Great service, great room, excellent location in the heart of Madrid!
Cleanliness and location was outstanding
You can expect that the room is a bit noisy as it is at the city centre, also can clearly hear that someone is cleaning up the room next to yours. Overall the room is clean and tidy and perfect location!
Great location and amazing staff and service!
Excellent location beside Gran Via metro, with all the shopping just infront. Hotel room is good size, modern. Breakfast service was very good with continental selection.
Good location. Love our stay here. Bathroom is clean and large.

Great location, clean and cozy rooms — but what truly made the difference was the service. A special thanks to Yanira, who treated me with outstanding professionalism and warmth. She made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
We stayed here for 3 nights, love the hotel! Very convenient location and staffs are lovely! Yamira checked us in and provided guidance for city walk. She is such a great front desk! Our house keeping lady is also very attentive.
This hotel is in the middle of all the tourist areas so you can walk to many places. The metro is in the plaza at the end of the block so after a long shopping day you will can get back to your hotel with no problems . The staff is wonderful always willing to help . They have breakfast for a fee and it save time from trying to figure outno where to eat. Have stayed here more than once and the service...
The location is good, close to the Grand Palace. The subway station is nearby. It is convenient for travel.
The service is very thoughtful and the location is very convenient, right near the palace. The only problem is that the room is too small.
This is a wonderful hotel, right next to the opera house. There's a supermarket across from the hotel. It's not far from Plaza del Sol and very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid. It's convenient to all surrounding amenities, and the hotel itself is charming, clean, and quiet despite being in a busy city. The hotel shares its name with Velázquez's famous "Las Meninas" in the Prado Museum; it should...

I have stayed here for the past three years. The prices have become too expensive now for the room I get. There was no bidet and the room was small, but it was quiet. Staff at the desk are very. Ice and helpful and the location is great!
Location is good and convenient.
Next to hangout area, surrounded by many restaurants and be able to acees to public transport both metro and bus, totally recommend for your time in Madrid.
Located in the city center, the location is excellent, the commercial street is just outside the door, the room is very clean, there is a kettle and coffee, arrived at night, it is very close to go out for dinner and shopping, it only takes a few minutes, the front desk service attitude is very thoughtful and meticulous, I will come again
The location is very convenient, close to all attractions, and the surrounding area is very good. When I checked in, the store upgraded me to a family room because there were no small rooms, which can be used by two adults and two children. The bathroom details are very good. If there are children taking a bath in it, there is a bell to press, which is a thoughtful design. There is a large public space...

Amazing 5 nights stay, great location, great service and experience. Will definetly come back and highly recommend. Special thank you to Carlota, Elena and Adam at front office.
The location of the hotel is perfect… right in the heart of Salamanca. A non touristy area where you’ll find locals shopping and dining and just a 10 min cab ride to puerta de sol. Service from staff was great from check-in to breakfast. Ledys and Zharick are lovely and greeted us every morning at breakfast with wonderful service Cons… hotel rooms need major upgrades. Stained ceilings , stained bathtubs...
Small and cozy, Very well located, you can walk to restaurants and shops, rooms are renovated. The staff is friendly, they have a small gym and they have tea and fruits in the lobby.
The service and location are incredible. The restaurant's breakfast is very complete. The only thing is that the rooms are a bit dated.
Relatively clean and sanitary, good location.

It was an okay hotel! Stunning location and in the middle of everything! The rooms were average didn’t have much
The location is excellent, quiet yet convenient, and within easy reach of major city attractions. The room was quite clean, but the two beds in the European-style double room were too close together, so I manually rearranged them.
Amazing Hotel and well located!!!
The hotel is excellent, conveniently located, and the interior decoration completely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
Very convenient location and close to key attractions
The location is good and convenient, but I am not satisfied with the price because the sound insulation is not good! The bedding is not comfortable!

I had a night layover and wanted to stay closer to the airport, and the hotel has a good location. Everything was as described, I enjoyed my stay there, loved lounge and swimming pool area. Would book it again.
Location is good, short walk from Metro. If you get the room near the street, you can hear the sound from the street.
Great location - 5 minutes walk from the bus station or metro (line 5). Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, quiet. I really liked the pool area.
It is convenient to go to the airport. You can use the bus card to take bus No. 200 directly to any passenger terminal. Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is cost-effective among similar hotels in Madrid.
It is a school located outside the city center, near the airport. There is a bus to the airport nearby. The air conditioner is old and noisy.
good hotel, located near metro and bus station. Easy to get to the city center or the airport. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Decent for business travelers.

The location is very convenient, close to Metro Line 2. The hotel reception staff were also very easy to communicate with. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and were given advance check-in. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was also good. However, due to Black Friday and Thanksgiving, hotel prices in Madrid increased by 30%.
Great place, kind personal. Super centric. Would definitely come back
Perfect location! Only problem was the cleaning of the room. However, everything went great. Isabel, the receptionist was amazing, friendly and great!
As a group of ladies, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a room with 4 single beds, plenty of room and comfortable, with a fridge. Lovely shower. Conveniently located for all the main attractions. Palace only 10-15 mins walk. Extra praise for the lovely receptionist, who was really friendly and helpful.
Located in city center Walk around to the metro station
Really nice Hotel! Great hotel in the center of Madrid! Very good prices, they have a continental breakfast for a surcharge. Room was very nice. We were on a family trip and we were 4 people. We were able to book a room with 4 beds, very comfortable and with a lot of space. Highly recommend it!

