The rooms are outdated, but it is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is nice. It is conveniently located 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and has gated parking!
Not a 4 stars hotel! we paid 100 euros extra for a supliment bed for 3 days a little boy of 4y old. We had 2 extra beds, both terrible!! like broken in half. Breakfast was fine. Location of the hotel is a disaster, very dirty and with bad ppl.
Price/quality - adequate. For short-term stay - a great option!)
Super clean, breakfast was great! Staff were so friendly and helpful , close enough to subway , grocery store and pharmacy
I didn't like it very much
High price for the quality of the hotel
The rooms are fine, but some things look worn. The reception staff are very friendly and the breakfast is quite good.

the rooftopbar is nice
The hotel is very good, we really enjoy it! The location is perfect, exactly in the center on the city. It's clean and cosy. They have a good breakfast there.
We were first given a dreadful room that was very disappointing, small and dirty. It had bare wires hanging out of the ceiling, the phone didn't work, neither did the lift and carrying suitcases up five flights of stairs when you arrive at your hotel isn't fun. The breakfast was abysmal. The staff however, were lovely and the location, excellent.
The location of this hotel was amazing and the main reason for us booking it. The staff were amazingly helpful and very friendly. The rooftop bar was a nice amenity - even in November! Rooms were great, offered baby cots. Amazing hotel highly recommend- and will stay again.

This stay was our second time at this wonderful hotel! The staff is extraordinary-service still lives in Italy and certainly at this hotel.

The proximity to the Vatican and great dining makes this a prime location! Across the street is an amazing coffee shop and a fabulous Gelato shop.
Cheers to this great place,enjoy!

Alessandro (Morning front receptionist) was fantastic. He greeted us with a warm smile. Marked up local attractions in the map for us. Gave us cappachino as a welcome drink. Handled our luggage to ensure it was in our room come move in time.
Alessandro is a real asset for the hotel.

'I really appreciated how spacious the room felt, giving me plenty of room to relax and move around. It made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable overall. The design of the room also contributed to this feeling of openness and freedom. Moreover, the breakfast offerings were incredibly convenient, saving me time and effort each morning. 🥐 I loved having a delicious meal ready to go without any...

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Della Conciliazione! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect — just steps away from the Vatican and within easy reach of many other attractions. I would definitely stay here again...
We've recently come back from a two night stay here, the hotel was exceptional, perfect location with lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Wonderful hotel in an amazing location, just few minutes walk from the Vatican. The hotel was in a lovely pedestrian neighborhood with restaurants either side of the road. It was still quiet for a good night’s sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend and will stay here if I return to Rome.

Perfect location to see the historical sights of Rome. Breakfast was fantastic both in variety and location. Three or more restaurants, bars to a meal and drink. Tourist friendly prices, the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Highly recommended if you are travelling to Rome.
Location is great, walking distance to all luxury shops and the Spanish Steps, great restaurants near by too. Hotel rooms are tiny and some smaller than a cruise ship. Barely enough room for one personl. if you have a lot of luggage you will be in person. Steps entering going down when you come in the lobby and then everything else is back up again. Some staff members can be very rude where others...
We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago.

A very well located hotel in a busy street o Rome, close to various attractions as the Leonardo da Vinci museum, the Fontaine and various stores, perfect for people wanting to explore the city. Excellent location and elegant vibes. I can't comment on the rooms, because I didn't stay. However the service I experienced while I was there for a meeting was exemplary. Highly recommend for its convenient location within walking distance of shopping and major attractions of Rome. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Dinner options were delicious. Nice room but not enough USB outlets for electronic devices.

Great Hotel and Location on our trip to Rome. Spent a week here with no complaints. Great breakfast buffet.
This hotel deserves 5 stars. It has luxury European style with amazing marble floor and walls.
I stayed in suite with view of main street in Feb 2020. I am rating it at four seasons hotel level. Well deserved!
The hotel location is amazing walking distance to all hot touristic spots. Even shuttle bus to Castle Romano outlet is steps away.
Their lift is very antique and unique it reminds me of old style...
small but comfortable rooms. good service
Don’t go there if you expect good breakfast and good food. Good location, small rooms, very friendly staff and efficient service but a bit too old and over priced place .
Very good staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is close / walking distance to plenty of sightseeing. Quieter part of town walking distance to a nice green park.

