The hotel is located within a large local resort with double security, ensuring excellent security. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, the breakfast is plentiful, and the service is high-quality. Other hotel facilities, including the pool and beach service, are also excellent. The only downside was the excessive seaweed on the beach during our visit (October), which dampened the experience.

The hotel is too pricey to offer too little dinners options, the beach was dirty and the smell was horrible, too boring environment

We had the elite club swim up suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable.the new remodel is amazing. Being elite, we had excellent service and food options. The elite pool and bar service is so worth the extra charge.

Great location. (visited 2 years ago) This place is great because of its proximity to Bavaro beach. The rooms and facilities have a lot of room for improvement but you're here for Bacaro beach to enjoy the white sand, blue waters, and coastal climate. Staff are super nice. Rooms are decent but I didn't come here to lounge in the rooms. I came for the beach

Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. Pretty good for the price. The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels.

We were there last February and loved it we did not encounter anything like some of the reviews say we were there for 2 weeks and it was perfect pool was always clean and I would give the food a 9 out of 10 great places
