It’s a good place for family to stay a bit far from city centre but if you use commute trains it only takes 15 minutes. Would love to stay again in the future.

Spanish hotels usually don't provide bottled waterㅠ That was a bit disappointing, but the hotel overall was fine~. Satisfied. By the way, there are a lot of people when eating breakfast, and you have to wait in long lines for the coffee machine^^;

There are two coffee machines in the morning, and there is food, so it is bustling like a country market... If you look at the movement of customers even for a day, it doesn't seem like it would be like that... It is rated 4 stars, but there are no coffee facilities in the 3.3~ rooms.

Not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes drive. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are spacious and the environment is very clean. The hotel staff are all kind, and the hotel breakfast is a multiple choice question.

The facilities were generally good, as expected for a four-star hotel, but there was no heating in the room (we had trouble sleeping because it was cold all night) and the shower holder was broken.

Except for the car park which is a bit expensive, everything else is worth the money.

The breakfast, the parking at Parking Norte and the location perfect. The bed and pillows were very bad. It had broken legs and wheels, so it moved constantly and made a lot of noise while I slept. The pillows were so soft that they offered no support to my head.

Near Gran Via main street of Madrid. Large room. Clean, sufficient amenities. No windows. It was like a maze to find room. Breakfast was so-so. Booked a double room but got a twin room. Stayed in April 2023

The shower in room 230 was broken, and water would spray everywhere in the bathroom. The basic room was very small, and there was no 25 square meters as claimed, and the 30-inch suitcase could not be opened.

The location is excellent, but other than that there is nothing special about it. The hotel room is relatively small. It feels like it is almost impossible to check in with a 30-inch suitcase without 25 square meters.

For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed with the instant coffee in the room. I also requested room cleaning at noon and when I returned at 6 p.m. it still was not complete. The hotel room was very nice, spacious and clean. Thebhitel is very easy accessible via metro line and people working here very friendly and spoke very well in English. When booking, I requested a twin room, but it was on the top floor, with a sloping roof, poor lighting, and uncomfortable space.
