We had such a great time at the hotel! Right from the start, the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is gorgeous with clean, spacious areas and an amazing private beach. We got an awesome surprise—a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was really roomy and comfy, plus the balcony had great views, which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. There were plenty of fun activities and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Overall, the service was spot on and we loved every minute. Definitely planning to come back soon!

I liked the hotel, we had a family vacation there, a very diverse program, lots of shows and water activities. My daughter especially liked the kids club and the girls who work there, all evening she said that Josi and Milana are very funny and cool. And she was also happy when Milana drew her favorite character for her. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that after one dinner my stomach hurt, maybe something wasn't very fresh..., but it didn't spoil our vacation

Review for Titanic Beach Hotel
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. My experience here was absolutely terrible from start to finish.
The food was of extremely poor quality, tasteless, and unsafe — it caused severe stomach pain for both us and our children. The reception staff were shockingly unprofessional, especially a receptionist named Verna, whose attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
The rooms were in bad condition, with uncomfortable beds and terrible mattresses. The swimming pool was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. The staff overall were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in assisting guests. Even the hotel manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I paid a large amount of money expecting quality service, but instead, I got disappointment, illness, and stress. There is no value for the money, and the hotel completely fails to deliver even basic standards.
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

We stayed at the Titanic Palace, a nice hotel, excellent service, all the staff are helpful, friendly, sociable, at first we even forgot to leave a tip, this did not affect the attitude, the food is endless, I am picky, but it suited me, the only thing is that if after the excursion you come back for the last dinner from 22 to 23, then you will not be able to eat well. And since we were at the beginning of December and took a room on the first floor with a pool, we did not swim in it, this is only for the healthiest, it is not heated, only one common pool is heated, it is well warm, but going out into the wind, very cold in general, warm for about 4 hours, from 12 to 16, then again brrrrrrr, in the evenings in a tracksuit is just right 🤣

Excellent hotel, you can have a good rest with children. The food is very tasty and varied. There are heated pools, an excellent water park. Keep in mind that WhatsApp does not work well and the Internet is weak. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian at a communication level. I recommend!

The hotel is very beautiful, large territory, large and beautiful beach. The food is delicious, varied, for every taste. There is a separate table for dietary food, every morning an omelet, cottage cheese with herbs, tomatoes, soft cheeses. Lots of fruit - grapefruits, melons, oranges, tangerines. Most of all I like the food in the main restaurant. There are many employees on the territory, the paths are washed several times a day. The pools are cleaned, vacuumed. Toilets on the street are washed every 20 minutes. Coffee machines, a bar with alcoholic cocktails work around the clock. Thanks to all the staff for your work, your care, attention and pleasant rest. I recommend this hotel for visiting and we ourselves will definitely come back here in the summer ☀️♥️👍

Excellent hotel. The same territory and infrastructure as the Titanic Palace Hotel. The former is a bit more luxurious, this one is a bit newer. I would also like to say that there is an excellent reef here. We saw almost everything except turtles and sharks. Moray eels live right next to the Pier. And there is also good local alcohol, which is rare for Egypt, they say.

I have quite a list so we can start:
Pros:
1. The location of the hotel and the facilities are very good.
2. The bridge that takes you 3 to 400m to the sea where a coral is located with an amazing subaquatic fauna... colorful fish, sting rays, large turtles, I presonally saw one large size turtle like the one I saw at the Hurgada Grand Aquarium.
3. The food is good with a large variety, but it laks a bit the taste.
4. Snaks and drinks were widely available all day in all locations, hotel, pool, beach.
5. Child friendly with lots of activityes, mini disco every evening, swiming pools and slides for kids and adults.
Cons:
1. The room we received had very old beed sheets but were clean and we are not very pikey people.
2. The cleaing services of the rooms could have been better.
3. The staff is almost, as I say almost begging for typs all the time, at some moments you can get a bit upset with that.
4. The aircon of the room (depends what room you receive) worked for 15 min after it went to error and only the blower was working, wich I might add that even on low was quite annoying.
5. The swiming pool and beach program end at 18.00 wich is to say the least dissapointing !
Overall we were happy with our stay there, but I would not go for a second time !

It was 2 days in hurghada and they were pretty good I'll start my review with the food it was actually tasty but as a Muslim, beef was such a great problem. whenever I went to a hotel that tourists from Europe came in they eat some foods that I can't eat such as pork. if they would put a sign and say "halal meat" or smth that will be so good. The cucumbers tasted like zucchini and no enough options for proteins plus we all know that breakfast starts and ends at a certain times they would be late for organizing i once came at 6:00 not a single second early nor late they said they still need time (half an hour) and they would pull out the plates from the counters before 15 min early!! You might think it's not a big deal but for such a resort that would be rated as a 5 star they would definitely focus on these little details
the service wasn't great the garcons treated us badly with some really bad eye manners and that yellow smile they put on their face whenever we ordered smth plus, our orders would come late or a wrong one.
the cleaners of the bathroom should clean better and spray a good smell y would I like to smell an animal's poop inside? Also y was a fox inside the hotel!!?! The pools were not clean especially the fake beach I saw a cockroach inside and I was so disgusted. I was bare feet when I actually wanted to go for water slides and the marble doesn't give a nice decoration and it is too slippery I slipped on the ground 100 times!!
The high and low tides had ruined my vacation and the stage wasn't fun and there were some scenes that children can't see like couples belly dancing! Or couples sitting on each other's lap? And what I was sad from is that who presented that was and Egyptian I felt so sad as an Egyptian that a guy from the same country wanted others to think Abt us smth bad, ik that most of the ppl were European but also some don't like their kids or them to see these things.
The room's bathroom is too slippery and very small. The shower door covered the bathroom door (not efficient)
No prayer rooms or prayer rugs to pray sadly or even the direction of the qibla but there are multiple bars and clubs totally great 😩
In conclusion,
Absolute failure I don't everrrrr suggest or recommend coming to that hotel

Fantastic hotel beautifully decorated each room is huge with air-conditioning and lovely decor. They all fully disability friendly. We've been coming here for over 10 years and the remarkable changes in the last year are impeccable. The food quality n selection is fantastic too fresh Oranges squeezed at breakfast. The pools are spotless and the staff are friendly and happy to help. We've tried loads of hotels and won't go anywhere else now. There's so much to do entertainment day n night and the aqua park plus bars with singers etc how anyone can moan about what is offered I don't know. Well new to Mr kareem in how you've changed so many things. We truly impressed
