It could have been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the food, which was disgusting. The service is incredible - the staff is extremely kind, they greet you when they see you and care about what you want. The hotel rooms are modern and spacious and the open balconies are nice and sunny with lots of place to sit and a great view. It would have been too good to be true if the food was at least bearable...

We spent 6 days at this hotel with family and child. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good food and lots of it. It's a great experience. A good place for groups of friends but also for families with children. I noticed a very good organization. It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us ... The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options.

It was a really good budget hotel, We stayed on the 3rd floor and played music most of the time but nobody complained. There was plenty of selection for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, big portions of tasty food. It's clean and tidy, rooms are cleaned and towels/sheets are changed every 3 days. It's not busy during covid.
