Had a brilliant time at this hotel, the service from the moment we arrived till we let was great, all the staff were really friendly and very helpful. I must mention Alejander on the reception desk especially she was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location very near the metro so you are able to move around Madrid easily. The Retiro is right next to the hotel and is beautiful, there is loads of...
I had an amazing experience at H10 Puerta de Alcalá! Alejandra and Francisco went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm welcome and outstanding service truly made me feel at home. Thank you both for making my visit so special! At the start of my stay, I found the room too small and the tv did not work but these...
Our stay has been made by the staff at the hotel ,
Friendly and welcoming overall.
On check in we had a wonderfully helpful gentleman who was an ambassador for your hotel.
He gave us a quick guide to Madrid , where to go and how to get there - fantastic and thank you it has been invaluable ….
Housekeeping has been great and the team are all very pleasant .
Only small moan…. Had a late night and arrived...
Situated a short walk from the park and located adjacent to the Metro and main bus routes the hotel is ideal if you want to be away from the bustle of the cit centre.
The hotel is very stylish & modern, superbly clean with great facilities.
The Staff were all excellent and able to accommodate the requests we made.
Be sure to make use of the rooftop bar and restaurant, despite being priced above average...
The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. It's near the museum area. The breakfast was very rich. Overall it was good.
Nice hotel, very well located and helpful staff. Going back when traveling to Madrid.

Good location, near to Chamartín train and metro station. Friendly hotel staff.
Good location and the room is nice. Will stay again
Loved our stay! loved the breakfast!
The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was next to the train station which helped us get to the train quickly. However it is a ways from the downtown area with shopping and palace,, Taxi is needed. The staff in the bar area was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good Wi Fi. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel
It’s a good place for family to stay a bit far from city centre but if you use commute trains it only takes 15 minutes. Would love to stay again in the future.

Booked a room because of close distance from airport, parking available, huge bathroom
Spanish hotels usually don't provide bottled waterㅠ That was a bit disappointing, but the hotel overall was fine~. Satisfied.
By the way, there are a lot of people when eating breakfast, and you have to wait in long lines for the coffee machine^^;
Easy access from airport.Room very clean.
Bathroom with tub as well as shower.
Good hotel, but not close to metro.Breakfast could be better.
No kettle or tea coffee provided in the room..
The bathroom is OK and big, but the breakfast is not very rich
There are two coffee machines in the morning, and there is food, so it is bustling like a country market... If you look at the movement of customers even for a day, it doesn't seem like it would be like that... It is rated 4 stars, but there are no coffee facilities in the 3.3~ rooms.

The overall performance is quite good
Facilities: Complete
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Overall good, the price is good 👍
Facilities: OK👌
Hygiene: OK👌
Environment: OK👌
Service: OK👌
good 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
Not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes drive.
The hotel environment is good, the rooms are spacious and the environment is very clean.
The hotel staff are all kind, and the hotel breakfast is a multiple choice question.
The facilities were generally good, as expected for a four-star hotel, but there was no heating in the room (we had trouble sleeping because it was cold all night) and the shower holder was broken.
Except for the car park which is a bit expensive, everything else is worth the money.
The room facilities are good and the surrounding area is convenient

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid for two nights in September through the Fans of M.O. friends & family program. The package included complimentary breakfast, early check-in and late check-out until 6 PM, and a $200 hotel credit.
Although the hotel usually doesn’t upgrade beyond the booked category, I received a beautiful room with a terrace and an incredible view. There was a small issue...
Stunning European jewel next to El Prado museum and Parque El Retiro. You can appreciate the level of attention that it’s provided by the staff. From the welcoming to the departure, excellent service. The room clean, fresh, pristine. Warm towels provided along with a very good amenity kit. The courtyard restaurant is very accessible and a great place to catch some tea and a snack. They also offer full...
We spent a weekend at this wonderful hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with great attention to detail and a truly relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff — their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care went beyond the expected to make sure we had an amazing time. Every interaction...
I stayed at the Ritz in Madrid some time ago for business, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with impeccable attention to detail and warmth. The hotel itself is stunning, a perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern comfort. My room was beautifully appointed, with luxurious touches and an incredible level of cleanliness...
Overall beautiful hotel... wonderful and pituresque in a perfect location. We had a beautiful deluxe room, and the quality and service was outstanding. The food and drinks were also fantastic, and John at the lobby Bar was the star of the stay. We did have one issue with the outdoor patio, with ZERO service after ~25 from being seated. - even AFTER asking for assistance ~15 into our wait.. The team...
It was amazing to be back, fantastic rooms and location! Much appreciated for personal welcome by Hotel Manager 🙂
Food and service at garden restaurant was fantastic!
And the most exciting surprise was during the check out, when I met Bruno, who was exceptional during my stay in Milan. Meeting people that you know always makes you very comfortable, like at home! Fan family, thank you 🙌

