Providing the buses to and from the airport was a time savor!
Great location and facilities. The restaurant seemed understaffed. The service was slow so si left. Other than that, great property and value.
Just stay a night for the early flight. The room is clean. But the staff was not very pleasant. Requested a quiet room away from the noise but they gave me the room on the first floor right in front of the road.
Airport Hotel with Shuttle Service approx. every 45 minutes and also vlose to a Metro Station into the City. Avoid rooms to the street, they are noisy. No Coffee or tea making Options in the room.
Perfect for a short stay if you have a following flight early in the morning. Free shuttle service from and to drom the airport is useful. Also from barajas metro station it is 10 euros with uber. Missing free water and coffee amentities but overall very good
Great location as it’s just a few minutes drive from the airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Cosy and comfortable rooms albeit a bit small. Overall, convenient location and comfortable stay.

Great location, just a few minutes away from the Bernabeu Stadium
Checked in on Christmas Day. The welcome chocolates were delicious. The hotel environment is very good.
We met at the bar. Fabulous atmosphere, decoration. Great service. Candy on the counter. Nice touch. A SHAME the "Tapas" were croquetas so cold and old after one bite you just had to leave it on the plate.
We had a fantastic stay at the H10 Tribeca Hotel in Madrid! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish, modern design and warm ambiance of the hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a contemporary touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable...
The service is very good and enthusiastic, but the facilities are relatively old and the hot water is not stable
I went to Madrid with my dad for a game in the Santiago Bernabeu, the location of the hotel was perfect. I was still learning Spanish so it was not that good, but the people who worked there were really helpful and let m try and speak some Spanish There was a receptionist that I forgot her name, she was super kind, helped us get around the city and taught me some Spanish The rooms are very classy...

Updated: Very good hotel overall and after spending 2 weeks in Spain I definitely believe it’s a 5 star. This is a pretty standard European hotel with rooms on the smaller side but has everything you need and is comfortable. The whole lobby area is very cool with lots of neat things to look at and very comfortable areas to sit and relax. It has good WiFi, a restaurant and bar. It also has a really...
Excellent hotel, very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. We generally just used it as a base for sight seeing Madrid. Very good breakfast options, which set us up for the day.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while its design leans towards a more classic, vintage style, it still managed to exude a sense of luxury and comfort. The breakfast was simply outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the thin walls, which meant that you could...
Great central and friendly accommodation.
Very pleasant hotel, albeit not in the very center of Madrid. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was all right, but located in the basement, which made it feel somewhat dingy. Upon arrival we wanted to get something to eat at the bar while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, the wait was inacceptable. Breakfast is more like 3*. Probably too expensive for what it offers, but unforfunately...

Many problems , first the room I was put initially was the bathroom full of insects, the rugs and sofa dirty, the second one they said was an upgrade witch I know it wasn’t , we did not like the service terrible staff the same , will never go back.
Regular stay at the Bless The hotel is nice, it's just not worth the price they are asking for, too expensive for the service and the amenities of the hotel.
The hotel is lovely; staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was fantastic! I'm giving it a 4 stars because we were located on the 1st floor, and there was an EDM club open until 6 am. The noise was pumping all night and my husband and I had a really hard time sleeping. If we go back we will be sure to stay on a higher floor level! If it weren't for the noise factor, I would have...
The Velasquez Suite is excellent! Loved the balcony. Carlos Castellanos and guest experiences Team gave us a great experience!!
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Location, service , room 10/100 couldn’t recommend more.
Great stay! Overall great stay at this beautiful hotel with great service and perfect location! The room was a bit cold, but the staff fixed it quickly when we let them know. If you are sensitive to noices it can be tricky to stay here some days, we were not bothered but we could hear music/noice at some occasions (it was mostly quiet).

Short trip to Spain for family wedding. The hotel was situated in the perfect location. Not too far from areas to visit. Bus and subway are walking distance from the hotel. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The beds are comfortable and the room had enough space for us. No complaints, we loved it a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in Madrid for three nights over the weekend and the hotel made a great base to explore the city. The transport links are good, both Metro and a large number of busses pass through Puerta de Toledo. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we checked in slightly early but still managed to get into the room as it was ready which was a great help. The...
We stayed two nights in Madrid and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location was in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was the standout on our trip. The breakfast buffet was solid enough. The only downside was the bland food we received from room service and the customer service from the restaurant...
The rooms are compact but clean, and the room rate are reasonable. It's a bit disappointing that there's no kettle. The staff are all warm and kind. Breakfast is fantastic! The location is superb, with the subway station, supermarket, restaurants, and cafes all nearby. I definitely want to stay this hotel again next time.
Good-looking hotel, only the climate system is blowing hard while there is no water boiler at the bathroom a cockroach 🪳 was found during the night. The bathroom was small but nice only paint on the ceiling was cracking. Breakfast for 11 euro's when purchased a day upfront was good with lots to choose from.
The room is comfortable. The service is good too! The shower head in our room wasn’t working well, the staff helped us quickly to change a better room.

