Grand Millennium Business Bay

I went in End March & I've been 4 times this is the best hotel regarding customer service, ambience, restaurants, cleanliness of the room & pool for a hotel if not in Dubai but in business bay, I'm so glad I chose this hotel I had a amazing experience. This hotel is much recommended from my world wide travel experience ✈️

Especially thanks to manager Tarak was very helpful and professional for any of my help for my room requirements 🙏🏼All the other staff hotel including, front desk team, when u get off the cab are all so polite and welcoming, I absolutely will come back for the excellent service, quality of the hotel & the convenient location. 😀

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Millennium Business Bay and my experience was made exceptional by Simran, the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, Simran's warm and professional demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. She greeted me with a genuine smile and efficiently handled my check-in, ensuring all my preferences were noted and accommodated.

Simran's attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. She provided excellent recommendations for dining and local attractions, tailoring her suggestions to my interests. Whenever I had a question or request, Simran was quick to respond with helpful and courteous service.

Overall, Simran's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay unforgettable. She embodies the qualities of a top-tier hotel receptionist and greatly enhances the guest experience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing Simran's outstanding service firsthand.

OMG! JESUS WILL COOKING OMELETTE ON BREAKFAST! IF YOU DONT APPRECIATE IT THEN IDK! 😁😆 said the truth I’ll coming back again and again cause the most important meal by day for me is breakfast and Jesus was cooking really great🤤🤝 every breakfast was delicious for me. Also here’s extremely comfortable bed and bed suits are so tender and view from room with canal are so good, for me is the best place in downtown where I can take a rest. Also very, extremely kind stuff who ready to support in every deals. I got a feeling totally safe and relaxing. Amazing!

Upd: but massage in spa was VERY bad((( master was rude and unprofessional. I was disappointed

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious room, good location and amenities. I loved the breakfast buffet team, they were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Additionally, their supervisor/manager was very responsive with his team and showed excellent teamwork. Thank you 🙏🏻

Everything was perfect. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, respectful, ready to support you with anything in any moment. The room was very clean, gorgeous. We went also to Bella restaurant and it is a marvelous and unique place to take dinner. Very nice music and very good food and drinks. The entire hotel is very luxury, it was perfect for us. We will come back for sure in the near future. Thanks again to all for making us special!

Our family (6 Rooms) recently enjoyed a delightful stay at the Grand Millennium Business Bay in Dubai, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional services provided. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were impeccably clean, offering a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring the city. The valet parking and concierge services streamlined our experience, making it effortless to navigate the bustling city.

One of the highlights of our stay was the full-rounded buffet offered at the hotel, providing an array of delicious options to suit every palate. We were particularly impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of Manager Tarak and the guest relation staff, who were always on hand to assist with any inquiries or requests we had. Additionally, the onsite restaurant not only boasted cleanliness but also served delectable food with a breathtaking view of Dubai's Business Bay, adding an extra touch of luxury to our dining experience.

Furthermore, we were delighted to discover the hotel's fantastic Hookah/Sheesha lounge, where we spent enjoyable evenings relaxing and indulging in aromatic Sheesha blends expertly prepared by the skilled Sheesha man named Ayman. Overall, our experience at the Grand Millennium Business Bay surpassed our expectations, thanks to its excellent services, attention to detail, and amenities that catered to every member of our family. Lifeguard Ibrahim ensured our safety with his vigilant watch over the pool area, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without worry. Manager Tarak, along with guest relations Ghulam and Aziamat, exemplified professionalism and dedication, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfect. Breakfast attendant Shubham greeted us each morning with a friendly smile and ensured that we started our day off right with a delicious meal. The talented chefs behind the scenes also deserve recognition for their culinary expertise, which was evident in every dish we sampled. Finally, the valet parking staff and concierge, led by Louie, provided seamless service that made exploring Dubai a breeze. Together, these individuals contributed to a truly unforgettable stay at the Grand Millennium Business Bay, and we are immensely grateful for their outstanding efforts.
