The hotel is a good option for a 2-night stopover during the transit flight via Istanbul due to great balance between travel times to both the IST airport and city center. The reception staff is really efficient and helpful. The room was no way of 5-star hotel (it definitely needed renovation) but clean. Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was plentiful. No comments on the swimming pool and spa as we didn't use them.

Wow - we landed after a long night flight and arrived at the hotel for 7am. To our astonishment they had a room ready for us and at didn't charge us to check in early. The rooms were decent enough, hotel a little bit worn, but breakfast was very decent. The drinks at the bar were extortionate and so I'd not recommend. But overall, a hotel checking me in at 7am is an absolute result!!!

It was an amazing experience. Ece was kind and very helpful. She assisted us in every way possible from the best places to eat to helping us get around Istanbul in the easiest and most convenient ways. Plus, the hotel it's self was very nice and clean!

Great place clean

I stayed at the hotel for two nights during a transit through Istanbul. The hotel was offered by the airline and one night was paid for by them, so in order not to change the location, I stayed there the second night as well.
The location is not right in the center, but not far. Right next to the hotel is a tram stop that goes through Sultanahmet Square and towards Taksim (from the final tram stop to Taksim you can take the funicular).
You can get from the airport to the hotel by metro, but with two transfers.
To be honest, knowing that the hotel was offered by the airline, I did not expect anything outstanding from it. But to my surprise, the hotel turned out to be quite good and, most importantly, quiet. Probably, this is one of the quietest hotels in Istanbul where I have stayed, not counting the expensive chain hotels. So I slept well. I did not even hear the morning call to prayer.
Breakfasts at the hotel can be included in the price of accommodation, or you can book without breakfast. On the first morning I took advantage of the breakfast, and it was not bad. It is worth remembering that breakfasts in Istanbul city hotels are not rich, but in this case there is a choice and you will not go hungry.
Conclusion: if living a step away from the sights of Istanbul is not your goal and you are ready to spend 15-20 minutes to get to them, but at the same time you want to take a break from the noise, then I recommend the hotel.

This was a free nights hotel stay due to a very long airport layover. It gave us the chance to get some rest and shower. Came with a wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of food. The only thing was we had to check out by 15h00 which we did, however they had already locked our room and didn’t want us to go back in at around 14h00 which I think is ridiculous. If we have to check out by 15h00 then that means 3pm. Also the WiFi hardly worked.

But overall a decent stay. It’s really far from the airport and the central touristy areas - you’ll need a taxi to catch public transport.
