Hotel stay was very good. Room, bathroom and common areas were neat & clean. All staff members well behaved, nicely dressed, humble and professional. Floor house keeping and dining staff was active and caring. Food was delicious. Good wishes for the overall management

Ayse is yigit and everyone at the reception and the breakfast are wonderful, great service with a smile. I enjoyed my breakfast. We are very disappointed with the room cleaning as we had money stolen from our room. 1000 t was taken from my wife purse while we were having breakfast. The manager offered us a free dinner to make up for the stolen money. We stayed here last year and we loved it. This time we noticed things went down. Little bit. The good staff like Sakir and Limut are wonderful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff was friendly, especially Soner at the restaurant, who was very helpful. The free parking was a plus.
However, I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the food was slightly expensive. We ordered from the room service menu; while the margarita pizza was really good, the chicken burger was very basic. The air conditioner didn’t work well, which made the room uncomfortable.

Ayse from entering this hotel yesterday, to this morning myself and my wife have been very impressed. The front of house were very nice. The bar staff very good the service is excellent. The cleanliness and smell of the hotel is absolutely great. Last nights meal was very nice. The breakfast is amazing too. We look forward to 4 more nights here.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. They even agreed to a late checkout without any additional fee, which was greatly appreciated. Although the interior decor is somewhat simple, it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

It was a nice stay out for 2 days.Also we had a nice experience with Chef Umut as well Serhat as they provided all the necessary things which we needed. Overall it was a great stay.

The People at the front desk were very rude. We entered the hotel, and booked one room. One room that we were only staying in for a few hours. They expected me to leave my two minor children in separate rooms, even after we said that we were only gonna be there only for a few hours. After a bunch of argument, we arrived to our room. The bathroom had a wet dog, and wretched smell. The Ac was broken, and the room was humid and hot. We asked for water and blankets, and they refused to provide either. After a few hours, when we went to checkout, there was no one at the desk. Not a single person there to check us out. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be coming here again.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are not noisy and seem clean, even if an insect stung me on the leg during the night, leaving me with a painful memory. The toilet has a nozzle for water outlet, in case of use as a bidet which is very unpleasant. Breakfast is a buffet and is very rich and varied in its choices of many savory or sweet foods. The yogurt is excellent and the wall-mounted sofas are comfortable and welcoming. Unfortunately, when I asked to buy a bottle of sparkling water to have for the night (the minibar in the room only had still water) they only offered me microscopic bottles for a single sip, like airplane ones. Overall, however, it remains sufficient.

Little difficult to reach, especially coming from the west side. You really need to pay attention but cause even with the GPS you easily miss the entrance.
For the rest is was fine. It's a low budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Staff during the day was friendly, helpful, and professional. Might staff not so much. Not unfriendly, but you could see they rather be asleep.

Excellent breakfasts, the room was always cleaned. Cost and quality is match! The location is excellent, close to good cafes and restaurants, the promenade, bus and metro stops.
