Our room had numerous issues: shower would leak into the bedroom, tv never worked, bad power plugs, fridge haphazardly placed outside of cabinet, A/C could not be adjusted, and more

Furthermore, we had to deal with aggressive selling attempts for the ‘Diamond Club’ as well as other amenities.

Our checkin was far from a great experience. As we entered, there were guests loudly shouting with management. The conversation should’ve been taken elsewhere. We had to ask twice for a welcome drink. Upon getting to our room, our mini bar was not stocked at all. Ice machines are not present anywhere. You have to go to the bar or ask the front desk. I never got ice that I requested for 3 times. The grounds were beautiful, the food was decent, drinks were good. I would be liked to have had tacos as an option. The amount of peddlers on the beach was quite annoying. Overall, our stay was great but needs a better check in process and ice machines for guests.

The food was pretty bad even for a all inclusive, Indian resturant was decent and the civiche resturant was good but the rest of it was yuk. We also had an issue booking a excursion, the guy told us 1 price and when we went to check out it was 3x more, they refused to adjust or refund us. Also for the diamond club swim out they need to be more attentive with service, we had to flag down random people to get food and drinks brought to the swim out. Property is pretty outdated, needs a good power wash and fresh coat of paint. Our butler Marfel was nice no complaints about her at all. All in all we had a good time, crowd was outgoing and friendly, vibe was upbeat, music and some type of activity all day. Probably won't be back but still a good trip.

I would never suggest this resort to anyone ! The staff was not attentive to anyone ! The food was beyond bland. The Buffett was their only good option. The property had so many outdated and damaged things everywhere . The swim up bar was missing a whole panel where no one wanted to sit. My parents room lost all electricity and they went a whole day without a room . The only thing they compensated was a private dinner and that was after we escalated things twice. I was double charged by their excursion coordinator and they refuse to refund me now. Absolute terrible resort!

The whole property is not properly maintained, specially the room where we stayed. Concierge/Reception, not consistently friendly and helpful. A couple of staff we encountered seemed bothered by us as we checked in. This is not a 5 star resort as we expected. Food was OK. Nightly Entertainment was really good though.

Mermaid pool area had flooring that was cracked and the bridge on the pool area didnt look very stable.. they need to fix fhat area of the resort. Sushi Restaurant was the best Sushi we've had. Food quality and safety was excellent. Ate lots of food and and drank a lot and didnt get sick.

Came here to celebrate my birthday my fiancé advised the customer service about it and they said they will bring something to our unit however nothing came. Also the TV was nit working also there’s something dripping in our room. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was good. Was looking forward for my birthday to be memorable but sad to say I was disappointed.

The bad experience at this hotel began at the entrance to the property, where hotel security kept us waiting for approximately 10 minutes because, according to his excuse, he couldn't find our reservation and also asked for our ID so he could take pictures with his own phone. After arriving at the hotel reception at 4:00 pm, they informed us that our room was not ready for occupancy and the check-in time was at 3:00 pm, even though we had requested an early check-in two days prior. When they finally gave us the key to our room, we proceeded to go, but when we got to the door, they were still cleaning it. The room was not at all what I expected; being a simple room, I hoped it wouldn't feel like I was staying in a very low-category motel like this one did. They offered me a room change, which I accepted, since it was the same category but located in a different building. I asked what the next category would be, and I was told I would have to pay an extra US$100.00 per night, which I declined since I was only staying for one night and it wouldn't be worth it, fearing it would be a little more. I selected this hotel because the one I was actually going to choose was cheaper, but I understood that it's not every day that one celebrates a year of marriage, so I opted to book this slightly more expensive hotel, hoping the whole experience would be better for my wife and me on our anniversary.

One of the most complete and well-organized hotels I have visited, excellent facilities, superior, pleasant services, extremely good food, super special treatment from the collaborators, thanks to Mrs. Anny, very attentive and kind, I give her a 1 million rating for the way she treated me and my wife.

I arrived a bit early and my room was not expected to be ready until 3:00. So I went and entertained myself at the bar in the pool. I came back at 3:00. My room still wasn't ready. I came back at 3:45. My room still wasn't ready. I came back at 4:00. My room was ready. I proceeded to my room open the door and it was still filthy especially the door. It had dead insects in that look like it had been here for a long time. It had brown stuff dripping from the from the door like they didn't wipe the door down. My shower was flowing into the bathroom floor because they had put the strips on the door wrong. The food was horrible. They didn't have much of a selection when it came to breakfast. No entertainment until the evening. However, the best part about the trip for me was they have a beautiful pool, beautiful spa and they're located right off the beach. So if I had to write this I would give this richard, I would give it a three-star. It does not deserve to be a five-star. And, I will never book here again! I was very disappointed because I didn't get what I paid for!
