- There’re no toothpaste and the brush in the kit that I always have in the cheaper hotels
The hotel's main priority is safety for all guests. The location is great and extremely clean with great staff. The transportation provided at a decent cost for airport services and daily excursions is great, safe, reliable and executive.
The guest services is above and beyond providing insights to the city tourism.
I cannot see myself traveling to Turkey and not staying at this location.
The hotel is surrounded by good coffee and bakery, restaurants, police and hospital establishments.

The breakfast is excellent! I also liked the restaurant.
I recommend it to anyone going to the exhibition center or getting a hair transplant.
Overall it's a really nice place and if they sorted these issues it would be a 5 star review from me.
Moreover, we were constantly disturbed in our room—first by staff checking the minibar and then by an intrusive knock at 10 AM, despite our checkout time being 3 PM. This lack of respect for our privacy and comfort was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Stayed for two nights, and everything was awful. The check-in was disorganized, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room didn’t worth the money. Every minute someone would come and say hello room service just making sure someone is in the room. making it impossible to sleep. Customer service was non-existent. Wi-Fi barely worked, and the overall atmosphere was depressing. This place is poorly managed and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
