Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach. Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! Singer was very good at the buffet as was the other entertainment...

Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. It was very clean & looked a lot newer than its age . Our room was spacious & the balcony had an amazing view of the beach . The bathroom was large with a shower . The restaurant was fantastic too with plenty of tables & the food was top notch also...

Really lovely hotel right on the seafront. Reasonable bar prices. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a balcony which was really nice to see the sea, chill out on and people watch. Would definitely stay again

Stunning hotel, i had beach front room,the views was amazing and listening to waves when i went to sleep was relaxing, staff was lovely, pool was cold but do have a juccuzi, 10 min if that walk to strip,had welcome sweets on arival, room, always spare sun loungers and breakfast was good too.

We had a fantastic stay here. Only there for 3 nights but would definitely stay again, if I came for longer. Very clean, very tidy, only small so the staff were able to be attentive and they were all really pleasant.

What a wonderful hotel. We just spent a week here and have no complaints at all. We were amazed at how clean everything was, even public areas including toilets. Speedy checking in and in our room within 10 minutes. Sea view room was adequate with stunning view of the sea but not very big, nowhere to sit inside unless on the bed. Me and my partner spent 10 nights in the Montemar hotel Benidorm, staff here are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble and they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is situated in the old town and it has excellent views of the beach from the roof terrace. The hotel is extremely clean and everything about it made our holiday perfect. Will be rebooking in the future.

Had a lovely time at the montemar, we upgraded to a top floor suite which was amazing, Roberto of the reception was very polite and helpful! The only thing that let us down was having to queue at night for your evening meal, maybe a bigger restaurant should be thought of? First visit to Hotel Montemar and in July. It was a 5 day holiday in the heatwave of 2025 over there. Montemar is a fabulous location with a 30 sec walk over the road to the beach. No pool, but a rooftop terrace open from 5pm - 12am. The rooms are basic and cleaned daily, but not necessarily the bed sheets. No bath but a great enclosed power shower. We found the hotel was used by many older Spaniards...

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. Room was spacious and clean. Only criticism the pillows were not comfy. Oh and the evening meal starting at 8pm till 10pm was a bit on the late side. Cocktail bar was great. I was bit sad to have left my little pouch of jewellery with an expensive ring in the bedroom. We will definitely return to The Montemar.

Great hotel for our girls trip of 6. Staff were great, rooms clean. We had fresh towels every day, cleaning staff were friendly. Bar staff around pool were great as well, they’d have a laugh and joke with you. They were very accommodating to all groups of women and men on stags, hens etc. Location is amazing, couldn’t be more central to the clubs and bars. Excellent hotel here!! They were amazing when we were struck by a family emergency and had to cancel our booking. They were more than happy to allow us to move our deposit to another date, they didn't have to do this. Great example of good customer service, the hotel is also great. The location is spot on, very close to the strip and would have no issues staying here again. Would highly recommend

Great smallish very clean hotel. Couldn't fault the place. Breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. The room and bathroom were clean. We had a 5th floor room overlooking the pool. A little gem of a hotel right in the middle of Benidorm. It is exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choices. There are endless bars and cafes nearby to have lunch, dinner or snacks and it’s only a short walk to the beach

Stayed for a few days between Christmas and New year. Found all the staff very friendly and helpful , we had a minor problem with our room where we had no electricity. Which was resolved very quickly. Room was spacious with a large balcony , it was spotlessly clean but the furniture ( coffee table/side tables) could do with updating. We stayed over Christmas and it was everything we expected for the reasonable price we payed. The hotel is a trek away from the Old Town and Levante beach and the "*****", but it only 5 mins from Poniente- downhill onway to beach and up hill back. We stayed for 9 nights on a bed only basis and loved it. This is a mainly Spanish hotel, 6 floors only, near the old town. Great location on the edge of the Old town. All staff very friendly. Good selection of food at all meal times. Room decent with a comfortable bed. No view from the balcony in my room other than a wall, but knew this when booking. Sun-beds in shade for most of the day other than an hour or two each morning in November, but I’m sure would be fine during the main summer holiday season.

This hotel is one of our best stays on our list, the breakfast is definitely hands down the best compared to some. And they make your coffee or espresso fresh .

This is a lovely hotel located just south of the Old Town and right on the seafront with access to the beach and promenade. A bright clean hotel. My bedroom/bathroom was large clean and comfy. There is a great rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stopped here after booking another hotel that wasn't good. Asked if the had a sea view room and they did. Stayed here from the 28th October through to the 1st of November and it was great. Hotel brilliant, rooms large with good sized balcony and immaculate all round. Breakfast OK and catered very much for the Spanish. The reception service was wonderful, cleanliness was phenomenal, lunch and dinner were bad, the same for lunch and dinner without replacement, they took away your cutlery, unfinished dishes, little variety of food, desserts, almost nothing, the only saving grace was the breakfast, no ice cream or yogurts nothing at all in meals

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Put a call across to the hotel line now and tou will know what am saying.

Hotel staff friendly food basic but firdt class with room service

Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

Hotel Mareny is situated near to the beach and the old town just a five minute walk to both. The hotel rooms were basic but spotless clean with free Aircon, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Cleaned every day A great well run hotel close to all amenities and the food was superb always different varieties from the buffet and we all enjoyed every meal. We loved this simple hotel very close to the beach and in a quite part of Benidorm. We visited it in June. Parking outside on the street was free and in the evening we could always find parking.

El Palmeral is a great little hotel. It is spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool and modern furniture. There is a cafe with food options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a nice area closer to the old town, which suited us. Would definitely recommend it!

Terrible stay. The noise levels were impossible to cope with. Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. Noisy, was told avenue view, no, got a fair ground for kids opposite the balcony, screaming until midnight, so spoilt the balcony, well did not go out too noisy.
