Located right on the beach. 15 minutes from the old town. Clean rooms. Quite large. Comfortable bed. Small swimming pool. Good experience in total.

I visited Rethymnon and chose the hotel because of full seeview and good location (next to beach and near old town restaurants and shopping options). We found out several other reasons to choose it during our visit

I can only wonder where they had found so friendly and helpful receptionist. We got help with the room and baggases, good restaurant recommendations, later check-out and always greetings and couple of nice words

We had such a great team at this hotel. Room was so spacious (room 52) and nice, everybody who works here is kind and ready to respond on any kind of request. Very clean and the food is amaIng

Even if it was on the second floor/ first above ground floor traffic noise didn’t disturbed at all. Breakfasts were versatile and good and highlighted with fresh orange juice every morning

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent, comfy beds, great staff and it's on the sea! The beach nearby is pebbly and it's a 25 minute walk to the old town - not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the hotel itself more than makes up for that!

Beautyfull house with history! Lovely details! Wonderful breakfast place on the seaside! The street outside is very busy and loud, but not in the hotel! The staff is very kind and friendly!

Wonderful oceanfront hotel, with a decent restaurant and fantastic breakfast. Spacious and very comfortable rooms with high ceilings and loft bedrooms

We had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight, so the staff packed us a nice breakfast the night before and left it in the mini fridge in our room for us

Sea front suite in Rethymno I booked a Jr. suite and it is very nicely appointed. The air conditioning works perfectly

We stayed at hotel as a couple for 2 weeks. The room was very big with balcony, big bathroom and toilet room. The room was very clean (cleaned every day). Thanks cleaning lady for the service

It did become a little bit similar over the days we stayed but everything was so healthy and tasty, we probably ate so much more than we normally do as a result! Please add some vegan 'sweet' treat options too! Not forgetting chef Jagir Lal at the Snack Bar Corner, who despite serving up pizza, crepes, and ice cream as regular daily fare, also made the effort to make cheese-free vegan pizzas for...

Near the hotel there is supermarket where you can buy bus tickets to the Rethymno. The bus stop is at the supermarket. The restaurant was nice and big with the sea view

I think this hotel is 3 stars, I also did not like the indoor pool, it is too small And I didn't want to use it. The staff is very good and rooms was clean

First time at Kyma Beach Hotel ,stayed at Kriti Beach on 2 previous occasions. Chrysa and all of the staff that we came into contact with were all friendly ,very helpful and great fun and made us feel incredibly welcome

Food is good ,try the Navy Blue Restaurant ,had couple very nice tasty meals in there !! Room was clean and comfortable ,with a really good shower. Nice and near to the Old town & Harbour

The food is not very diverse but tasty and the service is impeccable. The private beach (10 minutes' walk away) is shared with Kriti Beach and the sunbeds on the beach are included

The buses can't stop in front of the hotel but it leaves you at a distance of about 5 minutes from the hotel The hotel is well positioned in front of the beach and the promenade If I come back, I will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed with my partner and we had the most incredible time. The staff are attentive and will go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The views from the rooms with sea view are fantastic

Bare in mind that if you had a nice day in the city or at an excursion, you will not be able to use the pool. Personally I would have loved to have a refreshing dive at the end of the day

Rested at this hotel in the summer of 2012, the impressions are fresh still. Very nice hotel with great pool and rooms with kitchenette.

The spa services was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a pleasure to meet Evdokia (Spa Manager), Poppi and Konstantinos (Therapists) who provided an exceptional service

The maids come twice a day to clean and change towels and bedding. During our stay, my fiance who is pregnant, and I got sick. The staff automatically ran to help us with anything we needed

Sophia from reception was so lovely and helpful! The airline lost our luggage on the mainland, and she kindly offered to handle everything for us, calling the airline and organising for our luggage to be flown to us and we had our clothes by that night

We could not say enough good things about the staff here, and are very appreciative and thankful for everything they have done for us. It really shows how Cretan/Greek people are also family oriented individuals who care

Stayed here for a whole week with my family and had a wonderful time. We had breakfast and dinner for the whole week, and breakfast was nice with buffe and service at the table as well

Delightful experience! The staff are so friendly and helpful! From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, housekeeping and laundry service, all were exceptional! The hotel has a lovely breakfast everyday with a wide variety of both hot and cold options, many of which are locally sourced

The evening patio dining and bar overlooked the ocean and although the menu was not as expansive, there were quite a lot of beverage options. The room we had was one of the suites, and met all of our needs

The hotel has different kind of facilities, but because of the COVID, most of them are closed besides the outdoor pool and the massage. All in all the hotel is recommendable

The food and drink was good, especially the included breakfast. We loved the location between Chania and Heraklion for sightseeing. The town of Rethymno was charming with good food and shopping

Pool was lovely but unheated. Friends got massages at the spa and were pleased with the results

Bed is very hard. Pool very good,but some put towels out in the morning and don't use the sun loungers until later in the day. This shouldn't be allowed. Good pool bar.rooms are good n big. Aircon is 6 Euro a day.

