Hotels in Rome

I like more the layout of the room and big lobby,compared to the other Hote I lived near by two days ago. So close to Termini station. Definitely I will revisit next time in Rome.

First impression upon arrival wasn't great. The young lady at the front desk was very cold and unhelpful with information. I didn't see her again after that. The rest of the staff was very kind and always found a solution. The cleanliness was spotless. However, I do think the hotel could use a refresh... despite being clean, there were signs of wear and tear (faucets). Breakfast was decent, though...

The hygiene was good! I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews about bugs, but I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.😮 The only thing is that the room was quite a walk; after reaching the third floor, you still had to climb another set of stairs to a mezzanine for some rooms, like a maze. The key was also very heavy. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

I want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.

Great location. Super close to Termini station, you can walk down/take direct buses to the Colosseum, Trevi and all major tourist attractions and be there in 20 minutes. Rooms are unassuming, old but super clean.

The hotel location is close to the train station and very accessible. The room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a really good location, near Termini and you have metro and bus near for everywhere at all times. The room was pretty, big and with a lot of mirrors and good lighting and we also found the beds confortable. The staff was nice and let us store our bags after check out before out flight.

An enjoyable stay indeed! The location is great for tourism, you can commute easily in any place in any time you want. The room was small but very comfortable - neat, fresh, with the right temperature (+AC), proper lighting for sleep, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, everything worked. Wifi was flawless. I also liked the old-fashioned design of the room, it was charming.

This place is just amazing. Via Margutta might just be the most charming street in Rome, centrally located and quiet. The public areas are beautiful, the rooms are extremely well appointed. Chapter Roma is the perfect stay for travelers who are either just passing through Rome or enjoying Rome thoroughly. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar which has a nice view of Rome which is worth checking. My favorite part is the staff and the service. In the short 1 night stay, they made me feel very welcome.

The room was on the smaller side but we weren’t planning on being in our room too often while we stayed in Rome. We stayed at Ponte Sisto for 2 nights. The location is perfect for walking pretty much everywhere. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Just returned from rome after 3 weeks and stayed at hote ponte sisto The location of hotel is fabulous and the staff very friendly, helpful and kind. THe expresso coffee i had made for me each morning after breakfast highly recommend.

Second time at the hotel. We stayed 3 nights last week. We took an upgraded room. The location of the hotel is excellent. The buffet dinner is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. But above all the staff is always smiling and helpful in everything. We asked for a late check out and we were approved for a very fair price. We will definitely be back next year

The hotel public areas are beautiful. The rooftop bar is really nice, a hidden oasis with good service and drinks. The breakfast was also good. The beds and pillows were rock hard. I have stayed at more than once to the Living room, the Mountains, and I believe that I will be back every time I want to spend the night in the area of the colosseum, the quirinal, or the monti district (up to when you confirm worthy than it is now). Location need take bus for around 30 -40 mins and walk 5mins. But overall still convenient. Lift is a bit old and slow but the room seems renovated recently, looks good and clean. Only problem is the door lock for the bathroom have been removed and cannot close the bathroom door. They said that is due to security issue.

Wonderful hotel if you’re looking specifically to stay near Vatican City. It’s a little far from the other attractions in Rome (especially the main city centre) but there is a train station within 3 minutes and from there you can get to other areas easily. The location in central Rome is outstanding. A pleasant walk to all the sites. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The downsides were the age of the rooms, with only one plug that had a standard European connection, all the others were the older type - we didn’t have an adaptor for them, but didn’t need one anywhere else. Perfect location for travels. One evening we could not get to our hotel. The Police had it blocked because of protesters. It was a great room, but the bed was not comfortable if you are used to American soft beds. There was a lot of street noise in our room all night (on the 3rd floor). Simple hotel. Only advantage is the location is very near Vatican City. If you have a tour early in the morning, then you should book this hotel. The staff is very helpful telling you how to get to your location.

Location it's the best of the hotel, like 1km from the Vatican. The hotel looks like old but it's OK, no major complains. The window system is very good, so no noises from the street and a very nice sleep. close to StPeters area, breakfast fine, staff polite and professional. rooms require major refurbishment though, doors not shutting properly, carpets need renewed, even a lick of paint and a few small repairs would help. wifi also very poor on top floor, unusable on my phone.. a budget hotel at a budge price, overall worth it but just about..

Great hotel, well worth the price. Perfect location for visiting Rome walking distance to vatican could see the entrance from breakfast. Very good Breakfast. Would highly recommend for those visiting Rome.
