Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Hotel is right on the strip, with everything you could want within walking distance. Just felt this year that the food was not as varied as previous years nevertheless a great hotel to stay at.

We stayed for a week over Xmas, the staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff. The entertainment it's self was very good. Lovely hotel we returned home on 16th October after spending 16 days there. Very clean and comfortable room and the chambermaid Judith was brilliant. Stayed here for a few days on a full board package. Rooms were nice and food was decent enough. Not the hugest choice of food but what's there is tasty and well worth it for what you pay. Only a couple of downsides- apart from breakfast you have to pay for any drinks you want at lunch/dinner (even water), and the glass on the balcony wasn't clean. Location is decent for the beach and the strip.

I would recommend more focus on cleaning in general (rooms, corridor, elevators etc). Second recommendation is to handle food proper way. Watermelon should not taste onion. Cold food should not be warm etc.

Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. The breakfast team to the front desk all staff made sure we felt relaxed and got we needed. With breath taking views over Benidorm. Beautiful place away from the madness of city. Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Incredible views, the best choice we made was to book at this hotel, I would always go back there.

The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard. Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all. Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments. Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful. The pool is beautiful! 🤩! Stayed a week,back last Tuesday. Booked as very good price for full board. Most of our coach got off so long queue. Emailed ahead requesting very low floor ,got room 108. We have been to this hotel quite often but this visit we have noticed a lot of changes and not for the better. We would seriously think twice about coming again.

I really enjoyed rio park hotel we have been a regular customer for years and have allways enjoyed it we especially liked the entertainment the magician marco was exceptionally good and very friendly and the whole entertainment staff especially shopie and luke was brilliant i highly recommend

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed for 5 nights with 2 other couples. We booked for half board but only ate breakfast 2 mornings. Breakfast was lovely had something to suit everyone. Hotel was very clean and cleaners came to our room every other day. Pool area was great, plenty of sun beds, good bar and entertainment. Location wasn’t bad as only 15 mins walk from main ***** but plenty of other bars...

We are currently staying at this hotel. We came here for 7 days. It's an amazing hotel I have no complaints. Room is lovely staff are friendly and it's in a great place for shops and beach. The food is great lots of choices to choose from and each night there's something different at the buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Visited rio park August 2025. Over all this hotel is great for families,good entertainment throughout the day and evening. Rooms are kpt clean , fresh towels daily etc . breakfast was very good something for everyone,never had evening meal as only b&b. There are 5 lifts ,3 normal 2 glass unfortunately they are very slow and only small so ended up using the stairs most days to go up and down 4 floor...

Clean room and beautifully designed. Great pool and breakfast service. Only negative were the pillows that were too firm

Really great location, in the middle of everything and in between new and old town. Hotel is stunning but please note it's not too child friendly we took a 1.5 year old with us. However some of the staff were lovely towards her it's just that the pool and hotel in general/ food is very much catered towards adults. Lovely complex. It is either new or totally renovated. The room was furnished beautifully. This included dishwasher, job, microwave and oven. There were no instructions on how to operate anything My only issue was that there was no crockery, plates, cutlery, pans etc. this stupidly had to be ordered from reception. Had a great stay in August,lovely and clean.Receotion was very friendly and helpful. In our opninion you need a car.Not much around the surrounding area.Lots of graffiti too. The hotel itself is beautiful but would have prefered it if it was Adult only.Far too many kids. Enjoyed the Spa but had to pay think it would be better to have at least once to go free. Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again.

Customer service not responding to my emails, which I find terribly rude. We spent 5 lovely days at the magic rock with no complaints. Food, drinks and hotel in general was lovely, staff were very happy and polite. My daughter unfortunately left behind an Apple earpod in our room 110. Third year we've stayed at the Magic Rock. The first year being able to use the roof top and bar was great. Finding out last year that the bar was not opening was a major disappointment. Stayed at the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens hotel in Benidorm this last week. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road.
