Rome, Via Calatafimi 12 🧭 Map
I like more the layout of the room and big lobby, compared to the other Hote I lived near by two days ago. So close to Termini station. Definitely I will revisit next time in Rome.
First impression upon arrival wasn't great. The young lady at the front desk was very cold and unhelpful with information. I didn't see her again after that. The rest of the staff was very kind and always found a solution. The cleanliness was spotless. However, I do think the hotel could use a refresh... despite being clean, there were signs of wear and tear (faucets). Breakfast was decent, though...
The hygiene was good! I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews about bugs, but I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.😮 The only thing is that the room was quite a walk; after reaching the third floor, you still had to climb another set of stairs to a mezzanine for some rooms, like a maze. The key was also very heavy. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.
Good experience with the staffs and the hotel is very near to the bus terminal
I want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.
Great location. Super close to Termini station, you can walk down/take direct buses to the Colosseum, Trevi and all major tourist attractions and be there in 20 minutes. Rooms are unassuming, old but super clean.
The hotel location is close to the train station and very accessible. The room is clean and comfortable.
The hotel has a really good location, near Termini and you have metro and bus near for everywhere at all times. The room was pretty, big and with a lot of mirrors and good lighting and we also found the beds confortable. The staff was nice and let us store our bags after check out before out flight.
An enjoyable stay indeed! The location is great for tourism, you can commute easily in any place in any time you want. The room was small but very comfortable - neat, fresh, with the right temperature (+AC), proper lighting for sleep, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, everything worked. Wifi was flawless. I also liked the old-fashioned design of the room, it was charming.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Book early, they are very full.
This place is just amazing. Via Margutta might just be the most charming street in Rome, centrally located and quiet. The public areas are beautiful, the rooms are extremely well appointed. Breakfast was top notch. My partner had a small medical urgency and they contacted a doctor who came by the hotel that day, and took care of the problem. There is a pharmacy is 5 minutes walk away. Ottimo
Great hotel! The comfort level in the rooms is amazing when you consider the property -- having a wonderful HVAC system in a quaint property is not easy, and we slept great. The linens were also to die for, and the twice daily service in the room was really helpful. I'd have wished for more coffee and water in the room. I was also surprised that the front desk staff -- while super friendly and well...
great location, service quality especially reception and elegant design. breakfast is average quality of both food and service. overall, a bit overpriced with no amenities coming with boutique format
This place is an oasis in the centre of bustling Rome. From entry, you find yourself in a quiet pedestrian street lined with long vines and greenery. The hotel is modern, clean and spares no expense for comfort. The beds are some of the best we’ve had. The restaurant/bar offer a wide selection of food and drink, featuring authentic local Roman pastas, meats, vegetables and the usual dessert suspects...
Our stay at Margutta 19 hotel was nothing short of superb. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and our room with a garden view was a delightful touch. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident, and it feels like the general manager is personally ensuring everything is perfect. We are so happy we chose to stay here, close to everything and will definitely return for future...

This place is amazing, from the rooms to the staff and the location. Our corner room was absolutely beautiful with 2 large windows with lovely views over the rooftops - as well as a well stocked mini bar, stylish furnishings and a large bathroom. The staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome, and even surprised us with extras in our room to celebrate both my partners birthday and our engagement...
The Chapter Roma Hotel has a great location. You can actually walk everywhere. It has a cool style. Our room was spacious enough, with two large windows in the bedroom and a window in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The minibar was well-stocked, although it lacked sweets. There were a few things we didn't like, like the shower only having a rain shower head and not always very hot water. Better...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A thoughtfully designed hotel we’re still dreaming about six months later We stayed at Hotel Chapter Roma during the summer high season and left with a very positive impression. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored centuries-old Roman building, thoughtfully updated with contemporary design that feels comfortable and refined, but not overdone. The location is a real standout. It’s an...
Had a wonderful stay here! Barbara, Jacopo, Shaun and Momo were awesome. Checked in late around 10PM but they were gracious and welcoming. Room was super clean, bed comfy. They give complimentary bottle of Acqua Panna inside the room. Soaps were of high quality. Could definitely recommend for a great stay in Rome.
Chapter Roma delivered another standout stay for us. Last year set a high bar, yet this visit felt even smoother and more polished. The hotel feels modern, calm and welcoming. Rooms stay clean, stylish and comfortable, with beds that support real rest. Staff offer sharp, warm service and keep everything effortless. The location places you close to great food, shopping and major sights. We will be...
Chapter Roma is the perfect stay for travelers who are either just passing through Rome or enjoying Rome thoroughly. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar which has a nice view of Rome which is worth checking. My favorite part is the staff and the service. In the short 1 night stay, they made me feel very welcome.

