Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Residences was exceptional. We were initially booked for a two-bedroom apartment but were delighted with an upgrade to a spacious and immaculate three-bedroom unit. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained.

The staff was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thank you for the delicious complimentary birthday cake!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and local cuisine, catering to all tastes.

The rooms a spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and beautiful view. The hotel is not near to the center but it's convenient. We had a good check in and easy check out. People are friendly and helpful. The hotel has nice facilities.

We came to Dubai for a week and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was provided a wheelchair throughout the stay due to walking issues.
Sudarsan in particular was very good to us and Badal in the restaurant looked after us very well too with a great smile on his face. The pool staff were great and so to were the reception staff.
It was a great week here and would definitely recommend it to others and we hope to use the same hotel again.

The location of the hotel is just opposite to the Dolphinarium. You can have a great view of the creek from the hotel.

The service was quite good though they can slightly improve the cleanliness of the linen. They provided complimentary water as much as needed which is good because water is costly around Dubai.

The restaurant for breakfast was a bit crowded so they accomodated in another restaurant. Overall breakfast choices are good.

It's also very easy to get cabs from the hotel as they have a taxi rank right in front of the same.

Perfect hotel with wonderful staff! The rooms are big and clean, the rooftop bar is outstanding. The breakfast buffet was great with everything you need and the staff is the heart of this hotel. Even the hotel is not directly in the city center it is easy to explore Dubai. Only five minutes walking to the Metro and always taxis in front of the hotel. The pool area with bar is nice and also the spa and the massage was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially because of the wonderful staff!
