Great! The hotel also provided champagne.
What we really really love is the friendliness off all the staffs. The location is great. We spent the best in Rome. Will definitely back when we have the chance
All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.
The St. Regis Rome truly stands out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Louise at check-in warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The turn-down service lady was amazing—so meticulous and thoughtful, keeping our room tidy and spotless every evening. Housekeeping was equally outstanding, ensuring our room was always immaculate...
Beautiful hotel in Rome, close to Termini station and walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel is chic and elegant but the staff is warm and welcoming, human. The rooms are small but the suite was of good size. The lobby hosts Lumen, a beautiful restaurant where the Roman elite and guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch as well as a beautiful afternoon tea. Our breakfast was amazing, loved...
The St. Regis Rome exceeded all expectations. The service was truly impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was exceptional – easily one of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel, with an incredible variety and quality. The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and...

The step at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, and that you enjoy your stay and the city in an amazing way. When we arrived, my son was very sick. They were so helpful. Next my husband became ill. Again, they did everything they could to assist us. We could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people to help us navigate what should have...
This place gave us the best experience we’ve had staying with Marriott. I’m currently a titanium member with lifetime platinum status but I truly believe the staff treated each individual with class. Their breakfast and valet service are top notch and their turndown service is impeccable! I would highly recommend this place without hesitation!! Grazie W staff!!
I left a two night stay at the W Rome and had such a wonderful experience. The location is great and makes walking to all the stops very accessible. The breakfast in the morning is also unreal and the best meat and cheeses I’ve had on my trip so far. Definitely stop and get a drink at the bar, the mixologists are so knowledgeable and also gave me great recommendations of places to check out nearby...
Location is out of the main tourist area of Rome, with a quick short walk to the metro. Convenient with restaurants and park nearby. Quiet and more on the nicer side of things. From the valet to check-in and even housekeeping, the service was great. Rooms are quiet, bathroom is good size for Europe and amenities are a touch above.
The W Rome is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are small which is common for Europe. It had wonderful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer, and one of the best steamers I have ever used A Full mini bar with lots of snacks. We ate each morning at the member buffet which was delicious it had a great assortment which was more like a full breakfast. Every single Person who worked at the hotel was so very kind...
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Room was very beautiful with a lovely bay window overlooking the Swiss Institute Rome. Front desk and concierge were very helpful. Breakfast in the central courtyard was also very nice, though it would have been nice to have a bit more meat selection in the buffet. Hotel is EXTREMELY close to the top of the Spanish Steps and also a brief walk to the Trevi Fountain

Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel... Rome is just expensive and lousy... The housekeeping staff will take the money on the table as a tip, and will not take the initiative to replace the disposable items in the bathroom. The room is not very big, and there is no welcome fruit or dessert after booking for 5 nights. The view from the balcony room is also...
The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high. The French style is simple and generous, comfortable and fashionable, and the cost performance is relatively high; I am quite satisfied with the...
The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city. The room is a little small but fairly new. The air conditioner is very quiet and you can have a good rest.
The room is large, but the bathroom is small and you need to turn around to get around. The room was renovated and the floor is very beautiful. The hotel is high-end and exquisite in every way. Hotels in Rome are expensive, but staying at the InterContinental is worth it.
The room size listed on Ctrip is a bit small, but the actual space is quite large. It has been renovated and is very elegant and comfortable.

The soundproofing is terrible; I could even hear people turning lights on and off in the next room. Someone was also belting out high notes for several hours, and because of the poor sound insulation, it felt like they were singing right next to my ear. I called the front desk twice. The first time, they said they couldn't find anyone singing. The second time, I told them to send someone to my room...
Very close to the airport and provide shuttle services to/from airport.
Location is near to airport which is convenient for those who travel with a car. There is a nearby shopping mall Maximo which is around 15 minutes drive from the hotel. There is in house restaurant so can eat if arrive late at the hotel
I stayed at this Holiday Inn, and the hotel itself was what you would expect from a standard Holiday Inn — clean, comfortable, and overall good. However, the service at the hotel restaurant was really disappointing. When we tried to order, we called a male server who completely ignored us. Thinking maybe it wasn’t his section, we tried calling a female server named Paola, but she also saw us and acted...
I've stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns, both domestically and internationally, and this one was by far the most mediocre. They advertised airport pickup, so I emailed in advance to book it. Their reply was clear and prompt, and they even asked for my local phone number. After exiting the terminal, I quickly found the row of designated pick-up spots for various hotels. It was scorching hot, so I waited...
The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and spacious, with a large bed. It's quiet, and the breakfast is great, as is the service. It meets the standards of a Chinese four-star hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center of Rome.

