PROS: Good sea view and hotel was very clean. Beach was very beautiful and quiet. There is parking on premises CONS: I went to the actual Royal club hotel and was told to go to another building (shoreline 5). Better communication was needed. Staff at pool said that I couldn't use pool because I'm from Royal Club hotel! Then later was allowed in. Bar at pool was very expensive. Don't go to the nearest restaurant called Cabana which is located near pool! Their food is extremely expensive. I spent £60 on dinner for myself and it wasn't that great. There are other cheaper restaurants nearby like Little neighbourhood restaurant.

Not correct service. Handed back rental and have to fight for safety deposit. No communication and not correct service.

1. The hotel reception is a small room and you can't find anyone from time to time 2. The deposit is 1,000 dirhams 3. The hotel reception is separated from the hotel room by a big road, which is very inconvenient when you have luggage to check out 4. The hotel does not include disposable toothbrushes, disposable slippers, and mineral water, which I also asked for. Don't tell me that all hotels here are like this. I stayed for a few nights and only this hotel has this rule 5. The service attitude is not good. I came out to play and it was the last day of the trip. I couldn't put my luggage temporarily? I could put it when I first checked in, but now it's not allowed. So it's like checking out. Who cares?

Bathroom it’s too old. Shower doesn’t function well. It’s hard to take showers there. They should update because water goes outside the shower and we have risk of slip of everyday

Pathetic service by the management of this vacation rental, just checked into the apartment, the tv is not working in any of the rooms and the management just doesn’t care. Poor manager with no customer centricity. Just said will take 2-3 days and left. How is one expected to stay here, need management to take immediate action

I had no wifi for days and called the reception the did nothing about it, and the plugs don’t work too 🙄 and they service is terrible, thank you for ruining my holidays

The room is OK, but the facilities are lacking. There is no socket for charging. The toilet sink is broken.

Pathetic apartment with tv not working and management showing no inclination to fix this. Really poor service and overall pathetic hospitality, stay here only if u want to be mistreated as a guest. Manager is horrible and has no sense of customer service
