Rome, Via In Arcione, 77 🧭 Map
I stayed there last week in November. I booked a superior double room , which was quite small even for one person. Stayed there for 6 nights. The location is fantastic. The rooms are not soundproof , the air conditioning cannot be adjusted from the room—only from reception, I couldn’t control the water temperature in the bathroom, the cleaning was average, and the rooms are old with a lot of wear. The...
3 stars earned by location and breakfast (really good!). My room was not nice: Behind the bed was a thick layer of dust, also in parts of the closet. The curtain was full of stains (inclusive a huge red stain). The bathroom ist very old. In total it's bearable if you just sleep there 2-3 nights.
Service was okay, the toilet wouldn't stop running water and they fixed it during a day.
We stayed here and enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and fun. We enjoyed there breakfast, it was only a few steps away from the trevi fountain and a good walking distance to everywhere else.
My only complaint was the rooms were smaller and there was no view but that is very likely in Rome
Highly recommended – excellent location, beautiful design, good breakfast, great air conditioning, and very good value for money.
The location of the hotel is perfect – almost right next to the Fontana di Trevi and just a few minutes walk from most of Rome’s major historic sites, surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and entertainment spots.
The hotel itself is not very large (3 floors, a few...
I don't know why this hotel has been given 4 stars. It definitely doesn't have them. The rooms are small and lack maintenance.
The dining area is fine, the breakfast is the best thing about it. The service is average. The location is also good, but it is not a 4 star and it is not worth the price.
The service was too good from the reception and Mr. Danilo was the best, the food was very good, especially the desserts, the cleanliness of the room was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was the plus.

Rome, Via del Babuino 196 🧭 Map
We stayed in room 108, which was the only room on that floor, so it was very quiet. Most of the rooms in the hotel face the street, which is a bit noisy. The room facilities are very good, and the whole family praised the bed sheets and quilt covers, and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries smelled good, which the whole family liked. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was rich...
The last stop in Rome is very convenient. It has a bit of an internet celebrity style. The fragrance is a bit too fragrant. I want to buy it every day. I will go there next time. I highly recommend it. It is very close to Piazza di Spagna. It is very convenient.
The location is great, inside the ZLD, cars cannot drive to the hotel entrance (except taxis). Arrived early, the hotel gave me a room without balcony, asked for another one, finally got one at 2pm, so be sure to ask. The view from the balcony is great.
We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.
Great location, impeccable comfort and wonderful breakfast!
The room is not big, but well-designed so you won't feel cramped. The location is very good. It is very close to People's Square and Plaza de España. It is convenient to eat and play nearby. You can have a drink and enjoy the scenery on the hotel terrace at night. It is very comfortable.
The location is unique. Givenchy is next door. Shopping is convenient. The hotel service is attentive and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. If I come to Rome, I will choose to stay again.

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus having a roof deck restaurant right above you is always a plus.
A wonderful hotel. Great location somewhat away from the crowds but still easy to navigate around the city. Very clean and comfortable.
Great Location. Just a 10min walk from the major Train station. Our room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff has limited English skills and average attitude. The room is normal, not very big, but the quilt and pillow are quite comfortable. The location is a little far from the train station.
The hotel had a beautiful view and impeccable service, I would definitely return.
The hotel has no swimming pool which is basically cheating compared to what they have listed.
Our room is on 2/fl, and window can’t be opened, so no view at all. I won’t pay for such price for this so-called 4-star hotel.

Structure right in the center, very small room, but the strong point is the kindness and professionalism of the employees, a special compliment to Mr. Roberto. Thanks again, Roberto.
Overall we had a great stay and this hotel is perfect for a city break. It has everything you need, the location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the metro with direct access to the station for airport trains and route for Vatican city. It is only a 10 minute walk to the spanish steps and only about 5 to the Trevi fountain where there are so many shops/bars/restaurants! From this hotel, you can walk to...
The room was cleaned every day (bed, towels, floor etc.) so no complaints. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive.
The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and is located on the corner of a shopping boulevard (Zara, Sephora, Under Armor several luxury stores such as Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga etc.).
The only negative point remains the amenities: the building...
The room is clean but they overcharge me on the city tax and has yet to refund me.
The overall room is relatively clean, the space is large, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go to some surrounding attractions. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. People coming and going at night will not feel scary. The only drawback is that it is a little noisy at night because It faces the street. I slept with headphones on the first day, and...

