Berr Hotel

This hotel doesn't deserve to be a 4-star hotel. It could be a 2- or 3-star hotel. The hotel is old, and this is evident from the doors and walls. The rooms are not equipped with a kettle or tea and coffee making facilities, as is the case in all 4-star hotels. When I asked the receptionist, he apologized for the equipment, especially since the pictures shown on hotel booking sites show the rooms equipped with a kettle. This is not credible. They even skimp on equipping the rooms with a bottle of water in the refrigerator. The noise is annoying. There is no insulation between the rooms, and the sounds of doors slamming in the hallways can be heard in the rooms. Sounds travel between rooms, as well as the noise from the street. The breakfast is poor and does not live up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. There was a malfunction in the lighting in the entrance hall to the room, and I informed the receptionist, but the problem was not resolved. The curtains do not completely cover the window, allowing sunlight to enter the room and block out the light and sunlight. I do not recommend staying there at all.

don’t clean the rooms, very expensive you can be at five stars at the same price as we paid here I don’t prefer anybody to rent a room here we paid $80 a day you can’t find better for this price and it’s not four stars it’s just three stars

Very outdated surprise was classified 4stars.no doubt they changed four stars rate but did not deliver

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! It is RIDICULOUS. They don't provide an iron, water or toiletry. The toilets smell like the gutter which then wreaks the whole room. The staff are unapologetic. I asked for an iron as all my clothes needed an iron and they said I should have bought one with me? Been to 100s of hotels but never experienced such disgusting hotel. Pls spend a little more and get a better hotel.

The sewer stinks strongly throughout the corridor and in the rooms.
