Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana - Dubai Creek

We just spent a fabulous 9 days at the Al Bandar in Dubai and this truly is a 5 star establishment. First and foremost the staff, throughout the hotel are excellent. From the lifeguards and bar staff at the pool, concierge and guest service staff, reception staff to Morgan’s, Salt & Pepper and Gusto Restaurant staff; all focussed on making sure our stay was restful, enjoyable and memorable. We found them all helpful, flexible and highly professional. The food is first class, high end but thankfully without the pomp. All dining was highly relaxed, thoroughly enjoyable and top quality - especially the deserts at lunch! Overall, I would highly recommend the Al Bandar as an ideal location for a stay in Dubai. Basically, I’m not sure why you would go anywhere else in Dubai

Fabulous experience here. We upgraded at a small cost to a 1 bedroom which was huge. The staff, restaurants, location were all perfect! We took the club option and full board, amazing value especially for Dubai

We stayed Welcome, cleanliness, the room, the breakfast everything was perfect. The employees are great, it was my birthday I received a cake delivered to the room, thank you for all this, the team. Had an superb stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was large and tidy/clean and the bed was good. However the last day I found a spot in the bathroom that the cleaners seem to forgot for quite a while. When rotating the shampoo bottle there was quite some dirt. Because it was my last day at the hotel the reception provided me with a complimentary taxi to the airport.

I had the all-inclusive package and when checking in you will get explained how it works. Drinks you can order all day, food is bound to certain times and differs for each restaurant. For the Italian restaurant you have to book a reservation. Food at Morgan's was OK, dinner at Gusto was very tasty. Breakfast is what you can expect from a 5 star hotel.

When you have a late flight you can still use the pool / fitness facilities.

After months of planning our Dubai trip we settled to stay at Al Bandar Rotana, and we did not regret it. The location is great, not far from the hotel or the main attractions, staff were amazing, looked after me and my family very well, huge variety in the breakfast which I really enjoyed, and the room was super spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again when I visit Dubai. What an amazing experience.

Genuinely surprised walking into the room at how comfortable, modern and clean it was. We loved the amenities and the room service did a great job as well. I have to mention how amazing the breakfast was; there were some reviews not satisfied with it but I don't understand what sort of expectations they had. The choice was wide, the quality was outstanding.
The only thing missing would be a microwave and a fridge..

Amazing hotel with rooms that look out over the creek, boats and fabulous skyline in the distance. Fantastic staff in restaurant and club lounge, very helpful and friendly. Pool a super cool experience looking out over the city. Train station and Ubers nearby.
Function rooms also excellent including the copious amounts of food.
Breakfast and lunch especially on the weekend were amazing. Can't wait to come back.

We chose this hotel for our vacation in Dubai because of its convenient access to the metro and the BigBus station (both within a 10-15 minute walk), as well as the rooftop pool with a breathtaking view and the buffet restaurant "Salt & Pepper". The room was very clean and spacious, with a view of a small street behind the hotel. Unfortunately, there were no German TV channels for the evenings in the hotel room, but that was the only downside and we were overall very satisfied with everything. The hotel has three restaurants, of which we only visited one, the Salt & Pepper. During Ramadan, there was a wide selection of traditional dishes that we enjoyed very much. There were also many vegetarian and vegan options, which is why we preferred this restaurant over the other two. Apart from that, we wanted to eat local cuisine and traditional Arabic dishes when we are in Dubai and not Italian (we have been to Italy hundreds of times). The Salt & Pepper was fully booked during Ramadan, but the hotel staff made it possible for us to dine there for our entire stay. That was very generous and we are very grateful for this opportunity, as food is always very important to us on vacation. The hotel fulfilled all the aspects that we chose it for (good access to public transportation, good food in the buffet restaurant, great pool). Our expectations for the hotel room, cleanliness, hotel standards and service were exceeded. When we are in Dubai next time, we will stay at this hotel again.
