It was amazing and pleasant stay! The apartment is fresh, specially comparing to all what I see in business bay! All furniture was new and it was very clean 😍 The management was super helpful! All stay was above my expectations! So 100% will recommend you the place 🔥🔥

Any questions we had were answered very efficiently via WhatsApp messaging service with replies done very quickly. Loved our stay here so much we booked an extra night! Would definitely recommend and return!

I really enjoyed my stay - very clean studio with excellent WiFi, washing machine, king bed and TV system. Nice touches like detergent and washing up liquid provided, rather than having to purchase them

We were welcomed by very happy and helpful staff who made our check in very smooth and quick. The staff walked us to the room and demonstrated how to lock the door and showed us around the apartment

The view from the Balcony exceeded our expectations-it was amazing. Included in the booking was 2 house keeping cleans which were done to a great level

The place is located in a convenient location. However, the property is showing its age. Our room was spacious, but it could use a good facelift. The staff members on the other hand are very friendly and helpful

The gym facility and the pools are not of ideal size, especially the skypool on the 42nd floor was so tiny I would not even want to get into the water there. So overall our experience at this hotel was mixed

The breakfast service at the lounge is also very good, although the seating space is quite limited

While it did have a comfortable bed, and lovely staff, I don’t know if I would recommend to others due to the high cost and only satisfactory conditions of the room

I was quite disappointed that the room came with a smoke smell, despite it being advertised as non-smoking. The room itself wasn’t entirely clean

Excellent location to Dubai Mall and Burg Khalifa Room is very clean and comfortable

The only downside is the bathtub area, door is not enclosed (which I already knew beforehand when looking at photos online, but it’s worse than I thought, since water just splashed out to the floor if not careful enough 😭) Also the water temperature changed from time to time so I always had to adjust the temperature several times

Just had one of the most amazing experience with Emi. The massage was perfect. I love strong massage and she was very attentive to my needs. Thanks a lot I’ll definitely come back 🙏🏽

It is quite close to Dubai Mall and at the same time to the metro station. If you come as a tourist, you will appreciate these qualities. To be honest, I did not expect the room to be so big with a separate bedroom

He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior

I came here with my family of five, and we are thrilled with our stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the Business Bay metro station, which makes getting around the city so much easier

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Special recognition goes to Manager Imran and his dedicated team, who made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and smooth

Good buffet and even had indoor swimming pool you can enjoy at any season. The staff are polite and very helpful. Definitely highly recommended

It is a 40-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa. There is a heated swimming pool on the rooftop, with a panoramic view of Dubai and Business Bay. There is a gym upstairs with good facilities
