Hotel very well located near to dental clinic we were using.
Rooms well equipped, restaurant and room service excellent. room cleaning A little hit and miss sometimes through our one week stay, reception staff excellent with Mert going out of his way to make our stay comfortable so a big thank you to him, he’s attitude is what you hope for in any hotel. If we need to return, we will definitely be using this hotel.

Azimat is a very good worker. Always clean perfectly my room. I fond many professional ppl and lot o lovely food at restaurant. Erol suggest me always in best way and he, and all the staff, is very prepared! Very good beer here in Turkey (i love Amsterdam beer ). So if you u need to stay here choose Ibis Hotel in Zeytinburnu!

It is an elegant hotel, perfect for business trips. Beautiful location. The rooms are just for my taste. I also enjoyed a delightful dinner in my room from the hotel’s cuisine. Would recommend!

Our stay at ibis hotel was amazing- a home away from home

Hotel stay was very good. Room, bathroom and common areas were neat & clean. All staff members well behaved, nicely dressed, humble and professional. Floor house keeping and dining staff was active and caring. Food was delicious. Good wishes for the overall management

Ayse is yigit and everyone at the reception and the breakfast are wonderful, great service with a smile. I enjoyed my breakfast. We are very disappointed with the room cleaning as we had money stolen from our room. 1000 t was taken from my wife purse while we were having breakfast. The manager offered us a free dinner to make up for the stolen money. We stayed here last year and we loved it. This time we noticed things went down. Little bit. The good staff like Sakir and Limut are wonderful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff was friendly, especially Soner at the restaurant, who was very helpful. The free parking was a plus.
However, I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the food was slightly expensive. We ordered from the room service menu; while the margarita pizza was really good, the chicken burger was very basic. The air conditioner didn’t work well, which made the room uncomfortable.

Ayse from entering this hotel yesterday, to this morning myself and my wife have been very impressed. The front of house were very nice. The bar staff very good the service is excellent. The cleanliness and smell of the hotel is absolutely great. Last nights meal was very nice. The breakfast is amazing too. We look forward to 4 more nights here.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. They even agreed to a late checkout without any additional fee, which was greatly appreciated. Although the interior decor is somewhat simple, it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

It was a nice stay out for 2 days.Also we had a nice experience with Chef Umut as well Serhat as they provided all the necessary things which we needed. Overall it was a great stay.
