Madrid, calle Gran Vía 34, entrada por Calle Mesonero Romanos 13 🧭 Map
Great location in the Gran Via area. Helpful and welcoming staff. Location approximate to shopping, dinning and sight seeing is great. Highly recommend
As I wrote to hotel management, my room layout is innapropriate. If you are washing hands, your body block access to toilet and shower. When compared to Regina or other hotels in the area, this hotel is overpriced.
Great location on Gran Via surrounded by shops and restaurants plus a comfortable 20-minute walk to most of Madrid's attractions. Clean room and friendly staff. Definitely enjoy tapas and drinks at the rooftop bar.
Brilliant place. Excellent rooms which have everything you need. Clean, not too noisy. Blackout blinds. Excellent customer service. Especially Abdullah security guy.
Great hotel. Rooms were big and spacious. Great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and main plazas. Rooftop bar is a huge plus
Hotel was great! The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had great vibes, plus our room was nice and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right outside the subway station. There are also department stores and various shops nearby. The hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable.
Nice facilities and environment
Well located hotel with all equipment that you need, nice variety of food.
Nice room, very nice staff, highly recommend
Great location in the centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay . I will definitely rebook this place next time.
The hotel is good looking and modern. But that’s it. It seems a little pretentious, since the amenities in the room are not that good quality. Also be careful when you book because they might not care too much if you need a double room or twin room. I asked for a double bed (that’s what I booked) but they gave me a twin bedroom. I won’t come back here and I would recommend to choose other hotels in...

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. Staff are super helpful and nice.
Comparing to other hotels in other cities in Spain, this hotel is relatively good and the room was big enough, bathroom clean enough. It is a bit far from city center though
The hotel is well located next to the metro and fortunately not too close to the city center. The welcome was okay, but nothing special! The pool was closed when we made our trip, which was a shame. A big plus for the access to the large gym!
Spacious and clean room, front desk is ok, but not much amenities like slipper, complementary water bottle or coffee at front,.
There are no slippers in the room, but you can ask for them. The service is quite friendly and you can also go downstairs to ask for hot water. The hotel is old, but the facilities are not old either.
There is construction going on downstairs. Since the floor is low, it feels close when you open the curtains, which is not a good experience. Other aspects are also average, but the advantage is high cost performance and convenient travel.

My favorite transit hotel in Madrid. There is a free shuttle bus. It is close to the airport (10 minutes). It is surrounded by a safe community. There is also a subway station that can be reached by foot and it is not on the airport line, which saves a lot of subway fees.
The shuttle bus is free, but you need to make a reservation directly on their website. It's close to the airport and the subway station. There's a supermarket nearby that's open on Sundays, which is convenient. It would be better if there was free water and a kettle in the room.
Very good hotel, very good service for shuttle bus to airport.
Because we didn't make an appointment for airport pickup, we couldn't find the hotel's car when we arrived at Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport (it turned out that we needed to make an appointment). We took a U-ride, but the road was full of twists and turns, and the driver drove for nearly half an hour to get us to the hotel. The hotel is very remote, and we would never dare to go there alone at night...
The hotel's front desk service and breakfast are very good. It's only a few minutes' drive from the airport. If you are in transit, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and will answer any questions.
We were a bit late check in but still able to process , however the reception man was not too polite and we are 3 guests he just offer 1 room key card for us, unreasonable

Las Letras Gran Via is the perfect base to stay in Madrid. Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. We will definitely be back as we have so much more to explore in Madrid. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the cava in the room was a lovely touch for our Birthday! The Gran Cavel bar was wonderful to people watch with a G&T and the classic Vermouth.
Location is amazing, on the Main Street and a 5-10 minute walk to most areas and attractions. Staff are very friendly and pleasant, our room was large and the balcony my was very nice! Would recommend staying here!
Super hotel with super staff ..both the Azaharas at reception were so helpful and professional throughout our recent stay late April / early May 2024. We stayed in March 2024. We got an excellent room. The rooms are sound proof and the beds are extremely comfortable. You cannot beat the location. It was an extraordinary service! The concierge, sorry forgot his name, he was from Argentina, went out of his way to make our life easier. One of my favorite hotels worldwide! Their family room is perfect for our family, the food is amazing, staff is friendly and very accommodating. Got great restaurants recommendations from them. Been there several times already and coming back next month. Perfect!
Nicely located 5 minutes walk from 2 different metro lines giving access to most of Madrid, and good local bars and restaurants nearby. Urso is a stylish hotel inside a classic Madrid building. All excellent! The waiter Brian was very very helpful and professional. He do amazing job!
Environment: Very good Facilities: Very good The service was excellent
Close to the Bernabeu Stadium, full set of toiletries, brand hotel; the disadvantages are that the breakfast is average (my family experienced it in advance), the elevator is small, the big bed is soft, and the overall cost performance is not high
The living experience is comparable to that of domestic budget hotels. It was clean and tidy, but there was almost no storage space in the bathroom shower room, and there was nowhere to put the clothes. The advantage is probably that it is close to the Bernabeu Stadium.
It is clear that the services are very good and the hotel facilities are very complete. Worth staying again Recommended hotel

I think it was a very good hotel. We had a amazing stay. The hotel has a very good metro connections around madrid and I can recommend this place to everyone!
Service was exceptional. Andre went above and beyond. Wilbur made our check in smooth and swift. Minor corrections to the room were handled right away. It is not near the historic or downtown area's. But a 15-20 minute taxi ride will get you there. I would stay here again for the service.
Great place. Large room. I liked the kitchen in the living room. Close to subway to airport (direct) and close to subway to downtown.
Walking distance to CBD district, old apartment, old appliances some time does not work. Very helpful hotel staff with very smooth and quick checking checkout process

The good: well-appointed rooms, the bathroom in particular is modern with very good fixtures. Excellent checking/front desk staff. I stayed here for one night and thought the hotel was very nice and service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and nice. I had breakfast in the morning and the options were great and the food was tasty.
The thing I like: Convenient location Cold water serving at lobby Good Bar at the lobby Good room service The thing I do not like: I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby. Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday

Nice, quiet location a short walk from the Cartagena Metro stop. Nice breakfast restaurant, with a great spread and wonderful staff. All the interactions with the hotel staff were very nice. The room was large with twin beds (I was a solo traveler), and everything about it, including the bathroom was very impressive.

This hotel was a great value for what I paid. The location isn't the best, and it is a little far from any metro stops so it is a little far to access the public transportation (with the exception of the bus). We were so tired after getting in at midnight. And a 2 and half hour delayed flight. The manager was amazing. He greeted us and already had our paperwork out ready to sign when he greeted us. Just amazing service.
In that area for me the best hotel. Prices are decent, rooms are very clean, reception very nice. Only many of them could use a little refurbishment in style. Breakfast is quite good with fresh fruits and a decent selection of cereals and bread. Getting a coffee is a little annoying as it basically a Nespresso machine for all the people staying in the hotel... might be worth an investment.
Lobby quite empty and not very warm. Some seats/tables would be nice. Rooms are good and clean. Good breakfast.
Very nice hotel and I would highly recommend it all visiting Madrid. I was there on business and stay 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Parking is a premium so you should use Uber. Hotel is clean and the service is very friendly
Dated but pleasant and friendly. Breakfast simple but tasty and good in room amenities although beware the iron must be ordered to appear. Good room service. Overall recommended but practical rather than aspirational !

Love this hotel!! 10/10 for location (right on the Gran via), service and cleanliness. We had an absolutely beautiful stay here! My family loved this hotel. I plan on staying here again next time I visit Madrid.
Excellent location, well maintained and friendly, helpful staff add to that a beautiful bathroom and a rooftop bar! We used the airport bus to get to the hotel and got a very reasonable fixed price taxi back, service offered at reception. We had a great time in Madrid made all the better by staying here. When we return we will definitely stay at Hotel Atlánttico Madrid.
Very nice hotel but felt like they could use a little work on the hospitality part. Rooms are fine but had no view. Window just led out to a closed off courtyard facing all the other rooms. For the expensive price I thought at least get a view. I will add that the bathrooms though we're huge and one of the nicest I experienced in my month long travels through Europe!
Great location, right in the heart if busy area. The hotel is beautiful on the outside especially lit up at night.
