I am deeply grateful to the two staff members, Ma'am Evan and Sir Reuben, for their excellent service during my two-night stay. They served exceptionally well

The Staff are great and cooperative , the room is bigger than usual and that is was amazing

there is a music club at the entrance of the hotel. I was assigned a first floor room and I could hear music and bass from the club till 3am morning. As this was a business trip, it was very unpleasant

But the reception workers were super nice and they changed my room next day as I also wanted a non-smoking room. It would have been horrible if there were no available room for the rest of the stay

Music club and hotel should not be in the same building

Pool service is amazing as well: Lanja, Fatiha are always smiling, caring and helpful. They can also anticipate your needs. As guest, we feel so pampered! Thanks a lot!

Nikki Beach Dubai is the perfect spot for a stylish beach day. I had an amazing time soaking up the sun, enjoying great vibes, and sipping on delicious cocktails right by the water

We spent the day enjoying the pool and beach with a day pass, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had. Everything is beautifully arranged, and the team is genuinely warm and welcoming

Housekeeping was prompt and consistent, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. There’s always room for improvement, but my experience was positive and I would consider staying here again

From location to reception, to the room size and amenities to the cleanliness, i find this place very much beyond my expectation

  The subway is only a few steps away and there supermarkets, money changers, laundry and restaurants around it.   For somebody who still a few more eeeks to go in Dubai, i find the stay truly satisfying

Business trip, close to work, overall OK. Because there was no room, the front desk upgraded the suite. The suite was good. I don't know about other room types. Breakfast was average, Indian cuisine. Overall OK

The room facilities may be a bit old, but the cleanliness is still very good. It is very close to the old town. I hope I can stay there again next time if I have the chance.

The service was great, the night reception team were more than welcoming. Especially Osman Khan and Kamar. The concierge team and porters did not hesitate. The car parking service is free for guests and efficient

The breakfast is classic Middle Eastern cuisine. There are other business places in the hotel, such as massage parlors, pizza shops, cake shops, etc

The hotel was amazing. The staff behaved very nicely to all the tourists. They have an in built restaurants serving wide varity of cuisines from different countries. Example - Chinese, Indian, etc.

However they did offer a daily free shuttle bus to another premier inn about 15 miles away. It was a bit of hassle but the service was first class

I really appreciated his service, always on time, I don’t even have to ask for water and shampoo replacement. He was excellent! Keep it up Premier Inn members ! God bless I’ll come back again 🙌🏾

Everything was great apart from the swimming pool was being upgraded when I was there and if I’d known I’d have booked a different hotel

Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest

These people we had the most contact with but every person was incredible. We are already looking forward to returning and feel like we now won’t be able to stay anywhere else after our experience at the One and Only

But they do clean your room, change your towels, refill the water bottles and teabags/coffee, etc everyday. There's a TV in the room but it only gets local terrestrial channels, and not even digital at that

Lots of filipino resto around the street. International cuisines are also present. Walking distance from metro station. Lots of filipinos in the area. They also have starbucks in the lobby

It wasn't bad. The rooms are very spacious. However, the breakfast is modest. And the hotel is already a bit tired. The pool is tiny. I don't plan to return. The price speaks for itself

I had an amazing stay at Jumeira Rotana Dubai, in a penthouse-style suite on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — pure magic both day and night! The suite was spacious, elegant, and truly felt like a private escape above the city

Very good, the location is great, there are restaurants and small supermarkets around, within walking distance. There is a small gym and a swimming pool on the roof

We came to a mutual decision on that and they also gave my son a free icecream deliverd to our door later on that night. Honestly when I say there hospitality is 100/10. You get fresh towels at the pool on the 5th floor

We travel to Dubai frequently and this hotel is our go-to. It is located right next to the mall, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff is very cordial and so helpful

Very good hotel however my flight came late at night so it was hard to get there. Only thing to note is that ac is too cold and a bit hard to control. Would be helpful if there was a guide how to operate it

We had an apartment on the third floor, a view from the window of the Double Tree Hilton hotel and the bay. The room is clean, but the furniture is tired. The chairs are somewhere stained

There’s a pool on the roof, but it operates on very strict hours – from 10 AM to 6 PM only, not a minute more. While there’s a shower and sunbeds available, the experience felt underwhelming

The bed was small and cramped for two adults. Additionally, despite the listing mentioning a kettle and cups, we had to ask for them three times before finally receiving them from the cleaning staff on our floor

With the Address brand hotels, there is a certain expectation and the Address Montgomerie absolutely met that expectation from start to finish. The views as you walk into the hotel over the golf course are just stunning

The aromatherapy massage in the Spa was unbelievably amazing. The ambience is relaxing and conducive to preparing for the treatment. My daughter and I both chose the rose essential oil and it was fantastic

There is a bit of building work currently at the pool but it didn't affect our stay. All in all, another fantastic stay

They obviously want to make all guests feel valued and special. We left the Spa feeling languid and our skin was soft and supple. A fabulous job very well done by everyone at the Spa. We will definitely come here again

We’ve played golf here on previous visits to Dubai but never stayed at the hotel. We recently stayed for a week. My husband loved his 6 rounds of golf. I enjoyed chilling by the pool and visiting the spa