We had a really good experience with this place. The personnel was nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, while the location was great for us, situated pretty close to metro stations. The cleaning service was also very good, doing its job every single day. It wasn't cheap, but I would say that it's worth it!
Small rooms but clean. CAREFUL with id cards don't forget to ask for it back. I had to pay to get mine back. Location is great ambiance restaurants .
Pros: * superb breakfast, * very friendly reception staff, * clean room, * access to the swimming pool, * large washroom, * convenient location (two metro stations nearby). Cons: * central air conditioning was not working strongly enough in hot July (it was hard to sleep in the hot room), * kind of outdated and worn out furniture in the room.
Absolutely excellent hotel in the outskirts of central Madrid. Clean and comfortable at a decent price. Has a pool but it's not always open to hotel guests.
Excellent choice located at the north center of Madrid. Very good breakfast, super clean rooms, friendly staff and close to metro stations in line 10 (2 blocks) and line 1 (4 blocks). Shops, restaurants and convenience stores all around. Very much recommended!
Hotel is quite old and worn down. Was a fine stay for a few nights but wouldn't stay here again. Many much nicer and newer hotels in the area. Nothing was dirty but it definitely felt very used which was unpleasant.
Seems to be well located and a short walk to the Real Madrid stadium Santiago Bernebau

The location is excellent! The decor is quite charming. The breakfast room and courtyard are quite charming. The first-floor lounge opens onto the bustling square.
Hotel was beautiful. It is right in the middle of the Square and around the corner from Mercado de San Miguel Food Market. We had a view of the Square from our room. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
It was a little disappointing that part of Plaza Mayor was under construction, but the service, facilities, and view were excellent! The room was clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. I was also happy to receive a welcome drink, chocolate, and a message. It was a hotel I would definitely like to use again!
Beautiful Hotel and great Location! The spa isn’t as fancy as the pictures make it. But overall it was a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the location! We would stay again in the future!

A good hotel if your aim is to spend the night and leave the place during the day. The room I stayed in wasn’t spacious but very clean. It didn’t have something as simple as a coffee machine. The staff were fine.
Everything was good. But the thermostat was controlled to not go below 72° F, which made the room very stuffy, even though we were able to crack the window, it was very hot and hard to sleep.
I loved it, it's very well located and close to the places I had to go, very clean and the room was very clean and there were several courtesy details, the girl at reception who attended me was very kind and helpful, I recommend it and I will definitely return and for more nights.
This hotel may be rated 4 stars, but it operates with the finesse of a 5-star property and ranks among the best I’ve experienced in Madrid. Designed with high-end travelers in mind, the exceptional service leaves nothing to chance—no request is too small or too complex. The thoughtful details made a lasting impression: a kettle, fridge, coffee machine, premium toiletries, complimentary lobby snacks...
Just perfect. My favorite hotel in Madrid; I travel there often. My favorite room is its largest one, "Prince" or something like that. All rooms, even the small ones, are great. Excellent staff. And nice points/loyalty program.

The staff from front desk and restaurant were all very nice. The room was also well spaced. The only odd thing was that the toilet door was sliding and doesn’t close fully (because it’s too short, so there’s a gap seen from a certain angle). The sounds thus obviously travel so you need to be comfortable with whomever you share the room with. Location was good - there’s a subway station nearby.
Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Close to subway but not too close to touristy areas, quite area.
Very good attention from the staff, very new facilities.

Very good hotel. But there were not enough slippers and no robes in the room. We took a romantic room. Thank you for the champagne and delicious sweets. I will recommend the hotel to my friends.
Great central location, and clean rooms. The hotel was just 6 minutes away by foot from Plaza Mayor. I think the service could be better though, the receptionist I saw on first day looked like she dislikes her job and she just wanted to get done. All in all, it was comfortable and great. And if you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend to take the breakfast option!
The bed is amazing and one of the most comfortable ones that I have had in a hotel, also given the queensize. Service at the reception depends on the person, we saw both uninterested and also very committed staff. The location is great and very central. Breakfast could be improved. The assortment of cheese and slices sausage looks very sad and is 2 star niveau. Scrambled egg from the bottle and tasteless
Perfect location for staying in central Madrid. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff are very helpful. I would avoid the breakfast though.
Great position, very convenient as it is a 5 minute walk from puerta del sol. The room was very small for 2 people and it was missing a few things: a bidet, a toilet brush and a shower carpet to name a few. Breakfast was nice.
We stayed here five nights, while touring Madrid. The hotel was quiet, clean, and pleasant, and personnel super friendly and helpful — and importantly its location is very convenient. The optional breakfast buffet was also first rate, and we can highly recommend it. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
