I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Its beautiful location near the World Trade Center and Istanbul Exhibition Center is perfect—peaceful, green, and ideal for a refreshing morning walk.
Check-in was incredibly smooth—we were in our room within 10 minutes of arrival, and to our surprise, we were even upgraded. The reception staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, every interaction was warm, professional, and helpful.
Housekeeping did an outstanding job; our room was spotless every day. The staff truly made us feel at home, often greeting us by name and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.
Breakfast was another highlight—plentiful, delicious, and well-presented. The waiters were extremely friendly and courteous, making each morning a pleasant start to the day.
I genuinely enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Wow Airport Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
The peaceful, green surroundings are incredibly refreshing, and the environment is both calm and impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options including fresh fruit, pastries, and more. The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and at ease throughout our stay.
I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. The receptionists were helpful, well-informed, and excellent at guiding us whenever we needed assistance.
I sincerely thank the hotel management for their outstanding service. I highly recommend Wow Airport Hotel to anyone visiting the area—you won’t be disappointed!
It is in the middle of nowhere. Urban side is located behind the river and only to get there is bridge.
But the way to the bridge is under construction, be careful you can break the leg.
There is no gym available in the
hotel you have to go to the other WOW hotel.
Also there is no possibility to iron your shirt! You have to use laundry
service for 110 TRY!
Brakfas is average
Overall a very good experience, albeit unexpected. All the staff was really professional and available for passengers.
