Nice hotel, I went with my family for 2 nights, the rooms were really clean. The location is not very far from the city which is good. Staff was friendly. Only downside was that they didn’t have any medicine or anything to provide for an emergency or a simple headache in the middle of the night. Despite that we had a great stay and good definitely recommend

Awful customer service. They kept sending me unsuccessful payment emails no matter how many times I updated my credit card info. After 3 weeks of not knowing whats going on and contacting them 10 times without much response I called booking.com and explained the situation. They told me if the payment has not gone through for such a long time then it would for sure be cancelled and I can move on with another booking.
However a month after that I saw the charge on my credit card + my booking status is still ibvalid payment!! They refuse to cancel, they refuse to respond to customers' questions/concerns, they refuse to even update the status of booking to give the guests a but of clarity, .... In general they obviously don't care for customer and only see them as a source of income even at the expense of forcefully getting money out of their credit card. When I contacted my bank they mentioned this merchant has already been flagged for fraudulant charges multiple times in my country!!
However a month after that I saw the charge on my credit card + my booking status is still ibvalid payment!! They refuse to cancel, they refuse to respond to customers' questions/concerns, they refuse to even update the status of booking to give the guests a but of clarity, .... The center and easy, free street parking. The staff were friendly and explained that daily cleaning isn’t included, but if we wanted we can request it at reception. This suited us perfectly as we like to have a long lie, and hate hearing the noisy cleaning staff in the mornings. So this was very positive for us.
The Room was very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable we’ve ever had! The mattress and bedding were amazing, very quiet (no outside noise nor noise from other guests/doors etc) and warm (we never had to use the heating)
Breakfast offered healthy options such as granola, fruit and natural yogurt, and all the usual items.
We would definitely go back, just to sleep in the very comfortable bed again 😁

This hotel is located about 30 minutes from the city center, which is accessible by bus followed by a train. The rooms were pleasant and modern, as it’s a fairly new building. All the staff were very accommodating to any extra needs, such as providing additional coffee and sugar.
We didn’t experience any problems and would definitely stay here again if we ever returned. The hotel also offers easy access to Messe München, which is reachable by a bus that departs from outside Burger King, about a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, Lime bikes and scooters were always available just outside if needed.

The hotel is located around 30mins from the airport and then a further 25 from the centre. . The breakfast is nice and fresh. Staff are lovely and helpful and the manager made us feel very welcome. The room was far more then I expected and was very big, communal toilets, seating area etc were always clean. This would suit people who are happy to come back to their hotel and relax rather then go out locally as there isn't anything to do. But it would not put me off going back in the future.

Nice quiet clean room, but non-smokers should not take the rooms over the lobby entrance because smokers tend to smoke directly out front on either side of the Entrance). Otherwise, it's not far from the autobahn and still close a short drive to the city center attractions and eateries.

Hotel shows 4 star rating. It should be maximum 3. In plus: clean at first day, quite big room, comfortable bed, location close to exhibition center.
Minuses: never cleaned, never changed towels during 4 day stay! Extremely unfriendly sttaff. Strange stains on room wall. One bottle of water in double room.
Definietely the price is much over service.

Hotel is not bad, the only problem is when you first time come to your room,it is really dirty. We especially asked for taking out trash and changing towels service but that happend after three days and at least five calls. All in all, the stuff is really nice and kind.

Very clean rooms for a nice and comfortable stay. Rooms are equipped with TV, mini fridge and plenty of storage space. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. If you are lucky, you can find free parking spaces on the road in front of the hotel. Only 4 stars because breakfast buffet had limited options, could have been better. If you opt for public transport, connections are not so good.

The rooms are advertised in the Internet-friendly but not as they should be (stains on the floors, the furniture is repaired (e.g., chair, external abrasions, stains on the carpet, floors, etc.). However, the bathroom is very spacious and beautiful.
The Breakfast buffet could perhaps to sausage a little more else were varied and fresh. It was for the price (16,00 Euro )to expensive.
Snacks only from cooling. You could offer things from your own kitchen.
Since the outside of the car and public transport is a total must. Nothing for Fußkranke and the elderly.
