Very good hotel. Quality is visible in absolutely everything, from the cleaning of the room to the temperature of the water in the pool. Super!

The room is gorgeous, the view is wonderful, cleaning is done 3 times a day, and it was unnoticeable for us. On the beach everything is very efficient and with sun loungers, and with umbrellas, and with towels. Five stars in everything. I recommend ... to everyone, but it is expensive ... especially if you want a view of the sea, the sound of the waves, and the absence of crowds of people on the beach and around ...

Cool hotel, the price is too much, it is definitely not worth it. But everything is great, the main thing is that it is deserted around, its own beach area and on both sides there are wild beaches where there is no one, if you go further there will be Dubai lamer, where there are a lot of cool cafes and two cool beaches. Cool food, service, rooms and landscaped interior in the hotel courtyard, on the beach side. Opposite is a nice shopping center. I recommend it, with a normal price tag, you need to look at the dates when what.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent and friendly staff. The food is amazing, you should try the brunch/breakfast. It is a memorable experience and a great offer, even for seasoned guests like us. In the evening it was a bit too calm and really. nothing to do. I would also recommend the restaurant Tasca, every single dish was great, including the cocktails. The only reason that I did not give the 10 is the dinner at the main restaurant. It was a business meeting so we took the menu. It was just not good, cheap food and a mediocre menu. The Spa experience was nice, with high standards in staff, treatments, facilities, and products. I would recommend this hotel.

My experience at the hotel during my five-day stay was incredible, from check-in to the moment I left. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and everything was amazing, including the room, services, staff, spa, and food.

The staff truly take care of the guests and strive to make them happy. For example, when I requested Arabic coffee from my room, they sent Sir Mohammed, who is responsible for welcoming guests with Arabic coffee at the reception, to deliver it to me. This really surprised me and made me happy! The staff was well-trained and attentive.

I loved the spa and the facilities there; it was a truly wonderful experience. I look forward to returning to enjoy a massage and relax in the sauna, jacuzzi, and other amenities.

The overall service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, every employee I encountered was attentive and very friendly.

The room was beautifully design, facing Dubai Skyline, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options.

A special mention goes to Amado and his team for their efforts. They went above and beyond to find what I was looking for, and this made my stay even more special.

Perfectly splendid, the staff is very helpful and always at your disposal either in person or via whatsapp. Amazing restaurants and food in the hotel and the spa is great, me and my wife had our best massage there. The pool and beach area is very comfy and with different areas that give you a sense of privacy. The room is astonishing and the only regret I have is not staying there more nights, I will definitely be back !

Overall a fantastic hotel, service was great, room sizes were very large and spacious and the housekeeping staff were exceptional! So much variety for breakfast, and service with a smile always. Access to the beach was easy, there was a small football pitch and table tennis area for the kids to enjoy, and the ice lollies provided by the pool staff in the heat was a real treat.
The only qualm I had was that the rooftop pool was closed during our stay, we thought we could go and relax up there while the children were in the kids club but unfortunately we were unable to do so.
