The pools are also beautiful and quiet. We have three children ages 19, 21 and 23. We were looking for somewhere that wasn't a party scene but would be enjoyable for our family. This place fit the bill perfectly

I've read many reviews where the beach was loud, and patrons were constantly being solicited by vendors. That was not the case on this beach. It is very quiet and there were almost no vendors and they left us alone

The room was great and being able to walk out straight onto a terrace with a pool was amazing

We had such an amazing vacation at Dreams Royal Beach. There are so many staff that are always happy to help. We were very spoiled by the kindness, friendliness, and willingness of the staff to help with any need

There are tons of places were you can get desserts, pastries, ice cream, etc at all hours of the day. If you're both gluten free and dairy free, there aren't a ton of desserts for you, but I was okay with the options

The property was very clean, & the staff was pleasant, & very helpful. Every restaurant was nice, talkative, & the food was excellent. The short distance from room too restaurants was excellent

The staff is amazing!! I traveled alone for a wedding and felt completely safe and comfortable. They really take of you and the staff is second to none. Worth every penny!!

The service provided by most employees is great. Changing our room at check in took a few hours. Food is not that great

I didn’t receive the room upgrade. The room was so far at the end. A lot of walking around then difficult to find a staff for help. I asked for late check out but the response was if available will be extra charge

The ones at the El Beso bar were great as well, made sure we had drinks often. The Blue team kept the entertainment fun and interesting during our stay, Emmanuel, Cruz & Reyes were amazing by the pool

They are constantly ensuring customer satisfaction and the customer is well looked after. They are all so friendly and made our holiday. The perfect bartenders and sunbed services

At the privilidge pool, Jhon, justina, and berwin are constantly attentive providing professionally made cocktails. The service is excellent even if the bar is extremely busy

We keep bringing up how much we love Ocean El Faro!! Me and my husband spent a week here for our honeymoon and it has been just amazing!!! From drinks, to the food and to the staff it has made our time here unforgettable

The beach was kept well maintained and very neat everyday. Our room was cleaned up everyday and it was very clean and neat, we enjoyed arriving in our room and having everything cleaned up

The restaurants were good as well, we recommend Sakura & the Steakhouse! We enjoyed the Mike’s cafe as well, loved how it stayed open until 10PM

However, Juan Luis on reception took us to a new room and it was beautiful. He made us feel so welcome and his customer service skills were amazing. He went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable

The food was outstanding, fresh fruit, especially the passion fruit, mmmmm. We also booked into the other restaurants on the grounds, simply delightful

we only stayed one night at this hotel due to issues with our flight home. we had issues with our first room we got took to as it smelt funny and didn’t seem clean

You have to travel to another public disco if you want to have this experience, is very peaceful at night. That would be great to you if this is what you are looking for

Have been here twice, loved it both times looking forward to returning again. Beautiful nature, birds , peacocks, so restful. Staff are diligent in every department

Buffet would recommend to come earlier as closer to the end, it seems that options were limited. We are always able to find chairs at the pool or at the beach. The room service is great and the rooms are clean

Some of the staff were outstanding while others were not very accommodating. Bar tenders were in short supply, but we made the best of it. All in all our time at Impressive was decent not Impressive

They are now plugging the bathroom drains with coffee packets i’m assuming to mask the sewage smell you will pick up here and there on the resort but it was everywhere only in a few remote spots

All staff is very friendly.... had an issue with a long line at checking and check out but apparently is a temporary issue...while they fix the area.... other than that I would definitely recommend this resort.

We booked six rooms, in one room the bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to come down and the safe didn’t work. The AC was decent except for one on or two occasions when i got really hot

When we arrived to the property, they wanted to charge us again because they couldn’t confirm payment from *******. We were tired and this debacle took about 45 minutes to remedy

There are enough sun beds on the beach, towels are given out early, you can change them during the day. We went to the Saona, bought a tour on the beach. Free Wi-Fi near the sports bar, quite decent

Location (close to the city) Food was good not great and lots of variety. Almost zero nightly entertainment. Pool was boring (zero staff animation) The resort it self was nicely kept and beautiful

If your looking for nighttime entertainment and performance you might have to pay more for that somewhere else. But this place is perfect with lots of palm trees

