Great location, close to city, offices and airport. Hotel has been recently renovated.
I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Always my go-to in Madrid. The staff are all exceptional, food, gym, atmosphere etc. I love recognizing good customer service. Gracias por todo! Nos vemos pronto 🙏🏽
Extraordinary personal attention! Rooms big enough, and very very comfortable. Nice modern sober decoration. Excellent breakfast buffet, excellent dinner restaurant! For now this is my favorite hotel in Madrid (and I am demanding for outstanding quality)
A beautiful new hotel. The room is spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom is luxurious and well presented.
May 2023 I loved this hotel. I expected a lot before going as it is a Marriott hotel. I was not disappointed. Comfortable bed, clean room, many seating areas in the lobby. A bar, and restaurant also in the lobby. Friendly staff everywhere on the hotel. Centrally located, and easy to get around either on foot or the Metro (close to the hotel). Delicious buffet breakfast which was amazing. The cost I...

Hotel is clean and modern. We selected this hotel for one before our tour began in the same hotel. The breakfast is superb
Gave us two separate rooms due to lack of double beds. Amazing surprise. Great service. The best hotel I've stayed at in europe. Room design is amazing and it was very clean.
Very good and decent hotel, recommended, next to the santiago bernabeu
Top service.. rooftop pool and bar.. The perfect place to chill .. I enjoyed quite much staying here
The Canopy is a great hotel. Clean, modern and sleek. I totally recommend if you go as a foreign tourist. They have tone of activities like flamenco night and live music almost every day. On the other hand the bed was really comfortable and the pillow a piece of heaven. The only thing I did not like was the smell of the soap it was charcoal. The smell stayed with me and reminded me of a chimney.
So so. Only thing we like is the breakfast

It's a Beautiful hotel. Located at perfect location. Every place is near by at walking distance. I hardly used any uber or taxi. Food is good. They have indoor clean pool as well. And the lounge area is perfect to come and relax after one's day of roaming in the city. Staff is always greeting you with so much warmth. Cheers to the amazing holiday time to Everyone 🎉.
This hotel set the tone for our trip in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being welcomed like VIPs even after a long travel day when we weren’t at our best. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive during check-in, taking the time to explain the details of the Level area. Each visit there, whether for breakfast, a drink, or a quick snack, we were greeted...
One of my favorite hotels in the world. The rooms and the beds are big, it has all the amenities, the breakfast buffet is one of the best. The staff is very nice. It’s located in a super accessible point. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Madrid.
Hotel is very well located. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, although the décor and facilities are starting to feel a little dated. Breakfast is definitely a highlight: plenty of options for all tastes and dietary needs, with good quality products. A downside is the swimming pool: children are not allowed, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. There...
Melia Madrid Princesa is a fantastic choice for families who want comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of Madrid. We upgraded our room and took full advantage of the free breakfast and daily tapas in The Level lounge—an absolute game-changer with kids. It meant fewer frantic restaurant searches and more time relaxing. The service throughout the stay was exceptional. Thoughtful touches...
They are currently doing construction and gave me a room that is exactly where they are working outside. It is so loud, you cannot have a conversation. You would think they would not book the rooms in the same area as construction? They did offer to move me, but said it will stop in 1 hour. Went to use the gym but it is also closed for 4 hours due to being painted. No alternate location provided...

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
It’s certainly a favorite, from all the toiletry options to the buffet breakfast, but the best part are its people! Friendly and willing to go the xtra mile.
If you seek an unparalleled luxury experience in the heart of Madrid's prestigious Salamanca district, look no further than Hotel Fenix. Nestled amidst the designer boutiques and upscale shops of the "Golden Mile," this exceptional hotel places you within easy reach of the city's most iconic tourist attractions. Beyond its prime location, Hotel Fenix boasts exquisitely appointed rooms designed for...
The hotel, a Leading Hotels of the World member, is well located, next to Margaret Thatcher Plaza. We booked a Red Level Deluxe room which included Club Room access and separate check-in on the 7th floor. Room had an entry hallway and bath with door separating the bedroom; it seemed small and cramped. The bed was very comfortable. The RedLevel Club Room offered complimentary buffet or a la carte breakfast...
An amazing hotel and experience Amazing facility, service and ambience. We'll be always happy to return to Fénix Gran Melia. Special thanks to the frontal desk which excelled in tourist support and kindness. Kudos to Antonio, Jean Paul and Santiago at the front door for their assistance and care.

This hotel features a stylish design and an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. It's conveniently close to many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city. While the rooms are on the smaller side, it's still regarded as one of the better hotel options in the area.
Excellent location, with most attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a great design, and room service was incredibly prompt. Highly satisfied.
The soundproofing is very poor, and it's just for show. Except for the lobby, everything else is disappointing!
This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! Great location for connecting flight.! Great breakfast.! Nice rooms and the front desk team is amazing.! Make you feel like home.! The shuttle to the airport is very convenient.! Great place to stay!
We had a really bad experience being stranded by the airline for a day and a half. They sent us to a dump and as soon as we walked in, I googled Hilton. A Truly Outstanding Stay at Hilton Madrid Airport My recent stay at the Hilton Madrid Airport was nothing short of fantastic. Really nice hotel in a really great location that was convenient for the work conference I was at. Great and friendly staff. The breakfast that was included with my room was clutch and a great way to start the day. My only complaint was that my room felt like a sauna and I couldn't adjust the temperature. Just opened up the window and it was fine. I have stayed there several times and would recommend...
Excellent old world hotel that continues to earn its five stars. It's a beautiful place and well maintained it's got all the amenities and service that you'd expect from a five star hotel. Unfortunately at check out, the staff was unable to manage the billing on my invoice to make submitting of my business expense easy. Perhaps they should keep the old world feel, but update their computer system
Good hotel. Good views of the city. Rooms were alright, beds good, furniture aged. Some of the hotel staff is very helpful, others don’t seem to care or put forth effort to make your stay excellent. Great location. Walking distance to a great deal of shops, restaurants, and activities. Breakfast is great, bar is good. M29 is alright.
Nice friendly hotel with a classic feel. Nice public areas. Restaurant and spa but I didn't try them. Rooms quite brown and authentic wood finish. Interesting painting to cheer the room up. Room safe is tiny and lack of power sockets. Room I had overlooked the rear garden and was very quiet. Fairly central but still a 25 minute walk and metro into the real old town.
True story: I was travelling in a group and all our bags had been put inside a van. On the way -- and that too 2 hours later -- I realised that my backpack was still in the hotel lobby. The tourist guide on the bus said there was little chance of getting it back. We took a chance and found that the hotel staff had kept the bag in a safe spot. Thanks for that. And as far as the hotel goes... Brilliant...

