I had an exceptional experience at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Dubai. The location is perfect—peaceful, luxurious, and very convenient for everything in the city. The overall service is outstanding, but I want to give special appreciation to LILY, a room attendant who truly made my stay memorable.

Despite her role, she went above expectations with her warm attitude, deep knowledge about the rooms, hotel facilities, and the products they provide. She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Her support and attention to detail reflected true 5-star hospitality.

Spent the day on the beach with family. Excellent atmosphere, and stylish decor with a beautiful sandy beach. Very attentive service. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to spend time during the weekend. Expensive but you can redeem the price of the sun loungers on food and drinks.

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental was absolutely incredible and truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was seamless and luxurious. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a wonderful pool and beach, and the outstanding Japanese restaurant Netsu, making it a perfect retreat.

I want to especially highlight Rafik, Korel and Katie from the Guest Relations team, who were exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the experience.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the Mandarin Oriental—it has easily become one of my favourite hotels in Dubai.

The venue itself was stunning, very clean, and peaceful, with no disturbances at all. The beautiful views impressed all my family, and the room they provided had an amazing view. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

A special thanks goes to Melissa and Lucia, who were outstanding throughout. Even when we thought about postponing the event due to certain circumstances, they were very understanding and cooperative. In the end, we held the ceremony on time with full confidence in them, and they did not let us down.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special and welcomed. Our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration even more meaningful. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, peaceful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was also outstanding, vast, delicious, and full of high-quality options to suit every taste. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and serene, and the service was flawless from start to finish. We truly felt cared for in every detail.

I want to sincerely thank the entire team for going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and accessible as possible. After I shared my feedback about the accessibility in the room, the team immediately made thoughtful adjustments. They removed the coffee machines and drinks from high counters and placed everything at wheelchair level. They brought a special seat for the toilet, and even placed a table next to me to ensure everything I needed was within reach. These may seem like small details, but they made a huge difference.

A special shout-out to Isabel, Tom, Christopher, Rein, all the butlers, and every single receptionist — I’m so sorry I can’t remember all your names, but each of you contributed to making this experience incredibly memorable. Everyone was genuine, kind, and eager to help. The management also followed up with me personally to ensure I was happy with the accessibility adjustments.
