I booked a plan that included access to the club lounge and was looking forward to it, but I was denied check-in because I didn’t have a physical ID.
I showed them my passport, ID, and driver’s license digitally, but they insisted that a physical ID was required, with no flexibility whatsoever.
In the past, when I forgot my ID at a Marriott-affiliated hotel in Dubai, they were accommodating and allowed me to check in.
There are plenty of far better hotels in Dubai. I recommend avoiding this terrible hotel, as there’s no need to pay for such poor service.
Raj, Karan and Shoaib were very attentive and welcoming to us during the buffet. They really went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Raj, Karan and Shoaib your service will definitely bring us back!!
Also this morning, I was having breakfast and talked with Shoaib and he was very selective in the guest he served. I was talking to
him but instead of talking to me he ignored me and just focused on the dished instead of having communication contact to me. And he made face by showing disgust which I saw in my own eyes.
I will not complain if I experienced utmost hospitality and customer service. I dont deserve to be treated like this especially as a Titanium Elite member like me.
I raised the concern to the manager on duty but no one responded to me or even called me. Management of this hotel sucks and even did not bother to do service recovery and did not focus on making sure that the guest will have memorable stay.
I will never come back to this hotel.
Shoaib deserves to be punished accordingly as he doesnt deserve to work in Marriott properties at all.

A huge plus was the complimentary shuttle service to Dubai Mall and other key locations, making transportation incredibly convenient. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel delivers a seamless experience with great amenities and service. Highly recommended!
Free shuttle to Dubai mall many times per day and that is nice
Breakfast is decent, I like the staff at breakfast restaurant name "Karan" he was supportive and looks happy for what he works, he has really good service mind. Even remember what I always order or where I like to sit when I went for breakfast.
I would recommend and definitely go back to this hotel next time I visit Dubai!
I recently had a truly frustrating experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. My family and I arrived on May 5th at 11:30 AM, looking forward to checking into our interconnected rooms. The staff informed us that check-in would be around 1 PM, which we accepted. However, when we returned at 4 PM, we discovered that the rooms were located far apart, which was not acceptable for us.
After expressing our concerns, the staff offered us a single room on another floor while we waited. We thought this was a reasonable compromise, so we patiently waited for about an hour. Finally, we received one of the rooms but were still left waiting for the second one. As I write this, it’s now 6 PM, and we are still without our other room.
The excessive delays and lack of timely communication from the staff have made this a highly disappointing experience. It's clear that the hotel's operational efficiency leaves much to be desired. I couldn't help but feel that our time was not valued, and it certainly soured what should have been an enjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