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect. The hotel is very nice. The views from the rooftop are unbeatable. The breakfast was perfect. And, most importantly, the staff was courteous, professional and beyond helpful at every turn. Highly redcommended.
Wonderful visit to Barcelona aided by a very nice stay at the Martis Palace. We very much enjoyed the helpful staff and surroundings. Have a drink on the rooftop. Beautiful. Bob and Suzanne Major
Amazing from the start of our stay until the end the staff went above and beyond to help us time and time again wether it was getting a taxi or just questions about restaurants and places to go would come stay again no problem
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The rooms are beautiful and the staff was great. The breakfast in the morning delicious and the rooftop terrace was very nice. Plus the location was perfect. We walked to everywhere -- the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum. Super convenient location. Highly recommend. And
Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean in a perfect location to walk to all of the attractions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
Great Spot in Roma !
We chose this hotel due to location and quality. It certainly delivered. A brief walk to most spots and an inexpensive taxi to Terminie for the train. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes’ walk.

great hotel!
let’s start with the negative so we get it out of the way. the location, despite being well connected with public transport, isn’t really central. expect a 30-min walk minimum to the popular attractions.
ok, now for the positives. the place is huge, and this means big rooms and open spaces. the room was very clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfy bed and complementary water upon our...
The room was modern but felt like it was designed for the 70s, Vibrant greens and oranges filled the room. Lack of amenities such coffee/tea in the room (the bar downstairs did have these but for a cost). The housekeeping was prompt. The location was close to many restaurants and the bus stop from the train station was a block away. The bar keeepr was exceptionally helpful (give him a raise)! Overall...
The hotel itself is very nice. Although for the price, I’m not sure. The maintenance staff are lovely. However, I got mislead by the reception team — I directly asked them whether the drinks in my Mini fridge are free, they said yes. Then I got hit with a €127 fee at the end of my stay. They even charged the amount for the final day, even though I didn’t take any drinks that day. Absolute scam, even...
Great hotel,in an amazing location, was located close to bus routes easy to get around. Was not in the middle of a lot of touristy stuff which would we really enjoyed. Wasn't extremely busy with people everywhere. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were friendly
A pleasant stay at this hotel.
As for the rooms – the air conditioning was barely noticeable, and the rooms really need renovation.
In the bathroom, there was mold on the walls and around the windows.
Breakfast was simple but tasty.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Friendly consultation, friendly response, friendly explanation, everything was perfect. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it to travelers.

Rome, Via della Cordonata, 6, Trevi 🧭 Map
We stayed for 1 week at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the location, beauty of the hotel, breakfast and Peter at the front desk. Amazing service and advice of tours and what to do around town outside of our plans already. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying here for anyone. This was our first time in Rome and we are extremely satisfied with our stay here.
Hotel bolivar was a quaint hotel in a very remote area of Rome, located close to all of the Roman attractions. Like the Coliseum, Treivi fountain and other shopping districts. The front desk manager (Peter & Max) was awesome and helped us in transportation both to and from the Airport and to and from our cruise ship and in other parts of Italy, this was one of the best stays overseas we have ever done
We prefer the hotel Bolivar whenever we stay in Rome. Its location is unbeatable in terms of easily reaching attractions by foot. It is right in the heart of it all, yet it also enjoys a privileged location set back off the main streets, which reduces road noise and makes the hotel a peaceful oasis. It’s nice to come back and rest up here after a busy day of exploring the eternal city. Everything...
This hotel has a great location, walking distance to many sights, short walk to Trevi, Forum, etc. We rented Lime bikes to move around. We walked to metro close by to get to Airport. Location was my main priority, and I was highly satisfied with it. Rooms are small, bed a bit firm, but clean, well kept and functional. Even though hotel is tucked into a courtyard, it was a bit noisy from city activity...
This hotel is so centrally located you can walk to main historical sites. The rooms are clean and front staff is helpful yet one staff member is a little rude. I would stay again however not in the same room over the entrance which was noisy. Rooms are small so travel light Uday who works is fabulous.
When we first arrived we were told they had to love us to their sister hotel because they had no AC and it needed to be repaired. But we returned later in the week and it was better. I was underwhelmed with the facilities. The sister hotel was much better but its location was far. The best part of the Bolivar was its location.