We spent several nights at this hotel. We really liked its central location near Gran Via, with shops, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. The reception staff was wonderful and polite. The room was clean, with linens, towels, a large bed, and was spacious. There were a few things we didn't like: the water heater was very noisy, crackling loudly when the hot water was turned on. The plumbing...
The location is awesome, everything nearby and handy. The staff was so friendly and helpful, would surely come again!
Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small...
Older property but clean. Only complaint is that sole window had no blackout/privacy curtains.
I stayed here because I had business at a nearby hospital. Callao and Plaza de España are within walking distance, making it easy to get around. This wasn't my first time staying at an Exe Hotel, so I felt at ease while staying there. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The location and environment are very good. You can find various food and convenience stores not far away. It is very convenient to take the bus and subway. The surrounding security is also very good.
The hotel facilities and services are very satisfactory. The breakfast is rich, and free coffee and tea are provided. The luggage storage is also very safe. The hotel location is also suitable. I have collected it and recommended it to my friends
Good location.Very clean and big rooms. The best cleaning service.Affordable breakfast buffet.Special thanks to the Aluaro and Catalina from the front desk. They’re explaining and answering questions very professionally and knowledgeable .Highly recommend to stay in that place.
The room might be an old building. It is very big and has all kinds of toiletries except slippers (even razors). However, the facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is average.
A good hotel at a good location with many facilities. Nice clean with lovely rooms. Calm atmosphere and friendly staff. Location is great with a walking distance to the metro station. Some good cafes nearby for a quick coffee and sandwiches. I am looking forward to the next couple of days until my holiday ends.

The hotel is not too close to the airport; it takes about a 10-minute drive to the airport. It would be better if the staff could proactively provide more information and assistance to the customers during the check-in process.
No drinking water in the room. But there is small market close to the hotel. So gor the moment, no problem.
The location is very close to the airport and the exhibition center. We booked this hotel because of the exhibition. For travelers who want to see the city, it's not the best location as it takes more than 1h to reach the city center. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket is just next door.
Didn’t have the free shuttle bus
Be better if there are a coffeemaker and a bottle of water in the room.

We didn't spend much time in the room, but everything was fine. The only downside was that it's at least 20 minutes away from a metro station.
The room is clean and spacious with complete facilities
Overall it's ok. There's a supermarket next to it, and you can eat there. But after living there for a week, I feel like the cleaning is not done very seriously. Also, the elevator card is not easy to swipe.
The room is nice, the breakfast is good, the location is also OK. Although it is not in the central area, it is next to the Huawei headquarters in Madrid. There are Chinese food and Japanese options. Recommended to stay
The location of the hotel is not very convenient. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the subway. The surrounding area is a bit desolate, but there are some restaurants and small supermarkets. The hotel is very clean and the room cleaner will put the clothes and items in order.

Went to the Botin first night, Iberian roast pig with wine over 200$, ... sat at the Hemingway table, priceless.
The location of the hotel is very good, and the attractions are within walking distance. Noisy but quiet. It is clean and tidy with new facilities. The only drawback is that the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. It would be better if the bathroom door was opaque and had a door lock.
Such a lovely, hassle free stay in Madrid. The location was perfect, right off the Gran Via and next to Plaza de España. It wasn’t noisy though. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and the room nice & spacious. The staff were really attentive, calling after we had checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Couldn’t have asked for better, especially for the excellent value price

Great location! Center of the city but still relatively quiet. Clean and good size. We booked a room on the 6/F with a terrace, which is fun.
The hotel feels like a top tier 3 star hotel. I wouldn’t place it as a 4 star one. The amount of noise coming into the rooms is not acceptable. The breakfast was varied but very dull - Everything tasted “meh” and was just average The rooms were OK, aircon, shower and comfortable beds. A 3/5 hotel
This hotel is a good 3 stars hotel. The hotel design was in a modern style, which is okay. I would personally recommend a painting or something to make it more special. The first hotel in Spain, very satisfied, the room is clean and tidy, very warm
The location is OK, the breakfast is good, but the room card often cannot be opened and needs to be handled by the front desk
The hotel is close to the Toledo Gate Memorial Gate and next to the Puerta de Toledo Station and the Spanish Public Library, so the environment is quiet. Stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed (although no coffee in room). Location was superb, just across from the palace. Staff were superb and helped us sort out the taxi to the airport that I had booked for the wrong time! Bar was lovely and comfortable and bartender offered superb service.
