Good hotel closed to the old Istanbul airport. I spent one night here because of missed connection at the airport.
Overall a very good experience, albeit unexpected. All the staff was really professional and available for passengers.

Special thanks for Ceren and Helia at the reception. They are so kind and professional in their work. We reached late and there were problems with the reservation. They helped us .I recommend this hotel for any coming trips to Istanbul. Even I have some remarks about the rooms but in general it's OK. Thank, Caren and Helia,(5stars + ) you deserve.

I stayed here for 1 day due to long layover from a Turkish flight. Hotel has amazing amenities and as soon as you arrive you know is a quality hotel.
I had to be here for 17 hours and I was given only 1 food included. This was the only downside as I have travel several times with Turkish Airlines in the past and I'm given 2 or 3 meals. Although cannot say is the Hotel fault maybe is the Airline decision.
The lunch given was nice, lentil soup, rice chicken curry, fries and dessert.
Later in the evening I came to have dinner (salad and omelette) and it was decent.
What I want to highlight was the Waiter that service me in the evening. Soo respectull, and just amazing service. Very nice guy (really rare to find that in Turkey), once I finished my meal he offered me Turkish tea and cookies and I Love it! KUDOS to him. Don't recall his name :(
They also have Starbucks coffee available which is a plus! Thanks WOW hotel I had a great time here!

Bad experience... how come no iron machine in a hotel inside exhibition center ... if you want iron your t-shirt or what ever then you have to pay... I'm travelling like 2 time monthly I never stay in a hotel that doesn't have iron service for rooms .. beside it is very old and water pressure is very weak if you are in top floor.. in total It is my last time to stay there

I stayed at this hotel because it is very close to the CNR Expo, also known as the Istanbul Exhibition Center. Although it is located far from the city center, it is an ideal choice for those seeking a convenient stay for business purposes at the expo center. The breakfast provided is also quite enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers a car booking service from the lobby for those who wish to explore the city.

Stayed here for one night only, Turkish Airlines provided the accommodation due to cancelled flight. I'm pleased with the short stay, the room was good, spacious, clean, comfy bed and the dinner was very delicious (lentil soup, bread, chicken with veggies, rice, fries and a chocolate pudding).

Was sent here by the airport and got a free room because our flight wasn’t going till 18h after our arrival in Istanbul. My first reaction is that I got really impressed by how fancy the hotel looked. Upon arrival we got a meal that consisted of lamb, rice and chips. When I told them I am allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts they understood and gave me an other dessert.
But then at breakfast they was really bad at talking English and when me and my companions tried to explain that I cannot eat eggs or dairy they thought I could eat it and showed us the eggs anyway. All that I could eat at breakfast was fruit and some fried mushrooms. They didn’t even try to make something for me. I am very unhappy with this hotel, even if it was free, and I would never recommend this to another person
