean and nice

Not that close to the lift for skiers although there is a shuttle in season, but it is very close to town center for summer. We look forward to staying here again

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, we traveled after our wedding and in the room there was a bottle of bubbly wine and chocolate that made our day! First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10

I would like to especially mention the employee named Tsvetelina, charming, always with a pleasant smile and great kindness. Tsvetelina!!! The food in the restaurants is excellent and the service

We were 4 nights at the hotel and really liked the stay. The service of the staff at the hotel is excellent, from the reception to the spa, everyone is very respectful of the customers

We have been there from 3 to 9 January. Very clean and nice apartment. Very good food and variated food, the swimming pool is big and the water is always warm and good for swimming. The employees were above expectations

They have jacuzzi, pool, massage, gym and more. They are a bit far walking to the gondola, but they provide free shuttles there so it's not a problem. Not Kosher for anyone who minds. They also helped me with booking

I was trying to extend my time in the hotel, so I ordered from booking an extra 5 days. Things didn't work out with the flight. Booking wanted 300£ just to cancel ( it was one hour later)

So they talked to them in the phone and helped me to cancel the cancellation fee. I WILL go to this hotel again next time I visit Bansko

The location is on the outskirts, but Bansko isn't that big and it would take about 20-25 min to get to the centre of the town on foot

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

Such a nice hotel right next to old town too, the food in the hotel is OK could do with a rethink on combination and level of flavour, but overall really nice place to be.

I had the best massages here, such a good service. Food was absalutley delicious at 36 lev (£12. 50) all you can eat buffet with starters and desserts. Good hairdresser on premises, very good sauna steam and pool

Last time I was here some years ago. The hotel has had a massive upgrade. The rooms are much better, very clean and modern. Only issue in the rooms is the shower drain didn't work good so the water wouldn't flush

I and my friend got a relaxing and a deep tissue massage with Valea, she is a pro! I highly recommend the massage. They have a spa which is very nice, large pool, dry and wet sauna, hot and cold jacuzzi

Rooms are usually big and comfort. The best of this hotel is its location, very close to the Gondola (lift). Near the building is supermarket, and close to the heart of night life

Very large clean rooms. Swimming pool - spa for max 10 persons. Only one elevator. Small breakfast room. Nothing to do except spa. Not even a desent bar. Very far from the center. Just for a sleep.

What are the disadvantages were seen: 1) the Cleaning was done so himself (on the first day, in General, a dead bug lying on the floor), the bed refueled so that I would not have ran at all 2) the Hairdryer did not work properly (turns off after ~30 seconds of work) 3) the water Pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired Overall, the hotel is fully justified

Lovely hotel about 25min walk from the gondola area, clean rooms mostly friendly staff, cleaners are lovely (1 was super helpful every day and went beyond the call of duty due to a friend - dont ask) lovely views

At the reception given bathrobes and Slippers. The food is tasty, left a good impression. + Beautiful view from the window. Very polite, English speaking staff
