hotel is excellent and staff are wonderful
Reception services is not good, on that day a Reception person from 9.30AM to 1.30 PM we were feel very much trouble to book another day ie 12 08.2025 . This guy is very much not helpful about the customer.
Thanks.
The Hotel Room was though a bit small, it is entirely sufficient for one person. The facilities were rather old but the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the location was superb.
Good location five from termini Train and metro stations, twenty minutes to Colosseum and other tourist destinations.
They’ve hostes us very well, nice and smiling staff. Breakfast wasn’t perfect but they have some stuff. Rooms were clean but equipments are very old. Through the first night they fixed our air conditioning problem quickly
I stayed from April 12, 2025 to April 25, 2025. They have a 24 hour reception desk which is nice and I think some or maybe all at front desk spoke English and Italian.
They only have 1 or 2 vending machines in the back lobby area to get snacks in the middle of the night, but I did not use it because I got their breakfast every morning (7am to 10am). Their breakfast room which was near the front...

I definitely wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel. The gentleman at the front desk and door men were lovely but all of the female employees were incredibly rude. The woman running breakfast didn’t have our information on her paperwork for the included breakfast and was quite rude about it when I asked her to check. I also received dirty looks and lack of professionalism from other women working the front...
We just stayed for a night before our cruise and the Aleph hotel is simply gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. The hotel is centrally located to all the iconic areas. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious with an array of options. Overall a wonderful stay.
Stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the rooms and great service. I was upgraded to a larger room, not sure why but did not complain. The roof top pool was very nice but it is pretty small so not too many areas to layout. The staff at the spa (Christina) were awesome! Got a massage 4 straight days and used the sauna and pool. All very clean and very relaxing. Its very safe and very close walk...
Loved our stay at this hotel! We had a junior suite, which perfect for our family of 4. AC was good. Everything was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Loved the rooftop pool, a must in August. It is a little away from the main attractions and piazzas, but an easy taxi ride or a 25 minute walk. I think not being surrounded by a million tourists is a benefit. Would definitely stay here again
Stayed for a few nights and it was a luxurious stay. The AC is generous. My family was upgraded upon arrival. The room was a Jr. Suite and it was spacious with a King sized bed and great double shower and double sink bathroom! We were greeted with welcome drinks and a nice dessert platter in the room. Walls were thick, we didn’t hear our neighbors.
While they have an outdoor pool, it’s small and we...
What an incredible place! The whole team is so welcoming, they truly make you feel at home, and it works perfectly. The location is ideal, the breakfast and food are delicious. It’s definitely the place to stay when visiting the Eternal City. Thank you to the Aleph team!

I miss the staff at Le Meridien Visconti Rome.
The location is nestled in a cute neighborhood in the heart of Rome. You are a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Piazza Cavour, a 15-minute walk from Vatican City, and maybe a 20-minute walk from Piazza Navona, to name a few. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Although I love Roman water, a great touch was the refillable...
Our family had a truly enjoyable stay at the Rome Le Meridian Visconti Hotel from February 22 to 27.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team was always friendly and ready to help with any questions or requests.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family, with all the necessary...
Very nice hotel. Good location to both Vatican City and Spanish steps. Nearby supermarket and eateries. Everything within walking distance. Highly recommended. Room is spacious and very modern with free flow of ice and water. My second stay there.
Le Méridien is a gem of a hotel in every sense of the word. Located in the core center of Rome.
When you're staying here, you're within walking distance to the Vatican Museum, Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and so many more major sites - plus shopping!
The staff at Le Méridien is wonderful. Above & beyond quality service.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay...
Great location, clean rooms and fresh renovation in general in the hotel. Breakfasts are monotonous, there are many different cafes around.
Breakfast buffet was very good. Offered a variety of options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was the best, within walking distance from the Vatican (20 minute). Would definitely stay again!!!