The hotel is Clean and the staff’s is very attentive and the morning breakfast lack off variety but taste is good .
good and nice and best location near station! room is clean and breakfast all good
The room is spacious and bright, very clean, very good!
Although there is a big pit in front of the door, it is worth recommending:
Convenient transportation, near Chamartin subway and train station,
Sumptuous breakfast, breakfast is very important for people on business trips
Good hygiene, actually newer than the hotel promotional pictures
The room is not small, much larger than most hotels in Europe.
Compared to three stars, I am willing to give it four...
The location was perfect for us since we were traveling from Chamartín.
Incredible breakfast!!
The reception staff were super friendly! Especially Olivia 💕
The breakfast, the parking at Parking Norte and the location perfect.
The bed and pillows were very bad. It had broken legs and wheels, so it moved constantly and made a lot of noise while I slept. The pillows were so soft that they offered no support to my head.

Superb location.
Beautiful rooftop.

We enjoyed our stay here, with literally nothing negative to say. They let us check in early after an overnight flight from NY & the staff was friendly throughout our whole stay. Great on everything. We would like to stay whenever we visit Madrid.
Excellent location with very convenient access to all attractions and shops right in the middle of Grand Via, the busiest streets in Madrid. 👍👍
You can go everywhere by walk. Location is almost center of Madrid. And it has very nice RoofTop. All personal is so friendly. You’ll feel yourself like you stay with your friends. I recomment the hotel for everyone.
Y ya echo de menos la sonrisa de María!
Great location and service. We appreciated Marcus (Concierge) who provided reliable dining options when we approached him many times. We would like to thank Angel for his fine touches on service when we requested for assistance.

Wonderful hotel in the best area of Madrid, next to the main shops and restaurants. The team is kind and friendly with impeccable facilities and structure. The room is luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast is incredible and very well served. The best option in Madrid.
My husband and I spent four nights at the Rosewood Villa Magna over the Christmas holidays. It was okay, but not great. Our suite seemed due for an update, and the concierge service fell short of expectations. On the positive side, the location was excellent.
The best thing about the Rosewood in Madrid is undoubtedly the location, right in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most elegant and walkable areas in the city. It’s perfect for exploring boutiques, cafes, and charming streets on foot. Unfortunately, that’s where the highlights end. The hotel lacks a real lobby, it’s essentially part of a collection of restaurants and lounges, which...
This was our second visit to the property and it keeps on creating new special experiences. Every Rosewood hotel works so hard to create a special local experience wishing to position their properties as distinct by creating a personal attachment to the location and history whilst owning flagship properties. Whilst in Madrid there are “palace” hotels which are grand and opulent, the Rosewood blends...
You must visit the Rosewood Villa Magna to meet Lulu, the hotel’s beloved dog. She’s incredibly friendly and roams the hotel freely, adored by everyone.
One of our group members caught an upper respiratory infection, and we’re grateful to the hotel for arranging a doctor within an hour. The reception and concierge were extremely helpful.
The rooms are lovely, the food is excellent, and the service...
Perfect location, perfect hotel, perfect staff. Not a single negative. We love rosewood and it’s home away from home.

Excellent option for a short stay, close to everything, very nice hotel
Near Gran Via main street of Madrid. Large room. Clean, sufficient amenities.
No windows. It was like a maze to find room. Breakfast was so-so. Booked a double room but got a twin room.
Stayed in April 2023
The shower in room 230 was broken, and water would spray everywhere in the bathroom. The basic room was very small, and there was no 25 square meters as claimed, and the 30-inch suitcase could not be opened.
The location is excellent, but other than that there is nothing special about it. The hotel room is relatively small. It feels like it is almost impossible to check in with a 30-inch suitcase without 25 square meters.
The location of this hotel was very good and you are essentially just paying for that. Stayed here for two nights during off season. Paid $270 per night. For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed with the instant coffee in the room. I also requested room cleaning at noon and when I returned at 6 p.m. it still was not complete. Also found a broken piece of glass in the bathroom, luckily no injuries. Overall...

It was great staying in this hotel! The whole hotel smelt like flowers and the hotel was super clean!! The hotel was near a lot of shops and also near the main capital. I would definitely stay again at this hotel. Pool was great. Hotel room nicely decorated. Only criticism is I would have liked shampoo and conditioner to be provided. There were also a lot of noisy women on a hen party during our stay but hotel staff were great when I asked to change rooms.
Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very central and easy to go to and from the airport and all tourist attractions. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic.
Room was large, comfortable and clean (and surprisingly good value for Madrid). Nice toiletries provided and a coffee machine. I would stay here again mostly because of the staff who were great. Location was ok but loud being right on busy street.
But the issue with this hotel is the details:
1. The bed was so hard I didn’t sleep the 2 days we stayed.

From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a warm smile. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is fairly sufficient; however, our only criticism is the lack of labels or descriptions under the food items. Thanks to the team.

Bit old looking, but if you look past that, the rooms are fairly spacious, beds are comfy, place is clean. Basic amenities are here. However the down side is that it's far from most tourist attractions, and doesn't have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities
