Straight forward hotel
Good for the location
We only stayed few hours prior to our early morning train
10 minutes walk to Atocha aprox
In the vicinity of the hotel few shops and restaurants
I’ve traveled to Madrid three times, and this is my go-to hotel. It’s super close to the train station. I always book the junior suite — the room is big and comfortable, especially the bathroom. I really like the large hot tub. The staff are always friendly, and the AC works great, unlike some hotels in Malaga where the AC is a joke.
Landed in Madrid at 8 AM. After collecting my bags, I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, yet maintains a clean and simple aesthetic. It's within walking distance of the train station. Due to needing an extra bed, the nightly rate was around 1000+. Retiro Park is 3 km away, and an Uber costs about 7-8 Euros.
The room was a bit dated. There aren't many dining or entertainment options nearby, and even Retiro Park is quite a walk. Its sole advantage is its proximity to the train station, allowing you to walk there comfortably with your luggage. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're just looking for an overnight transit. Overall, it offers poor value for money.
The breakfast buffet offered a somewhat limited variety of food compared to other 4-star hotels. For example, the only egg option was scrambled eggs, and some were a bit overcooked. However, the fruit selection was good, though it was surprising there were no bananas.
Upon entering the room, it took me a while to locate a power outlet; clearer instructions on their placement would be very helpful...
The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The three single beds we requested were prepared for us as expected. During our three-day stay, housekeeping didn't result in any missing items, but their service only included making the beds and emptying the bins. It would have been greatly appreciated if they had vacuumed the hair and dust from the floor. The bathroom and room weren't spotlessly...

5 star for the location...rooms are decent but functional and clean. The rooftop view is awesome...especially if u managed to catch the sunset. When we were there in late november, rooftop opens at 6pm.
Excellent. The room is really comfortable and with good space. Also the bathroom is very good. The breakfast is good, with many options. It's also very well located in Gran Via, a very tourist area, with many people and with stores and restaurantes being open until late at the night. there are also different metro stations near by and we could go everywhere. The only issue with the room itself is that...
Overall, the food was okay, but I had to lower my rating because of the restaurant upstairs… expensive prices and dishes of just average quality and very poorly presented (I ordered a brioche, it came in a hamburger bun… a disappointment).
I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a great rooftop bar, and a pool. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
An Unforgettable Wedding Experience in Madrid ❤️🇪🇸
We had our wedding in Madrid and chose this hotel as our venue—and it was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about the experience was absolutely perfect, from the elegant setting to the incredible staff who made the day flow seamlessly.

The front desk service was fast. The room was clean although a bit old. I didn't try the breakfast. It was interesting to stand on the bus to the airport.
There are no slippers in the room, no free drinking water, no kettle, only sparkling water and Coke Sprite in the refrigerator, the service is very poor, the room service ordered a bottle of mineral water and it was delivered to the wrong place twice. The room rate does not include the morning, and the airport shuttle runs every 40 minutes. In short, everything is not satisfactory, not worth the price...
The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are very big, the things you use are very good, there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but if you are a light sleeper, you should not choose a room facing the street as it is a bit noisy!
Near the airport. Good shuttle service.
Great value price for Madrid
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 20-minute walk from Madrid Airport, and the hotel can book rooms without breakfast. The parking lot is also large and parking is very convenient.
Very convenient and nice hotel. The free shuttle from and to the airport made it very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Food is delicious. We ordered room service and had their breakfast buffet as well and everything was great. Will be back.

I stayed again at Vincci Soho Madrid and, as always, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and this time I was given a slightly upgraded room in another wing of the hotel, which made my stay even better. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the Barrio de Las Letras, close to everything: great restaurants, museums, and walking distance to the main sights. Everything was...
The ventilation system has a little bit of odor, and the overall cost performance is high
The room looks amazing, the bed is nice and sturdy. Water in the room is only offered in a small plastic bottle on the first day. There is coffee/tea in the room but they only offer cups that are made from a mixture of paper and plastic, stoneware would be better, especially for a 4* hotel. Other facilities in the room are good, although cotton pads would be nice to have. The hotel is very conveniently...