Staff were great, Maria, jack and Clarissa (who did try to teach us Greek) only did learn yamass 😄 pool area was quite, which we liked however think that was just with covid. Met lots of nice people during our stay

Large rooms, very clean, good size pool. Close to nice taverns and the long sandy beach. Rooms in the back are more quiet ( far away from the pool) as the sound proof is not that good

The swimming is quite small but if the hotel isn’t too busy you can have it for yourself as a private swimming pool which is super nice. The staff is very welcoming and professional

Great location! Old town area charm. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Clean and more than functional, great bargain. Breakfast was better than the more “well known chains” and fresh every morning

We were on floor 3, the top floor with the rooftop swimming pool close by. The pool was small but really nice and peaceful. In fact the whole place is peaceful which made our stay perfect

We visited in May so the walk was lovely. This may be different in the height of the season when it gets very hot but taxis were plentiful-, however the walk is very nice. The service from all of the staff was perfect

This did not bother us as it created a nice atmosphere. A great location only about 100 metres from the beach. The Old Town is a 15 minute walk. Turn right out of the hotel and it’s a straight, flat , easy stroll

The room was a nice size, exceptionally clean, the balcony overlooked the front of the hotel and was quite small but did get the sun which was nice. The road is quite busy so there is some noise

The Ionia suites are simply beautiful! We arrived at 2pm and our room 303 was available immediately. This is a small hotel with about 20 rooms which is perfect for us

I would definitely go back just for their breakfast! Unfortunately we were there for only one night but due to the hotel’s location and their willingness to hold our luggage for a few hours, we were able to visit some of the main sights & local shops of Rhethymno

We ate by ourselves in a sun-filled courtyard with blooming orange trees and flowers and the food was delicious and very generous. The room was extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back!

The Avli hotel reception entrance is next to the Raki Ba Raki restaurant. The room we stayed in was above and close to the noisy restaurants so I would recommend you request a quieter room if necessary

The swiming pool has a good share of shadow in the afternoons which is really great for kids and refreshing during a hot summer day. Definitely we will come back

Towels are also changed daily. There are some quite small rooms, and we did reqeust, and were given a larger room in our second week, which was excellent

Good supermarket close by and Lidl a short walk. Buses available but taxis into Rethymnon around 12-14 euros. Small pool with use of another pool by the beach

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal location a couple minutes walk to beach one way and shops the other. Plenty of choice for restaurants. Several have small play areas for little children

The cleaning staff were very noisy one day and were shouting at each other very early in the morning. The rest of the days, they were quiet. Our apartment was on the ground floor and had a balcony facing the car park

We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything

The place is not to be missed for its large rooms with all comforts and its location, in the old town but facing the sea, which has no rivals if not in the newer (eastern) part of the town

Regarding the room it was amazing that it had hairdryer and many-many amenities. I will definitely reccommend it! Hope that they could provide us with more details about the area :)

The pool is not kids friendly as it is deep everywhere. The pool was also quite dirty. The breakfast was advertised to be good but it was a disappointment

Not only was it very tastefully put together, all the facilities and amenities of very good standard, but the staff there really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and it made such a huge difference to how much we enjoyed our time there

The beach area is available to access just buying drinks from the bar and you are served by the most lovely of people. We got complementary wine and champagne. Beach towels and air con, plus a safe is provided

The Ammos Suites offer just 15 modern, beautifully appointed rooms above a very smart bar set around a delightful, cool and quiet courtyard and pool - directly across the road from the beach

We stayed at Ammos Suites for three nights and it was an absolute recommendation. The rooms are excellently maintained, and it's clear that hygiene is a top priority. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed

This is a wonderful place to come to for rest and relaxation. We came last year, so our second visit, and we had booked for a rest having had a very busy year. Ammos is a superb place to recharge your batteries

We didn’t use the pool as it was very hot the week we stayed and we prefer a bit of sea breeze Every person that we had contact with in the hotel were amazing and very friendly

The hotel is directly opposite the beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests. Lovely varied menu at the bar that you could have delivered to your sunbed or to your room

Water temperature was a bit cool for hair washing if you had a shower after 19:30. Lovely fresh pure white towels changed daily. The balcony we had was a perfect size

To be fair, they do not claim to have a proper restaurant but only some simple dishes by the pool

This hotel is what I always hope for but rarely get when going on holiday. A family run establishment which was modern, clean and very well run. Our room was well equipped and comfortable

The family could not do enough for us including moving us to a room on our last day so that we had somewhere to rest and shower before our flight

As mentioned the hotel is renovated and beautiful, and the entrance room is stunning. We had an extremely tasty breakfast and a great coffee with an orange juice. There is also parking just in front of the hotel

Location is good, a 15 minutes drive to Rethymno city center but there are restaurants and shops around the hotel (the best was Sky Park restaurant just next to the hotel)

I can only recommend this place and will certainly stay here in our next visit to the island!🏝️ and since my name is Maria, I definitely felt like home at the Mary hotel!