Orazio Palace Hotel more than lived up to my expectations. Beautiful boutique property situated in the beautiful neighborhood of Prati, it was within walking distance to many of the city’s popular sights. The hotel is located in the charming Prati district, a pleasant and well-positioned setting. The reception staff were particularly warm and professional. The room, although simple, offered all the space needed for a comfortable solo stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, where the food was excellent. A must-visit for a stay in Rome.
The location is very good. It is in the Vatican area west of Rome. It is very safe and quiet. It is also close to the Vatican. The only deduction for hygiene is that the shower head is not cleaned and there is a lot of scale. The tap water is particularly unclean. The hotel's reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
However, for a 4-star hotel, there are areas for improvement, such as the expensive tourist tax for two nights, which is €30, the wait time at the bar for someone to come and see you, the lack of bathrobes in the room when we arrived, which we had to ask for to use the spa, the small bathroom with the toilet inside, the lack...
As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe in this beautiful 4* hotel, the staff accommodated all of my needs and ensured I was always satisfied with everything. The breakfast was exceptional and delicious. The room was very comfortable and clean!! The housekeepers were amazing with everything. The center is also just a 15 -20 minute walk with amazing views of the river.
Nice hotel with a good location, 15 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo, 30 minutes to Saint Peter’s Square, 10 minutes to Lepanto metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel sits in a small courtyard; the street outside is busy, but inside the room (with the windows closed) it’s quiet. The decor is pretty, with kind of an old fashioned Italian vibe. We enjoyed our balcony and sat out there...
Great hotel. Great location. Everything is within walking distance 👍

Stay was fine. During the check-in, I asked for water since we just arrived on a hot day. Front desk person said to go to room and get it from the mini-fridge (and check the prices). He could have given us water bottle or glass of water instead of asking to complete the check-in and go to the room!. Not very welcoming!
We were impressed with the elevator, small but awesome, so we didn't have to take the stairs
Great property within walking distance of local attractions.
Only downside was no tea making facilities in the room, apart from that I can’t complain.
Great stay, tiny rooms as are typical of Europe but clean. Lovely front desk staff. Great location- walkable to many main sites.
Hotel was very clean and relatively modern. Rooms were tight, but expected size for city. Extremely convenient location. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel was very welcoming upon arrival and good with getting taxi’s quick, however not as friendly when coming and going daily after initial check in.
The front desk was very kind and accommodating my claustrophobia. I had a problem with being able to go into the elevator and they made sure that everything was possible for my room to be on a lower floor and also took my bags up to the room. Highly recommend this hotel. They have always been excellent to stay at within walking distance to everything

Very good price and the location is great..
The hotel is very unsafe, some creepy men high or drunk are living there.. be careful if you are a female solo traveler ! There is no locked storage, just an open room where everybody leaves their stuff, so better keep your stuff with you !
pleasantly surprised! for the price (cheaper than some hostels) the location is the best part, and is not bad compared to the other reviews on the hotel, could have been cleaner, room is small but the interior is nice. overall i’d rate it a 4/5!
No water sink, it's noisy outside. Can barely fall asleep. Too much mirrors in the room makes it creepy
Had a bit of a mix up at first resulting in us getting charged extra but trip.com thankfully sorted it. Hotel was overall very nice and a very convenient location.
The hotel is fine, but do not book it if you are expecting a four star hotel as advertised, it is no more than a 3 star. For the location and price cannot complain however, working aircon during summer was a plus too.

Great location located behind Piazza Navona and a stone's throw from the main places of interest, clean rooms with park. Efficient and courteous reception staff who were able to help us by giving us suggestions on how to get around. Spectacular terrace on the roofs of Rome for breakfast. Highly recommended, we will be back
Room has a mouldy smell. Looks like a deteriorating bit of wallpaper and skirting board. Towels poor quality. Otherwise all good because it’s so close to Holy See and Pantheon and hop on hop off bus. Also, public buses right at door. Breakfast a bonus too.
The location is very good, the area is safe and lively with many places to eat, and it is within walking distance of major attractions. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast is on the top floor with a wide range of sweet and savory items.
The hotel is very old, the breakfast is average, but the location is close to attractions and children's school, so it is convenient for travel.

