Worse experience: I recently stayed at the Grand Cevahir Hotel with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Although breakfast was included, the staff made us feel incredibly uncomfortable by staring at us throughout our meal. It was unsettling and ruined what should have been a relaxing start to our day.
Moreover, we were constantly disturbed in our room—first by staff checking the minibar and then by an intrusive knock at 10 AM, despite our checkout time being 3 PM. This lack of respect for our privacy and comfort was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel**
Stayed for two nights, and everything was awful. The check-in was disorganized, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room didn’t worth the money. Every minute someone would come and say hello room service just making sure someone is in the room. making it impossible to sleep. Customer service was non-existent. Wi-Fi barely worked, and the overall atmosphere was depressing. This place is poorly managed and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I love the room and breakfast in this hotel.

That’s not 5 star experience at all. We booked king size bed and were given two beds, they could only move them together. Breakfast is good, a lot of choices to eat.
Rooms are quite small. And the staff asked us to wait for room to be checked before going out. Never had that experience in 5 star hotels.
Please work on your service.

The rooms were a bit old. We had to change our room 2 times. First time was because of the cigarette someone was smoking in our non smoke floor, second time because the air conditioner in the second room was loud and making a whistle noise. Location is good and close to everywhere, not much in terms of stores & cafes nearby though. However, despite this the service was outstanding, regarding changing the rooms and etc. It is a 5 star hotel that needs to be downgraded to 4, with awesome service.

Great experience with Istanbul stopover from Turkish airlines. Hotel is great, new, clean, perfect service, great breakfast. Recommend. Didnt have any problems

I stayed here as part of the Turkish airlines free stop over in Istanbul program. Beautiful room, friendly staff, decent location not far from Gayrettepe station which is the terminus of the airport metro line. Also a big, delicious breakfast. Would stay here again, and would like to check out the Turkish baths next time!

My double room was small with little space for a couple to keep their bags. You will have a view of other buildings. Good breakfast. Good for a couple of nights to sleep and get out.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night but it was a very good experience. Clean and tightly knit rooms, great breakfast and all the essentials we needed. The location is very modern close to a huge shopping mall and around 15 min walk to a subway station (overall public transportation to IST airport is around 1,5 hrs).
The only thing that caught my eye was the way how the stuff are oriented to the tips. It’s ok and totally deserved but I felt I but unwelcomed without giving any money(
Anyway, thanks to all the team. We really appreciate our stay.
