We stayed again from 11th November till today. Everyone from the front of house to the lovely maids couldn't do enough for us. Try the spa facilities they are very good. We enjoyed our stay that we have already booked again for March. Well done to all the staff at this very clean and pleasant hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the spotless, modern reception area we were greeted by the most helpful male receptionist. As rooms aren't ready until the afternoon we were kindly given a key to a spare room so we could freshen up and get changed. Such a thoughtful gesture! Hotel room very dated but it was cleaned every day and towels were replaced every day which was a bonus. Walls very thin we unfortunately had someone next door who snored constantly every night, wished I got earplugs to drown out the noise. Generally good food choice. You would have to be very fussy to not find something to eat. Unfortunately clients smoke on their balconies which ruined the sitting out experience. You can smell the smoke in the corridor. You can't tell me housekeeping don't know this.

Stayed here on a lads holiday- room quality was good however there was some mould in the bathroom. I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable. Nice enough place, the staff didn't speak very good English, we were 6 girls in our 50s and if we laughed to loud we were getting horrible looks from the other guests who were 90% Spanish and so rude, if you're not a pensioner I wouldn't recommend it.

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly. Lovely stay Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious. Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. All areas were clean. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

Very nice hotel in the Old Town Benidorm. Buffet style breakfast with provision for gluten free (be sure to make staff aware in the restaurant) plentiful supply of teas, coffees and juices. Just got back, spotlessly clean hotel, lovely comfy beds and very friendly staff, great location for beach etc, yes it's on hill which is long and drawn out, (but we found other routes back to avoid it) My only criticism was the temperature of the food, the restaurant had just opened but it was cold even the chips! Great little hotel close to beach and old town, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. The small pool is clean but has only a few sun beds. Restaurant was clean and food well presented, we had a few good meals but catered towards Spanish guests.

The hotel facilities are quite good, but the breakfast is the same every day, which is a bit disappointing. Everything else is OK.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Wide selection of food. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds. Other than that, we will definitely be returning.

I have been to Benidorm 11 times in the past 3 years and I have to say that this is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. Service from Reception, Cleaning and Restaurant Staff was second to none. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard each and every day. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff that I dealt with.
