Absolutely every member of the staff have been brilliant, especially the chef Ahmed who has shown my wife all the food she can have being gluten intolerant. A private beach with plenty of space under good sized umbrella

I spent a long time choosing a hotel and was glad I picked this one. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. There is an enormous selection of dishes, and the food is delicious; every day, we tried something new

Drinks service to your sunbed on the beach or by the very large pool. The food is very good in variety and quality. So far an absolute brillant place

The attention to detail and cleanliness of the facility are immaculate. Daily entertainment and shows after dinner were amazing! The food at all restaurants was great. Would definitely come back to this amazing spot

The hotel design and place were beautiful and well-maintained, with a stunning pool area and direct access to the beach. Everything was very clean, and it was easy to slip into vacation mode right away

The food was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. My favourite was the Lebanese restaurant, which served delicious, authentic dishes full of flavour

Food and service is good, friendly staff. Nice parks and pool is ok, clean. Direct acces to windsurf station and boat tours. Very bad was the music at pool and in the evening, often techno music

The Restaurant at pool has a bird infestation eating from the food displayed for the tourists!

My vacation in this hotel was beautiful, there are some negatives, but as small as the crowding of the beach, but there are also many advantages, such as the beauty of the beach and the sea, and the beautiful views of the hotel

While I have been disappointed by one of the worst massage of my life, my husband loved the massage and the attention he had, so I guess your experience there depends on the therapist you get

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

+ Food quality good but feels often like in a canteen +Beautiful building and access to two neighbors hotels -- beach is not nice -- pools are super cold and 80% of the pools is not used by the people in November when there is 28 C outside

This means Nov-March you cannot really use the pools, only the small heated one. - we both got sick, not sure if it was the hotels fault

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier

Also games,yoga etc around the pool. Water slides were brilliant, will come again

Staying at the Jaz Aquaviva for one week. The hotel is superb very clean and the rooms are great. All the staff have been amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help make your stay amazing

We loved having access to several pools, which were all very clean and relaxing. Getting to go to the Aqua Park was also a huge bonus and added a lot of fun to our holiday! The animation team was fantastic

I love the view of the hotel 🥹 so much incredible ! We get upgraded by the staff thankyou so much ( due to no empty rooms) And get 30min free massage , it’s amazing !! It worth to extend 🥰 Food taste normal , but you must try Kebab nearby lobby ! Please stay one night at least if you were here

We had different programs every night for kids and adults, in the morning we had different exercise programs like yoga, aerobics etc it was amazing. I recommend everyone to go to this hotel with family

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at this hotel. Had a really relaxing 2 weeks. The staff are amazing always smiling and friendly and can't do enough for you. Even the guys that tend the garden say hello as you pass

The hotel has significantly improved its services since our last stay in February. The reception desk is working perfectly. The improvements in the restaurants are also worth appreciating

The second was a speed boat to look for dolphins. And we saw between 20-30 dolphins numerous times and was even able to jump in and snorkel with them under our feet at one point

At the Stella restaurant, the dinner menu is varied and of good quality. This is the work of the new chef. We were also very warmly welcomed in the Asian restaurant

During my stay I had an issue with the guide from an organized tour, and the hotel manager handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a smile

I think it is the best beach in hurgada. the furniture and buildings seems old ,the pool and aqua is small ,the variety of food is poor and the dessert is awful. the towels were torn and dirty

It seems they have no money to keep such big hotel. Wonderful sea with enormous reef. Nature is great, but be ready for konstant lies from Egyptians. They lie pretty about everything

Beach is great, you can spend days just snorkelling in the bay! Only downside - like most places in Egypt - is the constant sales pestering, but they are polite when you turn them away

Each day there was a different type of rice which was so well prepared. And there was also a variety of cooked vegetables so I could eat well even as a vegan

Ordinary food quality, some food is not good at all. Good views, acceptable aqua park. It is quite crowded especially on weekends. But at least it is worth what you paid for

The best time to visit between December and April the weather is much sunnier than in the European summer. We will coming back in spring igen. Advise to the hotel renovate the bathroom and add two more stars

The lifeguards and workers at the towel stations were lovely, I did not catch some of their names however I do remember Ibrahim (I apologise if I spelt wrong) who was very helpful and kind, just like the other lifeguards and towel station workers at the main pool
