They charge £10 per person for using the pool, which is very strange.our room was too smelly. We went for a wedding ceremony there and as it was our first time in Istanbul we booked where the mostafa the guests booked which was point hotel . But very average. Also they charged £80 for wiping our luggage in our room till 4pm on our leaving day.in general not happy

I came first time in istanbul . And i booked point hotel for my 3 days i had best experience in hotel great location, comfortable room very good breakfast on the top floor with nice view, staff is very nice and if you need any help regarding taxi or check out ask guest relation manger they will sort it out within a few minutes.

Hotel exceeded expectations, quiet rooms, room size is good and hotel placement is supreme.
The hotel is on the edge of taksim, 8 minute walk from taksim square. Bus stops are plenty and metro is 6 minutes away. Area is very safe, we never felt any concern walking around (up to 1 am).
Hotel room service is very good as well, the food is prepared fresh and the prices are fair.
The wifi was very fast, we were able to stream with no issues, we were also able to connect to the hotel wifi while in a close by caffe with no issues.
Room cleaning service is reliable and clean. Even if you do not ask for room service, the lady still hangs 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee cream and sugar on the door.
If you are having second thoughts depending on the recent reviews, from my experience, the hotel exceeds expectations and is truly 5 starts.

We enjoyed our stay in Turkey at Point hotel in Taksim. The staff was really wonderful. Firat and is team do an outstanding job everyday to ensure that their guest are comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The Point Hotel in Taksim is truly the most customer service oriented. A special shout out to Firat (Operation Manager) He and he’s team are amazing. They work very hard to ensure that the needs of their guest are met. We will definitely return to this hotel because of the high level service we received.

Good location, very close to Taksim square, old tram line, funicular. Not far from Galata tower. The breakfast is good.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast, friendly staff, saunas, pool, rooftop breakfast restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean, reasonably priced, great location at the Taksim square, close to Metro, many museums and local buses.

Great hotel with great view. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. And if you need any help don't hesitate and ask for manager Marwa she is the right person that can assist.

We had 9 nights during our last December vacation and it was blissful. The rooms were superb. Breakfasts were awesome. Staff were very kind.