We only stay 1 night. So it was good. Location is excellent! Staffs are super friendly and very helpful Baggage storage and restroom are good! Inside the room quite old. Bathroom floor very old, bathtub did not have drainage cover.
It was a nice stay. The hotel is massive, many floors and rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. On the flip side, the shower is very small and my shower door was broken. Overall good value for ~100 euros, hard to compete with their prices.
Very good, clean and comfortable, close to the train station
I had a good night and I did enjoy my stay. Recommended.
Location is perfect for transit travellers. It is at the doorstep of Rome Termini and you can take the airport bus or train easily. Food and supermarket nearby.
Perfect location just 5 walked to Roma Termini. 30 mins walk to Trevi fountain, Renascente and Colossium. BF still the same menu for my 4 nights stay here lol.
Great location. Termini station, literally across the road. The room was small, cozy and clean. Best of all was the breakfast!!

The receptionist who picked me up was a yellow-haired man. His English translation was very poor and his Italian accent was very heavy. I couldn't understand him at all, but he didn't have the patience to explain because I thought he couldn't explain it. The facilities in the room were really old and not soundproof! This was the worst! The guests next door came back in the early morning with loud music...
We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. The location felt safe, staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast spread with many options.
I had a great experience at this hotel! The service was very friendly, attentive, and always prompt to assist whenever I needed anything. The hotel was very nice but the room was very warm as the hotel doesn’t turn on the air conditioning on until late spring/ the summer.

The room was on the smaller side but we weren’t planning on being in our room too often while we stayed in Rome. The service was great, breakfast included every morning, and housekeeping came by daily to change out sheets and towels. The location was EVERYTHING and made it so that almost everything was I. Walking distance.
This hotel is located in the center of the city within reasonable walking distance (1+/- mile) of the Colosseum and a Pantheon. We walked to the Vatican which is about 1.7 miles over level terrain. Great food within 5 minute walk in any direction Despite seeing comments about an unfriendly staff, for this American who can’t speak Italian,we found everyone here very friendly and helpful. I apologize...
We stayed at Ponte Sisto for 2 nights. The location is perfect for walking pretty much everywhere. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. My husband felt like the pillows were a little too thin, but they were good for me. We arrived hours before check in and they let us leave our bags so we could go explore. There is a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop bar. The breakfast...
Just returned from rome after 3 weeks and stayed at hote ponte sisto The location of hotel is fabulous and the staff very friendly, helpful and kind. THe expresso coffee i had made for me each morning after breakfast highly recommend.
Second time at the hotel. We stayed 3 nights last week. We took an upgraded room. The location of the hotel is excellent. The buffet dinner is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. But above all the staff is always smiling and helpful in everything. We asked for a late check out and we were approved for a very fair price. We will definitely be back next year
The hotel public areas are beautiful. The rooftop bar is really nice, a hidden oasis with good service and drinks. The breakfast was also good. The beds and pillows were rock hard. We joked about the "slablike pillows" being like the Flintstones. The desk staff are not very welcoming or accommadating. The rooftop and breakfast staff were very good. Mixed emotions on whether to recommend

The rooms are okay and the service is good, but the shower was very small and we barely had Wi-Fi reception in the room
We had a family room for four, which was modern and clean, but quite small. Staff was helpful and spoke English well. Internet costs extra, is per device and pretty lousy.
Very nicely renovated with a fresh look. Staff are wonderful, very friendly. Great breakfast options. Only downside is they don't have an iron to borrow and their WiFi is terrible. You also have to pay for it. Otherwise I'm really enjoying my stay.