Me and my wife stayed a night. Mario was great. Good location to see a lot. Room was “charming “ And the elevator worked . and the ride to our cruise all set up Was a bonus. Thanks
We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mario suggested a place for dinner our first night and it was the best food we ate on our entire trip. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good, quiet hotel.
Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars to Basilio 55 I would. The room was great. Had an air co and despite the busy area was so quite at night for a great sleep. Mario at the front desk made me feel super welcome during my stay and all of the cleaning staff were lovely. During my next visit to Rome I would be sure to stay again.
A delightful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The location couldn't be better, and the host, Angelika, truly made our experience special. Her warm welcome and helpfulness were outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The location is very good , close to everything we needed. The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing , The breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free, The baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant. A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. I think it's an uncomfortable situation since tips to the staff (who deserve them) should always be voluntary.

Very beautiful architecture, fantastic paintings and design. I do not like taste of coffee and cookies. Service is good and friendly.
Great location as everything is located literally 20 min walk to all the attractions. The Grand Hotel Plaza has a lot of history and unique design to its credit. The train next to it is very convenient, and you can take it directly to the Colosseum. Dinner is also available, but reservations are required. Carrefour supermarket next to it is very convenient for shopping
Good service, rich breakfast, shuttle to the city center, the location is a bit remote, but the transportation is convenient. There is an executive lounge. High cost performance, recommended!
Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Although the facility is distant from main Ancient Rome attractions, access is facilitated by a somewhat reliable 30-40 minute tram.
We stayed 1 night @ the Courtyard by Marriott, Rome Central park in September 2024. The hotel was very clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful when we arrived. What a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and well layed out. We were able to check in immediately. The front desk agent on the day we checked out held our luggage in the back to ensure we were safe from pickpocket, while waiting for our taxi. The breakfast had a large variety of food. The fruit was fresh and the coffee did not taste like regular cheap hotel coffee.
Hotel is very good, well maintained,.walkable distance from central train station. Staff are very courteous. We arrived in rome early and reached the hotel in expectation to drop our laugage and start exploring the city but the reception desk staff provided an early checkin which was really useful, many thanks to them. Breakfast was very good.
The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was good. However in my opinion, the breakfast needs A LOT of improvement. For a 4* hotel the breakfast was extremely weak. Barely any warm food, the cold meats and cheese selection was very poor and actually all the rest really needs an upgrade.

Rooms were okay not brilliant.. but clean ..staff okay..Bar prices were high I thought..better price for beer at local bistro.. Wasn't impressed with the food at hotel..Pasta place facing hotel was very good.
First of all I should mention that travelling to this location with public transport and luggage might be difficult. There is a bus stop nearby from one of the metro stations, but it's infrequent. this hotel is very strategic if you have a car. It has a very convenient parking and the metro stop is very close. great Breakfast. we will be back for sure.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, with free private parking. Standard room, clean bathroom except for the shower (rust on the walls and mold on the shower head). Good value for money. Good breakfast, very varied. Regarding the restaurant, no disappointments, a small welcome appetizer was offered before our main course. Pleasant and responsive staff.

I recently stayed at this exceptional hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms were elegant, clean, and extremely comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff's professionalism truly set this hotel apart. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. Overall, this hotel provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort...
Very nice hotel, good service. Quite
This hotel does not disappoint - everything from the grounds, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and even the location in a park like setting. Don’t miss it.
