Hotel Cristoforo Colombo
Rome, Via Cristoforo Colombo 710 🧭 Map
They had to switch our room because the hot water didn’t work in our first room. When I told the hotel clerk about it. He was like well no one else complained. Basically calling me a liar. Until I had them come check for themselves. The second room wasn’t as nice. The walls were peeling outside our room and there was mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. The pool area is very beautiful but against a...
AC WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME, THE HOTEL KNEW THIS AND YET NEVER FIXED IT,WE PROMISED THE FIRST NIGHT THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS OFF DUE TO THE HOUR 8PM BUT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE NEXT DAY. WE CHECKED OUT TODAY AND LAST NIGHT WAS GIVEN SOME B.S. ANSWER ABOUT WHY IT WASN'T FIXED. FOOD WAS DECENT BUT EXPENSIVE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND RUDE AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.THIS WAS THE...
A decent hotel, very clean. Could provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast could include Congee for ASEAN travellers?
It’s an OK hotel. Breakfast average, not great.
Gym was sufficient but not great.
It is a good location for going out in the EUR area of Rome.

I had a great stay for 4 nights. What I liked the most was the staff — their hospitality made the experience one of the best in Rome. Their customer service and attention should be a standard for hotels.
Look for Francesca — she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. 😁
Cleanliness was 5/5, the food was good, and don’t forget to try their orange cake — it’s worth trying. 🧡
The location is a bit...
I really enjoyed my say here. The staff is very helpful and go extra mile if you need assistance in navigating the city. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities.
wonderful stay!
Staff is very friendly, helping, good guidance for Rome/ Vatican sightseeing.
Hotel shares free wine bottle with the guests from Booking.com!
Hotel is far from Rome downtown, also far (3-4 kms) from subway station. Although hotel provides free pick-up drop shuttle service, you need to adjust your schedule to match the timings.
The entire staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Especially Jarka who made us feel at home during our stay. This helped our vacation start off on the right foot. Many thanks and happy holidays.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Domidea! The room was large, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The location is great – close to a bus stop, which makes it easy to reach the city center. The staff were amazing – very friendly, polite and always ready to help.
A special thanks to Ms. Jarka, who was always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
Everything is very good except the location. It's quite outside in the city but anything else very good.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were also well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food, and the staff were okay. The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station, which is very convenient.
Oh and they provide trolley to carry our luggage.
Our stay at Novotel Roma Est was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth.
The location is a bit outside the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore Rome. They have parking on site (we used the outdoor one)...
Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are old and we had to change 2 rooms until we god a reasonable one. The smell from the room is very suspicious.... We came from Novotel Genova to Rome Est Novotel and we had a big disappointment. The reason we booked...
Not a bad hotel but really poorly located, especially if you don’t have a car. Food is decent, although they don’t change up their breakfast at all. But yes pool area is quite nice and they have plenty entertainment. Rooms are outdated and no new tech TV’s so you’re forced to watch Italian TV.
La Rústica station is out of commission so you need to pay to get a taxi to get to the Metro station and honestly...
We had the very nice and spacious Junior Suite with a large terrace. Perfect for a family with two children.
The outdoor pool is well maintained and a very pleasant change in the heat.
The breakfast has a good selection with something for everyone.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The distance to the main sights by car is about 20 minutes.
We will book there again on our next trip to Rome.
The room is nice,
Environment: OK
Service: OK, average
European hotel service cannot be compared with that in China, but it is already good in Europe. The room is big and good

The staff were lovely and the family room was fantastic for travelling with two toddlers. All the major sites were really easily accessible from the bus stop nearby and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay at Hotel Ripa again.
Nice hotel with a modern vibe.
Good breakfast.
If you’re looking for a crash pad in a good area then stay here.
The staff couldn’t care less if you’re staying there. They don’t even bother with a greeting, let alone a smile. It’s quite bemusing as I live in Europe and travel a lot, especially to Italy.
The rooms were large and clean, but the decor wasn't to my taste. The service was excellent, as was the breakfast with lots of choice. Located in the trastevere, it was central to some superb eateries and just a 30 minute picturesque walk to the coliseum and palatine
I stayed here on September 1st and 2nd for work and had a great time. I recommend it.
My family and I loved our stay at this fantastic hotel. The decor inside is lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfy.
The breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the lemon cake and Kiwi juice!
The staff were pleasant and helpful- the cleaners were especially polite and jovial!
The tram and bus stops are a one minute walk from the hotel. Tickets for these can be bought from the Tabachiere...

Location is great to join through Termini station. In the zone there are also options for caffè or dinner.
Good location, near the main train station (Roma Termini) and very close to minimart. The hotel is quite old but still good. The room is not so clear as there are still some dusts around the room. All amenities in room are acceptable.
Very nice hotel, location is also nice and a lot of pizza restaurants and halal food around, 5 minutes walking from the Termini train station. Not the perfect time to go out from 11 pm
It’s the best hotel when we were travelling in Europe what I mean is the service and buffet breakfast were great and walk 3-5 minutes from the main train station
Excellent location. Very close to Roma Termini and airport shuttles. Good shopping. Halal food was all around on the close vicinity.
The triple room was too small for three people, leaving no space to open luggage. Additionally, there were no hangers in the washroom.

