We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! The property is huge! It’s a very beautiful hotel. Alot of food options. We paid for the diamond club upgrade, the only thing I didn’t like was some of the diamond club bars did not have the premium liquor of our liking. Loved this hotel. Esmeralda truly met all my expectations. That part of the resort was less crowded, and the staff was amazing. Excellent service all around. Wonderful and fun place. They have a good amount of activities to keep you at Bay during your stay. The rooms are spotless-clean and you can get an excellent view of the sun setting by taking a 3-minute walk to the beach. And the visitors are always so nice to meet and greet.

The property was very clean, & the staff was pleasant, & very helpful. Every restaurant was nice, talkative, & the food was excellent. The short distance from room too restaurants was excellent. They gave me an upgraded room, & the staff for room service, breakfast, all our requests was excellent. Very safe resort, will return!

I stayed here for a week and I totally recommend it. The staff is amazing, great ser and always smiling. I booked a Privilege suite, and was able to book daily at the Spa with Elena. The service and the food at the Privilege Lounge was really great! Manolin and Yania were the best. Both Joel and Alexander were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay! Wonderful experience. Don’t be shy to ask for anything you need, they will definitely accommodate you for what you need. The food and room service left some room for improvement but it didn’t make a significant impact to our experience. I highly recommend trying them out for a week. You must make reservations one day in advance for restaurants other than the buffet. Way too many people trying to sell you "adventure packages". We had a great time at this Hotel. The food was fine and the place is what make this Hotel great. I think the service can get better and the only thing i didn't like was that this Hotel doesn't has a disco. You have to travel to another public disco if you want to have this experience, is very peaceful at night. That would be great to you if this is what you are looking for.

Have been here twice, loved it both times looking forward to returning again. Beautiful nature, birds , peacocks, so restful. Staff are diligent in every department. Staff was nice, room was small and extremely dated! Restaurants were "fair". Beach was nice. Overall I would say if you wanted a last minute deal and could get a good price...it's not disappointing. If you are looking for something a bit more than average, consider another resort.
