Wow - we landed after a long night flight and arrived at the hotel for 7am. To our astonishment they had a room ready for us and at didn't charge us to check in early. The rooms were decent enough, hotel a little bit worn, but breakfast was very decent. The drinks at the bar were extortionate and so I'd not recommend. But overall, a hotel checking me in at 7am is an absolute result!!!

Worth it onky for the breakfast.
The room stincked tobacco. We were moved to a smoke free room, but seemed weird that they did not ask on check in.
The pool and jacuzzi are extremely cold.

It was an amazing experience. Ece was kind and very helpful. She assisted us in every way possible from the best places to eat to helping us get around Istanbul in the easiest and most convenient ways. Plus, the hotel it's self was very nice and clean!

I'd definitely look somewhere else if you're not restricted by the Turkish Airlines promotion. Just not a good vibe with the service here. Room was okay, nothing special. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. At least it was pretty quiet.

This was a free nights hotel stay due to a very long airport layover. It gave us the chance to get some rest and shower. Came with a wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of food. The only thing was we had to check out by 15h00 which we did, however they had already locked our room and didn’t want us to go back in at around 14h00 which I think is ridiculous. If we have to check out by 15h00 then that means 3pm. Also the WiFi hardly worked.
But overall a decent stay. It’s really far from the airport and the central touristy areas - you’ll need a taxi to catch public transport.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of tram line station “Pazartekke”. The hotel itself is fine but with a strange pungent smell in the lobby. Prior my stay the online contact with the management was excellent and they were extremely cooperative in solving some of my issues. Rooms are spacious and clean but the hotel doesn’t give you contemporary vibes. Breakfast was ample but I was expecting more variety. Staff was helping but needs to be little more courteous. Rest, I would stay again if I would ever visit Istanbul again.

It's not central by any means, but it is a great location for the tram into Istanbul city centre
Get yourself an Istanbul travel card(the red one). The hotel is nice and very clean ,the rooms are nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very much Turkish, so no english cuisine. It's very fresh and nice. We would definitely use this hotel again.

It was a wonderful trip. I listened with the family, but there are some points adjacent to the service. The staff there is not cooperative with regard to the Turkish youth, especially the one on the ground floor who is responsible for the swimming pool and the sports club. He is not fluent in English, only Turkish, and comments on swimwear, which is designated for swimming, as well as closing the swimming pool and we. We swim because he wants to clean and the time is set from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We were there from 8:30 PM until 9:10 PM. He said that the pool will be closed for cleaning purposes. Let’s talk about the room, it is good anyway, but the safe with valuables is not safe and it was not opened for us. I don’t know why. When he asked for help, he opened it with his key and brought me another one, but it did not open. Fortunately, we had two rooms to have another safe.

We stayed here one night and the hotel seemed well maintained, although our toilet had a leaking bath tub. The best thing about this hotel that is very close to a tram station and at a walking distance to most restaurants that were open until late at night. Taxi to airport costs around 1000 Lira, however a bus station is also available at a distance of two/three tram stations depending if you have time and looking for cost effective options

We stayed there for 4 Nights. It was a good experience. Rooms are comfy and clean atmosphere was calm and the staff were kind and helpful especially Eren he's a nice and kind person provided assistance and comfort for all guests 🤝🏻 i highly recommend this hotel if you're looking up to stay for vacation
