Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available.you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Very pleasant place to stay @ Golden Sands. Buffet has a lot of different dishes to choose from. Kids are very welcome with special amusement programs by the outside pool - dancing, playing. Wellness center is also a nice option for a physiotherapy or a massage. All in all an excellent place for a holiday.

The hotel is located in a very good area, 10 minutes walk from the beach. The food is very good and a lot (you have breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner). It was a wonderful hotel, not too far from the beach. The walk down wasn't very hard but you needed to go down quite a few stairs. If you aren't such a fan of walks you can always take the shuttle bus which leaves once every 30 minutes. Be careful to be before with at least 5 minutes so you have a guaranteed seat. It was a dream like vacation. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the beach or too close where it's noisy. The staff was kind and professional, and we liked their cocktails. The overall experience was great. Based on the price is a very good hotel to stay in. The TV is a bit outdated but I didn t come to watch TV🤣. The location is excelent only 5-10m from the beach. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Hotel is located in good area and have easy access to streets and near the beach. Rooms were clean and airconditioner worked perfectly in hot days. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We visited end of June, the hotel was not very crowded and very relaxing. Service was on point. Reception was open 24 hours. Everyone from the staff was ver friendly. The manager was the most accommodating and helpful person I have even encountered in the hotel industry. The hotel needs urgently a renewal. Regarding the food: you get what you have paid. Hotel Pliska offers good prices, in consequence the quality of the food and drinks is low. The hotel overall is okay like a 3 star hotel but mostly is poorly maintained. Not only the rooms but especially the bathrooms. Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.
