The review pictures how that the rooms are well organized, decorated, and clean. But one you go in there is no decor whatsoever, and the room looked like it has not been changed ever since the hotel opened. The lights are so annoying to turn on, and the rooms are (DARK). The bathroom was not clean, and the view was horrible. The curtains didin’t even close. If you are looking for a nice luxury hotel do not stay here.

The worst experience in istambul. This hotel treated me like garbish.

The receptionist mr Abdul and his colleague which i dont recall the name, in the night shift, are horrible employees lacking basic skills of hospitality politeness and friendliness.

They gave me a disabled room which is worthy of a 1 star hotel, even though i booking for a deluxe room. And was told by mr abdul this was an upgraded room.

Please do not stay here because they have 0 service.

Breakfast is OK, but employees are rude and wont even smile at you. And dont dare ask for an egg or omelette from 10 o clock as they will get pissed and look at you bad.

After a long debate i was finnaly changed to a better room. Nevertheless it ruined my stay and not even a partial refund for the room given at first.

Never staying in this hotel again.

I regret to say that my recent stay at the hotel was a very bad experience. We were a family of four and were booked for a family room and was said its one of the best rooms when we arrived, it was clear that this establishment was not up to standard.

Firstly, there were no proper bath towels provided in the room, which was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, there were no face towels available either, which made basic hygiene challenging during my stay.
The bathroom itself was in poor condition, with broken toilet fittings that made it difficult to use. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, leaving the atmosphere uncomfortable and stuffy.
Despite reporting these issues immediately to the staff, it took several hours for them to even begin repairs. In the meantime, I was left sweltering in the room with no relief from the malfunctioning air conditioning.
To add to the frustration, the room lock became blocked at one point, preventing us from entering our own room. Shockingly, there was no night manager on duty to address this issue promptly. The reception staff who were present showed no interest to the guests' needs.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
