The location was convenient, and the amenities were mostly up to standard for a 4-star experience. Would definitely consider staying again!

There were bunched hairs from who I’d assume to be the previous client. There were also black spots everywhere in the bathroom walls, coupled with a stale odour. I didn’t feel clean the entire time staying there

Despite this, the room was spacious. The reception’s attitude, although polite (I say this subjectively), was utterly useless

The building is a big old but well maintained.

Perfect location nearby to metro, shopping and supermarket. Need to change towels and toilets fixtures need to improve.

Unmatched hospitality from Ahmed as he helped throughout with anything and everything and went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and Shah Nawaz who was in room service has excellent skills and down to earth personality

Carlton creek hotel was more than what I expected. The rooms were big compared to other hotels. It's almost an apartment with kitchen and two toilets with showers and huge living room with bedroom

I would definitely stay again there as top marks for room and prices. Everything was close by like restaurants and shops some of which open 24hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

Unfortunately balcony door didn't open from bedroom but it was accessible from the lounge which is acceptable. Complimentary water daily and room cleaned daily was just right

I had an amazing stay at Jumeira Rotana Dubai, in a penthouse-style suite on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — pure magic both day and night! The suite was spacious, elegant, and truly felt like a private escape above the city

Very close to Gold Souq. There are restaurants around. There is a swimming pool on the terrace floor. The hotel reception helps with everything. The rooms are clean and useful. This is usually my choice in Dubai.

The facilities, the dining options, the swimming pool, gymnasium and all the other facilities were good. The hospitality was warm and welcoming

Staff are good specially the indian lady in pool area. The room is nice but the 2 colored pillow cases smell so bad feels like they are not changing it so we request for new white pillow case

The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, always trying to be helpful, the pool is clean and large, gorgeous views of bluewater, the Ferris wheel and the marina

Within walking distance from the hotel there is McDonald's, Oko, shops, cafes, jbr street. Dinners are a bit expensive, but there is plenty to choose from. We can't eat that much, so we preferred to eat at the cafe

There was a small incident on the first day, but the hotel handled the situation with dignity. The rooms are large, the room cleaning is 5+, the views are stunning

Even the one on the oil refinery, because in the same direction there is a bay and skyscrapers. And the refinery at night looks like a space station

kingsgate is our go to place always. as it’s location is very accessible to our workplace. however, the gym has a limited equipments that of there’s more than 3 people inside you cannot workout properly

The hotel is opposite the Dubai River. You can take a boat to the Iranian town opposite. It is very close to the subway station Baniyas Square, which is only a few minutes' walk away

Excellent Stay in a Prime Dubai Location! We had a fantastic 5-day stay at Raviz Hotel

The rooms were clean, good and the staff was excellent. We were assisted by Ms Anjali who was excellent and made our stay even better. Taste of India is definitely recommended we enjoyed the fish meals

However, I did have a less positive experience with the reception night staff (female staff), who seemed less welcoming and not as helpful. I hope the management looks into improving this aspect