Overall it's not bad, the location is good, walking distance to the Vatican, normal business hotel services, all in all it's not bad!
The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions. The breakfast is good with a wide variety. The hotel service is also very good. The overall feeling is very good.
The room is a bit old, but the location is quite good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in communicating. The hotel's own underground parking lot is closed and quite safe.
The room is spacious, it is a small suite, and the bathroom is also very large, which is unexpected in Europe, especially in the old town. The location is also good, within walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The breakfast is not bad, compared with other European hotels, the variety is relatively rich. The croissant is very crispy and it falls apart when touched. The customer service...
This hotel had the best service and location. We were a party of three with amazing views of the city and The Vatican. Reception and concierge were very helpful. They were very courteous by sending wine and cake for my mother's birthday; what a nice touch! They made our stay very special.

The service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of pastries 💙 Ms. Michelle, the receptionist, was very kind in assisting us with our queries, such as arranging a taxi to the airport. Nice stay. Front garden. Near Roma Termini
Rooms very small but staff were very nice and hotel very convenient to the city
Totally fine for a group seeing and singing in Rome a weekend. Friendly front desk. Had enough scrambled eggs and bacon to walk Rome for hours.
Very nice 3* hotel, good location, clean rooms, great breakfast. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy day and night due to traffic. Would recommend.
the positive points: cheap hotel very good location there are 2 bus stations in front of the hotel, a tram station and the subway is about 6 minutes from the hotel. the staff is friendly The negative points: the room is very small and the bathroom is not clean and small as well. Nice room. Staff was better then we could ever expect. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Location was great. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Lovely hotel, the room/bathroom felt quite luxurious and the breakfast spread was excellent. As we were leaving early in the morning for our flight, the receptionist even kindly offered to put us together a packed breakfast for the journey. Great location too, close to the Trevi Fountain.
Best location you could find for this price, atmosphere of a small Boutique hotel. Staff are great and kind, so as the breakfast. Great location near the Colosseum and very helpful staff!
I have stayed at more than once to the Living room, the Mountains, and I believe that I will be back every time I want to spend the night in the area of the colosseum, the quirinal, or the monti district (up to when you confirm worthy than it is now). Wonderful hotel if you’re looking specifically to stay near Vatican City. It’s a little far from the other attractions in Rome (especially the main city centre) but there is a train station within 3 minutes and from there you can get to other areas easily. Service staff were friendly and helpful too.
The location is perfect, very close to the Vatican Museums. We could easily walk there after breakfast.

I was here for two nights, I loved the place 😍, Great Service, even better Staff! Thank you for the amazing experience! ❤️ It was life changing, First time visiting Rome, Picked the Best Hotel!
Very satisfied. Good location, friendly service. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, more variety would be better

We couldn’t get hot water to Bath. Left the hotel without bathing
Simple hotel. Only advantage is the location is very near Vatican City. If you have a tour early in the morning, then you should book this hotel. The staff is very helpful telling you how to get to your location.
Being a tourist, I didn't spend much time in the room. I appreciated the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff, having a pleasant stay. It needs small improvements: the carpet is old and has already served its purpose, the wide terrace needs furniture. But I chose to see the positive side - it is located very close to the Vatican, from the terrace of the restaurant you can even see the entrance...
Location it's the best of the hotel, like 1km from the Vatican. The hotel looks like old but it's OK, no major complains. The window system is very good, so no noises from the street and a very nice sleep. The breakfast is good and didn't change for the 5 days we stayed there, so I would suggest changing the flavor of the pie every other day for example. Staff was very helpful and called a cab very...
close to StPeters area, breakfast fine, staff polite and professional. rooms require major refurbishment though, doors not shutting properly, carpets need renewed, even a lick of paint and a few small repairs would help. wifi also very poor on top floor, unusable on my phone.. a budget hotel at a budge price, overall worth it but just about..
Great hotel, well worth the price. Perfect location for visiting Rome walking distance to vatican could see the entrance from breakfast. Very good Breakfast. Would highly recommend for those visiting Rome.
