I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit

Although this is one of Dubai’s older hotels, it is beautifully maintained and feels fresh and updated. A big plus is the complimentary valet service for guests, which makes arriving and leaving hassle-free

The staff were polite, helpful, and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. Having stayed at many hotels in Dubai, this was my first time at Sheraton Dubai Creek, and I was truly impressed

The hotel’s location is excellent — only about 10 minutes from the airport, with quick access to Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Very convenient for both business and leisure travelers

Located right on the banks of the iconic Dubai Creek, the hotel offers stunning views of the water on one side and the glittering Dubai skyline on the other. My stay here felt truly memorable

However, the hotel security team was exceptional! They quickly assisted me in locating my wallet, and they managed to reach out me. Their prompt response and thoroughness made a stressful situation so much easier

The view over the Palm and the Dubai skyline is simply stunning – especially around sunset. The food is excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great selection of Mediterranean dishes and refreshing drinks

He was incredibly attentive, genuinely pleasant, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the day. His professionalism and warmth added a personal touch that made the entire experience even better

The villas are spacious and comfortable. I’ve stayed here five times, and the service has always been excellent. The hospitality is wonderful, and the staff are friendly and helpful

Pool and Spa area was good, and easy going, very clean and good facilities generally. Family friendly, and good options

I would recommend for all types of clients here the services are to a very high standard and you have everything you could need. Food quality was very good, plenty of concierge services and 24/7 room service

Connected to the Wafi Mall which is very useful and has no large chain fast food options so great for a cheap lunch that isn’t super unhealthy! Was helpful with the kids in avoiding McDonald’s, kfc etc

Visited Raffles Nov - took the wife and two kids. Service is very good and all staff are very welcoming. Harka assisted us regularly, always with a smile, a kind gentleman

The hotel has very friendly staff at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. the room is spacious and clean however, in the bathroom the bathroom had a few cracks on it. other wise it was a pleasant stay

Breakfast spread was an okay okay types because most of the food was cold example , the pancakes, French toast. The breads and muffin seemed to be stale as they were very hard and dint look very pleasing

Convenient. Only 2 to 3 metro stops from the airport. No hot water. Other than that, it is a good choice and there are nice eateries to choose from if you are not looking for Arabian food.

The only downside was the breakfast — quite disappointing, especially considering it was included in the suite price. You had to pay extra for a cappuccino instead of an Americano, which doesn’t make much sense
