Grand Millennium Business Bay Hotel

I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms, but after the debacle I experienced last night and the utter failure of management to address it, I will never give my business to any Millennium Hotel or associated establishment (including LSB). I waited a staggering 50 minutes at the valet for my car, watching others receive theirs within 10-15 minutes.

Throughout this ordeal, I spoke to several managers and staff members—each asking me the same questions repeatedly, which only underscored the total absence of communication or effort on their part to locate my vehicle. There was no coordination, no initiative, and certainly no sense of urgency.

I gave management an opportunity to resolve this disaster, and they failed spectacularly. I even warned them that I would wait 24 hours before escalating the matter publicly, yet their response was a hollow “sorry.” That is far from enough to excuse this kind of incompetence.

In short, this was the epitome of mismanagement, and I strongly urge others to reconsider patronizing any Millennium property if they value even the most basic level of service.
