The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is great as well! Not too far from the sights. The spa downstairs is WORLD CLASS. I had a great experience and wish I could stay longer.

Lovely 5 stars hotel. The reception was extremely helpful with all the information we asked. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by a receptionist who did our check in and showed us the room. The hotel is very clean, and you can see staff members cleaning all the areas every day. The restaurant has a breath taking view, and has a delicious salty and sweet breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Makel hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The service provided by the staff, especially Ashish at the massage parlor heavenly hands to Sukran great housekeeping with detailed touches to the room, Ella and Niza with great smiles and friendliness at breakfast, made it the experience exceptional. Their attention to detail and high-quality work truly made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, Kaan's efficient problem-solving skills ensured that any issues that arose were quickly resolved.

Although the accommodations may be a bit outdated and culture shock could be intimidating, the exceptional service from the staff more than makes up for it. The convenient location near transportation and taxis, restaurants and groceries stores as well as the safe and clean environment, definitely added to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

I highly recommend the Grand Makel hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the staff for making my time there memorable!

Great motel in a central area to everything from tourism to medical needs. Rooms are comfortable. Staff very friendly. Nice restaurant upstairs. Very affordable.
