When a guest was choking and gasping for air, the staff reacted quickly. Thank God nothing happened, but it's always good when the staff is attentive. First aid training is offered for such everyday situations. Many thanks to Fenix for the competent staff

Great place. Great management. And good food. I'd gone there in October 2023. And it was a pleasure to have been there. A place that exhibits care for real.

This hotel was amazing. I had to spend 10 days in Rome, and the staff treated me like family. Madame was wonderful. She helped me with everything from food, to laundry, to getting taxis and touring. The gentleman who ran the establishment, what American's would call buss boys were equally as helpful brining me breakfast anytime of the day and helping as well with whatever need I had. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

A decent hotel with friendly staff and in a pretty good location outside of the touristy areas. Only 10 mins away by metro from the city centre. I have to say the breakfast offering was great, good coffee and lovely fresh bread and cheeses. Pastries too. Rooms cleaned daily and aircon was good on the hot days. There is a balcony which is nice but a bit too much traffic to enjoy it.
Bathroom had some mould unfortunately and it was too small, it was difficult to get in and out of the shower and the shower screen did not stop water from leaking over the side. Bed not very comfortable. Our room on the 4th floor was very dark with little to no natural light.
Overall it was absolutely fine, but definitely did not feel like a four star experience.

It is conveniently located close to the metro station (less than a 10-minute walk). The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I would definitely stay there again.

The place is ok and well located. People are helpful but hotel is tired, it will benefit from a renovation

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. We are satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Nice design. It was a pleasant stay in the beautiful majestic city.
