Update:
So after I told them about cockroach infestation within few hours I was shifted to a better room with no cockroach at all.They ensured the room was clean.When it comes to service,all of their staffs are superb. Special thanks to Hassan who took care of everything at our floor.If I ever visit Dubai again,I'd love to stay here only.Everyone here is amazing ,the whole crew.
I lived on the second floor and the noise of the club reached my room. When I went to the reception, I told him about the disturbance and he told me that the room could not be changed and the club could not be stopped. The club continued until 4 am. It was a bad experience and a terrible night. We could not sleep despite being tired.
The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, with no regard for guest satisfaction.
On top of that, it was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price.
Avoid if possible.
other than that The hotel was dirty. uncleaned floor, mirrors and tables are stained, molded bathroom and small cockroaches here and there.