Rooms were clean and all amenities operated as they should. My biggest drawback would be that in the evening this resort was very dull. sure for the price you pay it's acceptable

You can also book excursions at the hotel; it's worth negotiating the price. Any problems can be resolved immediately. The beach is right next to the hotel. The pool is regularly cleaned

Drinks were just okay, light on liquor and many tasted the same. There’s one main pool and another for VIP guests (not worth the upgrade)

The only negative is that the parties end too early (midnight)

Our checkin was far from a great experience. As we entered, there were guests loudly shouting with management. The conversation should’ve been taken elsewhere. We had to ask twice for a welcome drink

The foam parties were extremely fun and we enjoyed all the food especially the Indian restaurant and the steakhouse. We were there during an excessive heat warning and it was very hot but the pools and bars kept us cool

Upon getting to our room, our mini bar was not stocked at all. Ice machines are not present anywhere. You have to go to the bar or ask the front desk. I never got ice that I requested for 3 times

Organized two fun excursions through the on-site travel agents and the resort had a very "no pressure" atmosphere

The grounds were beautiful, the food was decent, drinks were good. I would be liked to have had tacos as an option. The amount of peddlers on the beach was quite annoying

We used the tennis courts to try and keep our bodies moving after floating in the water for a couple days which we liked. The pool had great entertainment and even a foam party on Friday afternoon which was a ton of fun

Great hotel, great staff and entertainment team are fantastic. Always entertaining and friendly. Jazmin and her team are fantastic. Staying in the Honeymoon room and it is big with jacuzzi upstairs

Every all-inclusive has these as the main place to eat and food is not usually very good. However, this buffet was excellent! Food changed a little every day and was very fresh and tasty

Probably the best beach we have been to in Punta Cana. It is wide and nicely slopping into the ocean. There is no coral or rocks in the swimming area and the seaweed was at a minimum

There were plenty of options to choose from, so I never got bored with the food. The entertainment team was outstanding. They not only kept me entertained but also made sure I had company throughout the trip

The restaurants were good – I especially enjoyed Bordeaux for its elegant dining experience and Himitsu, which had a great show from the Chef’s cooking in front of you

We lived for 2 weeks, first line, 1 minute to the ocean, 1 floor sand, palm trees, peacocks walking under the windows, pterodactyls overhead) lobby bar with goodies at any time except at night, pleasant staff, drinks at the bar non-stop, wonderful swimming pools on the territory with a jacuzzi and Charcot

We highly recommend this hotel - the views were wonderful and the pricing was great. There were families and children at the beach on the adult only side 2. Ezequiel at the pool was nice to chat with

Stayed in the pool rooms on the adult side and enjoyed the more laid back feel as compared to the Palace side. When we felt like playing, we walked down the walkway to the Palace. The staff is very helpful and attentive

Marlennys was the absolute best bar server. she truly made our time at the pool fantastic

He made us feel truly special and it was so nice meeting him. We will look for him every time we go! Luis, Jimy and Charley at the adult pool bars were phenomenal

They really have the patience of saints! They made the pool bars fun and made excellent drinks! Kelvin at the bar in the theater was THE SWEETEST! He was very friendly, had the best smile and always had our drinks ready for us

He even checked to make sure we got home safely. I would recommend him 1000 times again! Jency! He looked for us every morning for breakfast and we were lucky enough to have him as our waiter for dinner a few times

Beach is gorgeous, no seaweed or rocks. At the pool we had different activities, every day was all kind of entertainment to have adults and kids occupied. Our butler Bolivar Madrigal was amazing

Majestic Mirage is our happy place! We just stayed for our 4th trip with our 5th trip already booked! We had a few people who stood out to us on this vacation

King size bed, 2 bathrooms, stand up tub, separate shower, 2 TVs. crazy! We also had a swim up room which was amazing. Pool right outside our room, lounge charirs, swim up bars, lounging coverded beds, etc

It was definitely a fun atmosphere, but just wasn’t what I was expecting. The staff always did their best to accommodate me in terms of moving to a quieter room and catering to dietary requirements etc

Restaurants had a wide variety of cuisines and were easy to book. Though 3 of the restaurants are on rotation for a different night of the week in the same venue, so it’s hard to make a repeat booking