We have recently visited the H10 Roma Città and were delighted with the outcome and had to report it. I used to visit Rome for business and staying near the Colosseo, but we booked this place as it was included in an Air Canada flight+hotel package. While not central, we were able to walk, take the bus, metro, taxis, and reach all destinations without any issue. The proximity to Trastevere allows...
This is our third stay at H10 Roma Città and again it has been a wonderful stay.
The staff have been consistently polite, welcoming, and so helpful. That goes for the staff at any section; reception, restaurant etc - they are all wonderful.
The breakfast is great - enough food to cater for all types, both cold and hot food - there is plenty of choice.
The cleaning staff do a great job, room was replenished...
Clean, modern hotel. We found staff to be very helpful and friendly. Location is quite far from main attractions, this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Around a 15 min walk to the nearest train station to get to attractions. Paid extra for breakfast each morning which was more covenient than going out. Selection was fine, more gluten free options would have been good. Items running out sometimes and some...
We had a great stay at the H10 Roma Citta recently. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a few drinks in the bar, and again, the staff were really friendly (the cocktails were also good).
They were able to offer umbrellas on days that rained and were very knowledgable on public transport. It may seem like this is far from the main sights, but it isn't. It's...
This is a very nice hotel. It's in a quiet location, slightly outside the city centre. It's actually within walking distance of Rome's famous sights, one just needs to cross over to the Tiber river and walk for an hour along the river bank (which it seems nobody but me does). The neighbourhood nearby is slightly mixed, but directly from the hotel one neither hears nor sees that. The hotel operates...

Beautiful cozy hotel across from the Colloseum. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Easy check in/out by smily and helpful staff. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!!!!
Excellent staff and location! 0 complaints! Clean,
Modern we had a two bedroom 2 bath suite enough for family of 5
Luxury at its Finest.
Amazing hotel. We stayed in the junior suite with the view and it did NOT DISAPPOINT! What am Amazing time. Very pricy, but its a once in a lifetime experience! The walk from the hotel to the collosseum is less than 2 mins. Great location and great service..
We were put into an offsite apartment that was not as nice as the main hotel for sure. Old lady who works at main hotel was super rude. Bathroom had a smell of urine the entire time, the phone to hotel didn’t work and the area was noisy.
best hotel in Rome
Fantasic hotel, great service, I really enjoyed my stay nothing was to much trouble, Breakfast was amazing, great view of the colosseum,
I just checked in and the itinerary changes could not be cancelled, and I didn't even go into the room. I really feel speechless. Next time, everyone's itinerary will change. I don't recommend this place.

The location is good, but everything else is just average, especially the room which is so small. It's hard to pass people even if you put your suitcases in it. There's nothing you can do about it. Hotels in Europe are expensive and small.
This hotel is a pleasant surprise accommodation right next to the Termini Train Station. It’s a little different from most hotels I’ve stayed at in Rome and very affordable. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was served in a very comfortable setting and lots of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome
Good location comfortable room. Good breakfast but it would be nice to have fresh fruit
this is not a 4-star hotel.
1 they checked me in about an hour - I booked and came straight away, but at the reception they told me that I had to wait 1 hour!!!! until the information entered their system!
2 the air conditioners don't work in 38 degree heat in Rome!!!
3 the Internet doesn't work!!!
4 at breakfast they give rotten corn!!! and in general the breakfast is extremely poor!
5 very small...
All perfect. Service very good but the sink drains stunk up the room. But that's the only downside... they would have to review it.
Otherwise I give them a 10

Everything was perfect! The room was clean with regular cleaning every day, a generous amount of toiletries including shaving kits, dental kits, soap, shower gel and schampoo which was refilled regularly when needed without us having to ask for it. The bed was really comfortable and even had a remote to make the head and/or feet go up and down which was really nice when we decided to watch a movie...
Incredibly welcoming, well located hotel. If you don't mind walking, it's within 45 minutes of almost all the "major attractions", within 5 minutes of the train station, and surrounded by restaurants.

We have no complaints, this hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating from moving us to a different room upon request to organizing private car pick up/drop off to the airport. Not to mention it is a great location everything is nearby! Bonus points for being very clean and with proper functioning A/C. Definitely consider this place for your stay in Rome🙂
The room was clean, and the amenities were great, but the hair dryer was not working properly, gets heated very easily, you gotta wait a few minutes to work it again, location is so close to the roma termini which was a life saver, unfortunately you can hear the voices from the other rooms, walls were not that thick, staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel 77 and it was lovely and cool upon our arrival into reception.
All the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and our room was ready 1 hour before check in which was nice.
Breakfast at the hotel was great, wide variety of options, juices and hot drinks, and with it being on the roof top was an added bonus.

