Reception services is not good, on that day a Reception person from 9.30AM to 1.30 PM we were feel very much trouble to book another day ie 12 08.2025 . This guy is very much not helpful about the customer. Thanks.

The Hotel Room was though a bit small, it is entirely sufficient for one person. The facilities were rather old but the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the location was superb.

Good location five from termini Train and metro stations, twenty minutes to Colosseum and other tourist destinations.

We just stayed for a night before our cruise and the Aleph hotel is simply gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. The hotel is centrally located to all the iconic areas. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious with an array of options. Overall a wonderful stay.

Loved our stay at this hotel! We had a junior suite, which perfect for our family of 4. AC was good. Everything was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Loved the rooftop pool, a must in August. It is a little away from the main attractions and piazzas, but an easy taxi ride or a 25 minute walk. We were put into an offsite apartment that was not as nice as the main hotel for sure. Old lady who works at main hotel was super rude. Bathroom had a smell of urine the entire time, the phone to hotel didn’t work and the area was noisy.

The location is good, but everything else is just average, especially the room which is so small. It's hard to pass people even if you put your suitcases in it. There's nothing you can do about it. Hotels in Europe are expensive and small.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise accommodation right next to the Termini Train Station. It’s a little different from most hotels I’ve stayed at in Rome and very affordable. We have no complaints, this hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating from moving us to a different room upon request to organizing private car pick up/drop off to the airport. Experience very grateful there. Room is really confortable and suitable for all requirements that a guest could need. The spa is marvelous and the gym is basic. Our delayed flight finally arrived 7 hours late, and we got to our wonderful hotel where we were greeted with smiles and offered cold bottles of water. We had to catch up to our tour. I had brought a book to read at night, but the bed was so comfortable that we fell right asleep. It is clean, has a pleasant smell, and friendly staff. I've stayed there in 2019 and again in 2025. The staff are great and the rooms are quite nice. Nothing too fancy, just nice decor that you get used to quickly. Shower design wasn’t great—the lever to switch to the shower head kept slipping. TV is a smart TV but built‑in apps are disabled; iPhone screen mirroring doesn’t work, you’d need a Samsung. We can definitely recommend this hotel. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. We made use of the free shuttle to the metro station which made access to the city centre very straight forward. We were also able to recharge our car free of charge! Comfy beds, generously sized family room and ensuite and good breakfast selection rounded the stay off perfectly.

Need to use transport to access to the nearest metro station. Luckily there’s a free shuttle, however, it is shuttle only operating hourly. If too many takers, you will have to wait or take public transport your own. The free shuttle can only take 4 persons at once.

The hotel is very far from the downtown far from all tourists attractions, it’s suite for some travelers with the car because they have a parking space not quite suitable for the travelers who not traveling with own vehicles