Great hotel, great location, great service
Beautiful hotel with outstanding English speaking support services at the front desk. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, transportation, everything. Centrally located, just 2 blocks away from Roma Termini. A lot of food choices around the area. The breakfast is good, need to replenish more often especially if there are a lot of hotel guest. We had a pleasant stay.
Excellent service in general . Not complaints.
Good location, just 5 mins walking from Rome termini station. Don’t like bath room setting and it is small.
Excellent location and facilities. Walking distance from Roma termini
Everything was perfect and excellent with this hotel except just one thing.
I think I accidentally happened to leave something behind me when I checked out.
I've tried to text and call this hotel quite several times in vain. No reply and no answer even so far.
All the good impressions on this hotel vanished just like smoke.
This hotel is not as bad as some reviewers decribe it. Yes it needs a bit of refurb, few buckets of paint to refresh its deco and some thorough cleanup, but we liked it.

Rome, Via Gioberti, 20 🧭 Map
Excellent location, within 2 minutes walking distance from the Rome Train Teminal and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The room is very clean and quiet. Water pressure of the shower is strong. Breakfast is served with no extra cost.
I visited last year and booked Gioberti again this year for a family trip. The location is perfect, right in front of Termini Station. I recommend this hotel over more inconvenient options. My parents were also very satisfied.
Excellent hotel nearby the train station, easy to go around.
There was a problem with the elevator in the middle of the night, and the alarm rang for about 10 minutes.
Other than that, the service was good, they looked after my suitcases, and there were many friendly and smiling staff, so I had a pleasant stay.
Above all, the location was great, right next to Terminus Station. There were many restaurants near the hotel, and a stall selling souvenirs for 1 euro each on the street in front of the hotel was very useful. The front desk staff was friendly, but there was always only one person, so there was often a line. There were no security issues, but at night, African people gathered on the street and made...

A gem of a hotel in the heart of Rome. This was my fifth stay at Hotel Locarno (my first visit was back in the summer of 2011, before its renovation), which keeps delivering superb service in a beautiful Roman setting. Even if you don’t stay at the hotel, do come for lunch, dinner or an aperitivo in the garden. Already looking forward to my next stay here.
From the moment we arrived the service was attentive and superior in every way - nothing was too much trouble! We had a wonder day trip up to Villa D’Este organised by the Locarno staff! Beautiful breakfasts each morning in the garden - it was our oasis for 8 days!
Very nice little boutique hotel. The feeling that you are in an old family estate, and not in a hotel. The bar is beyond praise (the feeling that Hemingway is sitting at the next table) is a pleasant street right around the corner of Piazza Poppolo. Shopping street 10 min walk. Of the minuses: 1) at night it’s sooo noisy near the highway (the hotel prudently offers Birushi) 2) terribly uncomfortable...

We stayed here September 11-18, 2025, in room 81 on the fifth floor. I think some of these reviews are pretty harsh based on our experience.
This is listed as a 4-star hotel and I think that’s totally fair. Long story short, we’d recommend this as a good choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for some added comfort.
Here’s what was great about it:
- The front desk staff were awesome. They...
Well I'm 61 yrs old and I would class this as an older person's hotel there is no bar,no drinks were served on the rooftop terrace including tea or coffee the breakfast is very basic eg scrambled egg, chocolate croissant, grapes or cake. The location is excellent so it's ideal as a place to get your head down and nothing else go with that attitude and you won't be disappointed.
I can not recommend this hotel enough! Going abroad is always a bit unnerving, as you only see images online and won’t know what the hotel is like until you get there, but know if you stay here you will have a great trip! Beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast on the veranda located on the roof of the hotel with a wonderful view.
It was close to Termini Station and easy to get to anywhere. I checked in around 9pm. When I opened the window, I could see the Santa Maria Church right in front of me. The sound of the bells echoing in the sunset was very beautiful. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, there was a wide selection, the staff were friendly and everything was comfortable.
Very good, the front desk staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich and the room facilities are all there.
I liked the hotel. Excellent location, 2 metro stations nearby. The train station is 5 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket around the corner. Very decent breakfasts. Minus - no slippers, air conditioning did not work, water in the minibar is paid.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to major attractions, safe and sanitary, the breakfast is very good, the service is also good, I will stay here again next time.
The location is excellent, the room decoration is old, but the living is quite comfortable and the breakfast is simple.
There was nothing wrong with the room, it met the three-star standard, but I booked two rooms for four adults for two nights on Ctrip, but when I checked in, I was told that I had booked two rooms for two people, and I needed to pay 40 euros per night for a single person. So it would cost 1000+ per night for a room, which is definitely not cost-effective, it's too expensive
Very good, comfortable room with balcony, beautiful street view, quiet at night, 24-hour front desk, warm and friendly service, daily room cleaning, free luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, various breads, ham, cheese, etc. Will stay next time