Spent three nights here before a Mediterranean cruise. This is an excellent hotel with clean, quiet rooms and an attentive staff. Some of the travel experts advised against staying in Monti. Stayed here for 4 nights in November. Location is excellent, just a 10 min stroll down from the main train station.
All the staff are friendly, breakfast offered a good choice and the rooftop bar although expectedly pricey is a nice spot for an evening cocktail.
Would happily stay here again when back in Rome.
This hotel is in such a great spot and not too touristy. A wonderful gelato shop is directly across the way too! Our king deluxe room was wonderful. We had issues with the thermostat, but the front desk took care of it very promptly. The staff here is wonderful and friendly.

The reception staff are amazing, especially Andrea and Lisa. I loved the hotel. Very contemporary with an elevator. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to everything. Loved the rooftop bar. The dining room options are great.
So happy I settled on this hotel out of all the options out there for Rome. It has been a perfect respite from the long days of touring and wandering. The hotel is great, a large spacious modern hall, there is a gym! Breakfasts are full with omelette and a huge selection of pastries) our room was a bit old (but it was also the cheapest). But we really enjoyed our stay here

Lovely stylish Hotel with a beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for the hot weather when we stayed. Staff are professional and helpful. A really beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely and we absolutely enjoyed our weekend there. Breakfast was wonderful, especially eating outside in the sunshine. Our room was great and the staff were very helpful with all of our many enquiries.
Amazing Staff, But Poor Value for the Price
I recently stayed at Palazzo Dama in Rome and was very disappointed with the value for money. The rate was close to $1,000 per night, but the experience fell far below expectations. The room was extremely small, outdated, and lacked any luxury feel — it honestly wouldn’t be worth even $100/night elsewhere. The building itself is old, narrow, and uncomfortable...
We were here for a Welcome party with our friends the night before a Wedding and to say it was beautiful is an understatement. Food was amazing. Loved the decor; atmosphere A+; the grounds were beautiful and surrounded by other beautiful architecture.
The Hotel Dama is beautiful! The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Our room was lovely (though a bit inefficient for two large bags). It is also very well situated for walking to all the monuments, restaurants and shopping. We were disappointed that the onsite restaurant was Peruvian. Why, in the heart of Roma? Also, though the garden and pool area is a beautiful spot to relax, the poolside...
Reading the reviews below, I guess selecting your room is pretty critical to the assessment of your stay at Palazzo Dama. I booked this hotel for my honeymoon in Rome. It is very friendly to foreigners. The guy at the front desk is very patient, enthusiastic and handsome. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. There are supermarkets around. The soundproofing is good, and I can't hear the noise from outside or next door. In general, it is very nice from service to room.
The location is very good and I don't think there are many inconveniences! The rooms are cute and the staff are all very friendly! However, the air conditioning in the room didn't work so it was a bit cold.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good cleaning. Quiet hotel even though it is close to a noisy street. I received a room upgrade upon arrival as offered by the hotel. Good location.

Lovely hotel, very clean and had everything we needed in our room.
Very polite, helpful staff.
Would definitely go back again.
Great and easy communication staff
Very clean, friendly staff. Our room was pretty big, very comfortable bed. It’s close to metro and train station.
This was my second time staying at the Cross hotel. The hotel is situated in a good location, right next door to the ruins of the old aqueducts, and is near the Colosseum in the old part of the town. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean both times I stayed there, and I was pleased with the daily change of towels! Breakfast was good also. I’ll definitely choose this hotel during my next stay in Rome
The only downside to this hotel is the very bad sound proofing for the room with a connecting door. Don’t advice people traveling with family to choose this hotel because we hear clearly the “passionate activity” next door all night. It was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, location is good and the overall cleanliness is good. Choose wisely!
Perfect stay and helpful staffs! Was welcomed and assisted in all best possible on the last day of our stay when a strike happened in Milan.

Location is excellent. Very clean hotel.

A lovely hotel, well situated for many of Rome’s must see sights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast with cereals, meats, pastries and a cooked breakfast. Rooftop bar has great views. Be aware it does stop serving drinks from 9pm in winter months.
Clean , cool room. Definitely stay here again if we are at that end of the city.
Great, good service, good facilities, good environment, good location, it's a great place to stay for travel. Oh my God
The service and the room are very satisfactory. If you need hot water, the front desk will help you bring up the kettle. Compared with the old and dilapidated houses in Switzerland, it is simply a paradise. The surrounding area is very close to the attractions, and you can just walk like crazy + take an Uber. The view from the rooftop is also great, you can watch the sunset.
