We booked 3 Bdr Villa with them through booking.com and they confirmed reservation and deducted full payment 2 months before reservation date, after we arrive from 14 hours flight, we got message from them advising the accommodation is No longer available
Due to technical issue which we discovered later it happened with several guests from google reviews we complained to booking.com nothing happened and we get stuck as all similar properties’ prices at the time of arrival was more than double !!
after reading their reviews we come to know it seems to be usual behaviour instead of honouring our confirmed reservation, they gave our spot away.

I had a last-minute booking at Simply Comfort Sarai in Palm Jumeirah, and Rizwan went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Despite the short notice, he was incredibly accommodating and trusted me throughout the process until the guest’s arrival.
What truly stood out was his commitment—Rizwan was available and responsive even at 2 AM, providing assistance and making sure everything was in place. His customer service was truly exceptional, offering full support and meeting every need with professionalism and care.
He is definitely a keeper and a valuable asset to the company. I highly recommend Simply Comfort Sarai, not only for its beautiful location but also for the outstanding service delivered by dedicated individuals like Rizwan.

I am beyond frustrated with the experience we had with this property. We booked well in advance, March 9 to be exact, only to have our reservation canceled at the last minute—literally on the day of our check-in—with no valid explanation provided. They simply said they couldn’t accommodate us anymore. No apology. No proper communication. Just canceled.
To make matters worse, I later found out—because the admin - Rachel, accidentally sent me a message meant for someone else that the real reason for the cancellation was that the previous guest- Anthony Douillet decided to extend their stay. So instead of honoring our confirmed reservation, they gave our spot away.
This is not how you treat paying customers. It’s irresponsible, inconsiderate, and completely unprofessional. We were left scrambling for last-minute accommodation, and they didn’t even bother to help us sort it out.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind—stay far away from this property.