I stayed at Cristol Via Castellana during the Christmas holiday for 4 nights.
I came from the airport by train and reached Chamartin station which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, or 1 bus or metro stop away. From the hotel the super efficient network of buses and metros will take you anywhere around Madrid, which was very convenient.
I was in a room on the top floor with a great view on Plaza...
The hotel is nice and in a good location. There are subways and buses nearby. It is not far from the train station, so it is convenient to travel. The breakfast is good with many varieties, especially various sausages and cheeses.
This is not a 4 star hotel. I stayed 1 night for business due to close proximity to my company's Madrid office. The very small, low bed was very uncomfortable and inadequate for a 6 ft tall woman, with springs felt below the surface. The wifi kept giving me an error, and when I tried to call reception, the phone did not work. I had to call from my cell phone to get a code for guest wifi, and to add...
Good clean spacious room. Arrived by bus number 27 from the railway station,, which was a 10 minute walk to our stop by the Botanical gardens, about 22stops to reach our hotel. An overfilled rubbish bin greeted us in the lobby which we complained about.
The location is excellent, it is in the city center, less than 2 kilometers away from the Bernabeu Stadium; the breakfast is good; the rooms are good, but the shower water in two rooms is sometimes hot and sometimes cold; there is a paid parking lot in the hotel, which is not bad.
Javier and the team were very helpful and supportive with advice on local eating establishments and places of interest.
There was a little confusion and frustration when I wanted to extend my room to another day as this can only be done by going back into the website booking page even though I was at reception.
They were sweet but the additional night booking system was frustrating and time consuming...

Lovely hotel, nearby local restaurants were amazing, easy to get to city center by Uber or Metro. Walk out of the hotel and make a left. Weekends you may have trouble getting a table without reserving one. Excellent food, excellent pricing. Thoroughly...
NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares has a nice location next to the park, perfect for a morning walk or jog.
However, everything else was quite average — the gym and breakfast are basic, and for the price, there are definitely better hotels in Madrid.

Lovely hotel by the river. We had a superior room with an enormous comfy bed which included a really good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Good position for sightseeing within easy reach either by walking or bus stop outside. Staff were very friendly but not many spoke English.
Very friendly staff, ready to solve any problem. Standard equipped rooms, but without tea/coffee in the room, no slippers. Breakfast with multiple options. Location quite far from the center/metro, at least 20 min walk, connection with buses but which run infrequently/unpredictably. Accessible by foot to the royal palace, real basilica del San Francisco el Grande!
Husband, wife, and 2 Yr old shared the comfy large bed for 2 well rested night. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast bar immensely. The location was great, as it was along the river and had a bus stop outside. We will defo stay again.
Big room, nice pool and nice reception, plenty of parking out side and a lively mini park, the location is amazing and quiet, you literally can walk to the palace in 15-20 minutes.
The covered parking is over priced (26 euro a night!) the breakfast must be bought with the room as buying it at the restaurant is expensive and the breakfast it self closes at 10:30 !!

Not a 4 star hotel. It's ok. No big deal. The location is great, close to the metro station and main POI. The elevators are one of the worst one I have to deal with. 3 elevators, small (5 ppl or 2ppl + luggages), slow... During my stay I could see long waiting line. Very helpful front desk (printing an urgent doc in the middle of the night). Confortable bed and clean spaces. The gym is small but fairly equipped. Breakfast okay (enough choices but far to be for 4* and some items disappear very fast during the morning: e.g. smoked salmon).

Great location for a stopover on the way south (or north I guess). Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Reception were very helpful & let us check-in early so that we could relax and enjoy a swim.
Plenty of bars & restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away.
Room could have done with a couple of finishing touches, decoratively, but it was a good size & very comfortable.
The staff were very pleasant, kind and helpful. They were smiling and made us feel welcome.

The hotel is pretty far from the city center but buses can be found by walking 400-500 meters. Rooms were spacious but service was not that good. They charge 5euro per night for the kettle. Also, they will charge you 3 euro if you want to use cutlery and they will charge you an extra 3 euro if you want the cutlery to be delivered to your room. No water bottles were present in the room.
First of all, the location of the hotel was pretty fine. Bus stations are like 400-500m away and can get you around quickly. When it comes to the room, it was spacious, with a nice bath tub.