Hotel is well maintained and it feels home. The location is very accessible.
Although the hotel rooms are generally smaller, it is close to the Colosseum, ancient Roman ruins and other historical center attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel was established in the 1960s, and the facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene and service are pretty good. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel can see the scenic area.
The bed is too small. You have to go up to the second floor and then down to the next floor. The elevator is too small. The overall feeling is like traveling back to the 90s. Hope it can be updated
Great place and location. Overall a classic hotel.
The location is excellent, close to the Forum of Augustus, you can see the Roman Forum from the window, and the restaurant is on the top floor with a good view. It only takes a few minutes to get to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Imperial Forum, Piazza Venezia, and the subway station.
I like it very much. The lobby is warm, the rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the location is great. The Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Travi Fountain are all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time I come to Rome.

Hotel St Martin by OMNIA hotels
Rome, Via San Martino della Battaglia 58 🧭 Map
Overall, the stay was very pleasant — the hotel has an excellent location, a nice environment, and the facilities are very new. However, the service from one young female receptionist was quite disappointing.
At check-in, she asked us to wait while she “checked the room,” but during this time, she processed another couple’s check-in (same room type) right away and handed them the key cards. She never...
I stayed for three consecutive nights, and I had some cash in my room. On the second day, I discovered 300 Euros missing. Just a reminder to everyone: please keep your valuables safe and secure.
The hotel was very clean, both in the guest rooms and the common areas, and the service was reliable and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. Although it is a short walk from Termini Station, the location is convenient, with a pharmacy nearby. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-situated hotel!
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini train and metro stations, and there's a supermarket nearby, handy for picking up water. However, dining options in the immediate vicinity appeared somewhat limited. The room wasn't particularly spacious; our triple room was equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Basic toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel) were provided, but complimentary...
The room was fantastic and very modern, with excellent air conditioning. Upon initial check-in, we discovered the room lock was broken. We approached the front desk, and despite seeing two identical deluxe king rooms still available on Ctrip, the front desk claimed there were no rooms and only offered us a downgrade to a standard king room. I'll let you be the judge of that. The room itself was otherwise...
The service was subpar. For guests needing luggage storage, definitely avoid this hotel, as they charge 10 Euros per day. Additionally, on both occasions I stayed, the room's door lock was broken and couldn't be secured.

A very nice new hotel with a great location and new facilities. Highly recommended. The restaurant downstairs, Clementino, is delicious and offers a 10% discount on reservations.
Very good hotel
Perfect location near to all attractions
The hotel very clean and new rooms
The room is not big but clean. The service is good. The breakfast is simple.
Great hotel in the center of Rome! Very nice and polite staff, arrived before check-in time, but still provided a room! The room was also very comfortable, clean, had a cool mini-bar, the windows overlooked a busy street, it was beautiful!
Next to the hotel there is a shopping center with luxury brands, also in 5-10 minutes there is the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, in the area there are many...
I stayed here for three nights in mid-November with my mother in her 60s.
The male staff at the front desk were all very service-minded, polite and kind. They also arranged for a smooth taxi pick-up and kindly explained how to use the subway. In addition, breakfast staff member MARTINA was very cheerful and kind, and provided truly impressive service.
As described below, the location is also extremely...
The hotel is in a very good location, on the street, and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The subway station is not far either. The breakfast is great, the best I have had so far in my European travels. I really like bacon. It is fried with Italian air-dried ham and is not the usual American bacon. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor is good, and guests can get a 20% discount...
