I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Ramada which is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The high level of security at the hotel made us feel very safe, which was particularly important for our group of girls traveling together. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and every detail was taken care of to ensure we had a fantastic stay. This hotel has definitely set a high standard, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

The place is great, it has easy access to metro station that can take you into most of the touristic places around. It has alot of excellent facilities the rooms are clean and feel like home. Our room service Ms. Elif was an amazing woman that cared about our room in very professional way.

Loved it! The staff is amazing and the cleaning lady that cleans the room 514 is so kind and she always greats me with a smile and says good morning every single day. And the location is beautiful every thing is close to you it’s a unique location. Would 100% recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is beyond perfect, just across metro station. Close enough to taksim. And far enough to be away from the too much crowdedness of taksim.
The pool is good for taking the heat of summer.
The staff are very helpful, educated and professional( all of them)
For its price it is great but if you want to spend more there are other options nearby.
I only take a star because of a very weird and rude thing they do which is they open your room in the afternoon to check the minibar! Which I havent seen in any other hotel

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, the service is good, its location is very excellent, close to the area with all services. However, the strange thing is that on the second day, one of the employees came to check on the bar. Even though I paid two thousand Turkish lira for insurance, I stayed in several hotels. No one did that before the check was on the day of checkout.

Since our initial contact with the hotel, the customer relationship was of excellence.
The hotel staff are professional, understanding and dedicated. F&B team is also worth mentioning, with their high-quality products and well-timed service.

Currently staying here and i really have hard time talking to front desk because of their attitude. They are simply no welcoming or nice and you can see their Attitude on the face when they talk to you.
I booked hotel because of spa well and steam room and sauna and packed with guys and i am not able to use it because to use it i have to leave women’s dressing room and go through male dressing room to get there.
Hotel rooms are amazing but i would not expect less for this price. Nothing though is included not a reception or breakfast.
I will not come back to this hotel because of i am
paying this kind of money i would expect nicer attitude towards me and to see rolled eyes of front desk people

Frankly speaking, the hotel is very excellent and its location is strategic. The male and female employees are very courteous and their dealings are very sophisticated and their smile never leaves their faces, especially the security employee (Aleef). My special thanks and gratitude go to the receptionist whose name is (Hazal). She is very ethical and cooperative and helps the guests and serves them. She did not fall short in taste.

We had a very nice stay.
The whole hotel was always very clean. Everyone of the stuff was very polite and friendly. The location is great. It is next to a metro station. By that metro line you can reach numerous malls and istiklal caddesi in a few minutes.
Near to Nisantasi and Besiktas district.
They even suprised us by a Birthday present.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! What made it even better was that my trip to Istanbul was primarily for shopping, and this hotel's location was ideal. It's just a short 5-minute walk from Nisantisi, a renowned shopping street in Istanbul.
The rooms were lovely, lots of space, and the service was excellent as well.
And of course, I HAVE to mention their delicious breakfast, which was an absolute delight.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! :)