Overall enjoyed the stay and beach very much :)

If there is a problem, there is no one to help solve it. Ctrip and the hotel pass the buck. For example, we arrived late due to air reasons, and Ctrip did not extend our check-in for one day

It's still good, there are not many people in the hotel, so the dishes and services are not bad

The all-inclusive price actually includes relatively little. Many free items listed on Ctrip need to be paid for by the hotel. The service is good, and the food in the hotel is also great

I went there with my friends during the Christmas holidays. The reason for choosing this hotel is that it is relatively new. By the standards of a resort hotel, it is pretty good

We really enjoyed our stay at TRS Turquesa. Some of the highlights were the ocean, the pools, and the service. The rooms were acceptable, but had some quirky features or needed minor maintenance

The Las Torres buffet was a really. The sit down à la carte restaurants were hit or miss. My two favorites were Kusko and Bhogali

Our Butler, Jean, and Steven at the building 58 pool bar, both provided extraordinary service, were polite, and always had a smile

Every restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful. The pools were amazing and always very clean. The drinks were great everywhere we went and the bartenders were friendly and fun

As a recommendation to the resort, I recommend more lunch options and even some quick grab and go food locations. Helios needs to change up their morning buffet options. 95% of the items were there every day

gross mystery meat for omelette station, buffet was not stocked and cleaned properly. No swim up bar, no waitress service at pool

In terms of food the main buffet restaurant was good quality (not 5*) desserts were extremely good! The toaster at breakfast was the worst ever encountered 10 laps through to get it even slightly golden - I raised this with a number of staff who would reply “sorry speaka no englese” they would then disappear and take no action

The speciality restaurants were poor & badly managed , we had numerous experiences of food arriving over cooked and cold - but no action was taken or apology given ! The only exception was the French which was 5* full entertainment program- morning were usually quiet, with music starting from noon ramping up at 3pm with team members shouting through microphones to be heard! Those wanting a quiet spot...

I enquired where we could get food and was told we had 15 mins before the restaurant closed ! The app was pretty good although does have some inconsistencies mainly locations are known differently on the app vs reality

30 no welcome drink - just asked to download the app which would give us all the info we needed and given directions to our block ( which was approx 200 yards ) no assistance was given or offered with our luggage

Lots of seating at the beach and by the pools was a plus. Check-in for adults only took quite a while and was a bit intense and unclear

It’s also nicely laid out and affords various types of pools, bars, and restaurants to accommodate families, couples, and friends

Staff were friendly and attentive for the most part, though it could be challenging to get drinks while at the pool or beach from servers who seemed overworked as they took numerous orders at one time, which meant 30+ wait times for drinks

The hotel was great, the food was great, it’s really big that I didn’t get to full do everything on the property but no regrets!! Would prefer they figure out a way to separate adults only from families but I would recommend going there it was awesome

The food at the buffet is ok…there are plenty options including vegan…we made reservation at the steakhouse. The staff was wonderful and hospitable. There is a language barrier so download google translate

The property is beautiful…definitely plan to walk everywhere. Use the map they give you because it’s ALOT of shops and activities and restaurants on site

The pool was disgusting, dirty and had copies amounts of algae and visible debris and slime all over the bottom and sides. I have seen better pools in apartment complexes

The pool was great! They said the Sanctuary Town would be open Wednesday-Saturday and because it rained they kept it closed limiting things to do and places to eat to 3 places

We were in the “upgraded” section of the property, the “Castle”, in a swim out suite of a private pool

I loved the resort, and the staff were very helpful and respectful. I didn't know there wasn't a beach and the ocean in front of us looked like a dirty river. I didn't care for any of the food, but drinks were great

First I would like to mention how great the staff was. We were there from Wednesday through Sunday and we saw the exact same staff, morning, noon and night. I can’t say enough about how great they were

I have been in Punta Cana couple of times and was expecting from this resort a better service! Food and drinks were inconsistent. Some days great, the next would be poor

Calling the front desk to request something is like being heard by nobody. Beautiful place, but it should be managed better!!

The restaurants need some tender loving care (TLC). Overall, if you can get a deal on this vacation, I'd say come. Otherwise, I don't think full price is worth it until they do some serious repairs