Hotel 77 has a fantastic location—just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain, which made sightseeing really convenient. However, the overall experience was average. Our room was quite noisy; we could clearly hear street conversations even from several floors up, which made it hard to relax. The beds were also extremely firm. While the room itself was fine—nothing special—it didn’t make up for the lack...
Decent hotel for its price. The location is great though as you can easily walk to main attractions, metro station and bus stops are not far away either.
The restaurant & bar works 7pm - 10:30 pm . The food is very good even though I'd say a bit pricey, but that's what it is when you don't want to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. The view from the rooftop bar is great and I'd imagine it hits...
Experience very grateful there. Room is really confortable and suitable for all requirements that a guest could need. The spa is marvelous and the gym is basic.
Service is just and could be better given that our room was not cleaned one day. Spa facilities and the deposit to provide one you do check in are not explained on booking.
We usually stay in 4-star hotels so I have a basis for comparison but unfortunately this hotel does not reach this standard, the people at the reception are very helpful and kind. The elevator is small and it was constantly broken during the 4 days we were there. The bed linen in the room is clean but the bathroom is moldy, hairs on the floor and dirt. The second day they forgot to clean it. The bathroom...

Luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the tourist district in Rome. The hotel has a modern feel. The staff and concierge were incredible. The rooftop bar was amazing and perfect for sipping a prosecco as the sun set. Beautiful views of the Pantheon dome and Rome skyline. Breakfast was fantastic each morning and was served on the rooftop as well.
Great hotel. Great location. Walkable to everything worth seeing in Rome. Clean rooms. Modern rooms. Very nice people. Great service. No complaints at all.
his hotel truly earns its five-star rating, and it comes down to two key things: the amazing staff and the prime location. The team here is the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. Overall our stay was amazing, made even more special by the people working in this hotel. Breakfasts were great and the location is absolutely perfect for older, less mobile people who need easy access to public transport.

Very convenient location. But there are areas for improvement. Rooftop bar was closed during our stay although it was promoted as a special feature of the hotel on the booking page. I really liked this hotel.
Everything is great! Beautiful rooms and lobby!
But the breakfasts could be a little better.
The hotel is located in the Montecitorio Palace Square where the Italian House of Representatives is located. It is very safe and has an excellent location. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes from Piazza di Spagna. The room is large and comfortable. It will be my first choice next time I come.
The hotel building is from the 19th century and is a cultural relic, so the facilities are relatively old and the soundproofing is very average. If you mind the noise, don't stay here. From the moment you walk through the entrance you feel like royalty. Superior customer service! The buffet breakfast every morning was spectacular. From the coffee bar to savory delights and then breakfast dessert, YES, the pastries and fresh fruit were amazing. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located.
Hotel Artemide exceeded all our expectations. The hotel and room were beautiful, and the beds incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and full of variety.
The service was exceptional. We were traveling with two kids, and yet our room was cleaned spotless every day, which was truly impressive. The minibar and coffee station were restocked daily, which we really appreciated...

Hotel Warmthotel
Rome, Via Giuseppe Prezzolini, 5 🧭 Map
Good-sized room, generally clean but not spotless (found a few hairs). No kettle, only a soap bar (no hand gel), and plugs are European two‑pin. Shower design wasn’t great—the lever to switch to the shower head kept slipping. TV is a smart TV but built‑in apps are disabled; iPhone screen mirroring doesn’t work, you’d need a Samsung. Staff were polite and professional. Shuttle is handy from the station...
We can definitely recommend this hotel. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. We made use of the free shuttle to the metro station which made access to the city centre very straight forward. We were also able to recharge our car free of charge! Comfy beds, generously sized family room and ensuite and good breakfast selection rounded the stay off perfectly.
It's perfect and clean hotel to stay in rome and they have a very good service 👍
Not close to city centre but has a secured car parking, which is a plus. Clean room, decent breakfast and great staff. Enjoyed staying here
Need to use transport to access to the nearest metro station. Luckily there’s a free shuttle, however, it is shuttle only operating hourly. If too many takers, you will have to wait or take public transport your own. The free shuttle can only take 4 persons at once.
The hotel is very far from the downtown far from all tourists attractions, it’s suite for some travelers with the car because they have a parking space not quite suitable for the travelers who not traveling with own vehicles