Decent hotel. Good location next to Termini. Makes it easy to hope on the subway to get around the city. They also have a gym, which was a huge plus for me. Good buffet style breakfast as well. Would definitely stay there again.
I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge.
The room was ok but could be better- even if it was a business room , it didn't looked like online and definitely didn't met our expectations.

Renovation needed. Glory days are over, for formerly very good hotel, need good and quality handymans teams to repaint, refresh hotel. Everywhere signs of ageing. Hotel deisgn is different than usual hotel but ok, its modern. The hotel is good. Location is convenient to Termini and and shopping and some restaurants. The neighborhood is not so nice; maybe safe enough I guess at least during the day, but feels scary especially in the night.
One of the best Hotel in Rome. Really close to Termini station. Modern, with pool at 7th floor and American museum concept (a rarity in Rome). Did not taste the restaurant and cocktail bar yet. Great deep house DJ set on Thursday evening.
This is certainly not my favorite Radisson. It's on a convenient location by the train station, but walking back to the hotel at night I didn't feel particularly safe in this neighborhood. The rooms are cool, modern, but they are very small with almost no storage space. The rooftop restaurant has a nice terrace. Gym is appalling: very small, crammed, some of the equipment didn't work. I expected a much better experience from a hotel advertised as 4-star, especially since it was booked through our tour company. The property is far from the city center, which we did not expect, and the surrounding area isn’t very appealing.
Two and a half plugs!!!! Are kidding?!!!! 4* hotel whose visitors are coming for the exhibition or conference. It would be fine some twenty years ago! It's such a frustration, because the rest was very good. The room itself and the bathroom are spacious. Big TV. The beds are big and very comfortable. Very good pillows as well. Good climate control. Extra pillows and warm and light blanket. Excellent...
Very good location if you want to stay in the fringes of Rome and still want to be close to public transportation. A 20 min ride from the airport . Positive:

3. Rooms have complementary breakfast
4. Has gym with basic equipment for gym buffs
5. Location is a 5 minute walk from metro train station and bus stops
Had a really amazing stay here. Great Customer service, great amenities and great stay. Location is a little bit of a drive for the Rome city centre but overall great stay.
We stayed at this hotel for a week at the end of July and were extremely pleased with our experience. Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Eden last month. The rooms were classy, thoughtfully renovated, and impeccable. Beautiful room, a very warm welcome, the highlight (among many beautiful moments) was Daniele in the bar with kind and excellent service and especially the suggestion of the delicious (best dessert in 30 days!) pistachio Crema dessert. We have a restaurant on the Cape and will be bringing it to our clients (grazie tanto, chef). Lovely lovely lovely thank you hotel Eden for a perfect stay from start...
The location, the rooms, and the hotel itself are perfect and amazing, but WOW the service here is just something else.
This is the ABSOLUTE BEST service, super friendly staff, we’ve encountered in Europe.
Francesco at breakfast was the best. We miss him already.
And yes, the restaurant has some of the best views in the city
Fantastic restaurant with impeccable service and good pizza. We had the red pizza with capers and olives. It was very good and fresh especially the capers and olives. I also had Italian white wine. The view was stunning, I really did not want to leave. The server was really knowledgeable and gave great service.
Went for a glass of wine on the (small) roof terrace, waited for almost 20 minutes before being served which was surprising as the restaurant was not busy? Very lovely wine, polite staff and as you'd expect from a hotel of this high standard, beautifully decorated throughout.

The room size was just right. Although it's a bit old, it's very well-maintained. There were no strange smells from the bathroom or anything. The hotel was also very responsive to our needs. The service was genuinely excellent.
The hotel is located in the embassy district with guards at the intersections, which made us feel very safe.
However, it's a bit of a walk from Termini, not particularly close.
The room was on the smaller side. It's a good option if the price is right, but I wouldn't recommend it if it's too expensive.
The service attitude was good, and they have 24-hour front desk service.
The hotel was close to the station.
This hotel is situated not far from the main railway station.
From the hotel it’s very easy walk to the many sites of Rome.
The hotel allowed us to check in a little earlier which enabled us to use the hop on off bus
The location very close to Rome Terminal Bus and train station, allow you to go any part of Italy. The room is not that big but very clean with budgeted allowance.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. It was clean, comfortable, close to everything. The Metro was about 30 feet away from the hotel. Visiting all the attractions was so convenient (4 days of visiting beauty all around Rome)

Very satisfied. There is a dedicated receptionist, and there are plenty of drinks. In addition, the bathtub in the room has a massage function. The room is also large enough. Enough for a family of three.
The hotel breakfast accounts for 99% of the entire hotel rating. It's so delicious, and you can order whatever you want from 9 am to 6 pm every day. Although it's noisy on the street and the location is average, the food and breakfast are really good!