At the recommendation of QATAR Business Class Cabin crew, I decided to give this hotel a go during my recent transit in Madrid. The studio that I checked-in to is nicely laid-out and functional. The front desk team is ever friendly...
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which makes it great for short stays or layovers. The area is quiet, so you can get a good rest without much noise. The rooms are average in size and have almost everything you might need for a comfortable stay. However, the amenities felt a bit low quality — it would be nice if they upgraded them a bit. Overall, it’s a decent place for a night...
We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel was gorgeous, clean and impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Fine stay but they over book the airport shuttles. My mom and 2 aunts in their mid 60’s were not allowed on the shuttle they booked the night before. Front desk was incredibly rude to them, only asking them to wait outside without an ETA.
Good place clean rooms and very tidy. Thing that I didn't like, after paying €190 for the room, is that EVERYTHING is Additional charge. Whwn you charge that much for basic room, few bottles of water shouldn't be extra. O yes, HORRIBLE window view
It was great! The hotel is awesome because the prices are really good for the size and quality of the rooms. There’s even a nice pool outside. Breakfast costs between €17 and €23, but there aren’t many choices, so I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay!

This is my second stay. I still think the location of the hotel is great, and the staff is very helpful. I found this time the breakfast options narrowed in some products and expanded in other ones that seem to adapt more to international visitors. I would come back to this hotel in the future if I come back to Madrid.
Nice modern hotel with good service and right at the city centre!
Very good location and close to everywhere I'd like to explore in Madrid. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices.
Everything was great and the staff even helped us to pre-packed for our breakfast as we had a train to catch next day early in the morning ! Bed is very big and comfy too !
Trip.com has charged our room fees and we be charged again by hotel staff again when we hand over our credit card to pay the city tax, by his mistake. luck we found it before leaving and got refund. It is a lot of money.

Fantastic stay. Was a tad noisy at night (we were at the front of hotel). Tea facilities in the room would have been appreciated also. However, comfortable bed, lovely rooms, breakfast was fantastic. Great central location and handy for transport links. Would stay again
Biggest flaw : The WiFi was very weak in our room, and the noise leaks through from other rooms. The room itself was amazing and clean and spacious ! The location of the hotel is central to everything and I would highly recommend the place. Gran via is like broadway in NY. And all the places to eat and visit are walkable.
Rooms, service, and location were excellent. While the hotel is a little dated, it’s exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. This was my second time staying at a Raddison hotel. The decor was very stylish. The staff even let me check in early, allowing me to rest up before sightseeing after just getting off the plane. It was a heartwarming experience. There were water dispensers on the floor. There were also capsule coffee machines in the rooms, which was a great experience.
Breakfast kinda boring.. everyday same food, can improve in this area.
The family room on the 6th floor was very nice, with a water dispenser right at the door and a sparkling water option. The hotel is in a good location. Atocha Station, the Prado Museum and the Retiro Park are all within a 10-minute walk. The Reina Sofia Art Museum is just across the street and on the left. Great stay at Hotel Elba Madrid Alcalá! Spacious, clean rooms with modern decor and super comfortable beds. The amenities were spot-on—fast Wi-Fi , a good work desk, and a well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast 🥞 was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options, including pastries , Fruits 🍓 , and hot 🔥 dishes. The location is convenient, just a short walk to metro 🚇 stations and easy access to both...
The room was cleaned very well every day, with no disposable items. There was a kettle, but I brought my own and never used it. There was no additional city tax, and early check-in was possible without any extra charges. (It seems like the room wasn't fully booked, but the closer you book, the more expensive it is; it's not necessarily cheaper if the room is empty...)
Conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the subway station. There's a fast food restaurant downstairs, and the restaurant across the street is clearly popular with nearby residents. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. You don't have to stay in the city center; this area offers better value for money.
The facilities, service and breakfast are all good, but the location is average, but it is not too far from the airport and the city center. The room is clean, the bathroom is spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only problem is that the air conditioning in the breakfast room is too cold.

Hotel is well located and the rooms are average. I stayed for 8 nights. Few problems; - The pool area is not temperature controlled, life guards apply very heavy rules, 1 small bottle of water in the rooftop is 6 euros, they make you pay 3 euros per towel, and there are not enough sun beds. Another company owns the rooftop so it feels like it is not apart of the hotel. - Getting your room cleaned...

Nice environment and nice location
The location of the hotel is OK, but the room is very average, not very big, more than 9,000 a night, not even including breakfast, not worth it. Next time I come to Madrid, I will choose the JW Marriott opposite, just across the street.
